Safety Precautions
To reduce the risk of malfunction, electric shock, injury, fire, loss of life, and damage to equipment or property, always observe the following safety precautions.

The following symbols are used to classify and describe the level of hazard, injury, and property damage caused when the notation is disregarded and improper use is performed:

General Warnings
- ⚠ WARNING: Women in pregnancy and menstruation do not use this product. Doing so may cause skin problems due to hormonal imbalance.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not apply the unit to those persons who are insensitive to temperature, or infants. Doing so may cause frostbite, electric shock, or injury.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not store within the reach of children or infants. Do not let them use this product. Putting the protective cover or any other part in the mouth may cause an accident or injury.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not use in a way that exceeds the rating of the household outlet or the wiring. Exceeding the rating by connecting too many plugs to one household outlet may cause fire due to overheating.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not connect or disconnect the AC adaptor to a household outlet with a wet hand. Doing so may cause electric shock or fire due to a short circuit.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not use anything other than the supplied AC adaptor. Also, do not charge any other product with the supplied AC adaptor. Doing so may cause electric shock, burns, or fire due to a short circuit.
- ⚠ WARNING: Never use the appliance if the AC adaptor is damaged or if the power plug fits loosely in a household outlet. Doing so may cause electric shock or fire due to a short circuit.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not damage, break, modify, or forcibly bend, pull, or twist the cord. Also, do not place anything heavy on or pinch the cord. Doing so may cause electric shock or fire due to a short circuit.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not repair, disassemble or modify the product by yourself. Doing so may cause fire or injury due to abnormal action. Contact a service center authorized by Panasonic for repair when necessary.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not use this product near other inflammable materials (such as alcohol, gasoline, diluent, spray, hair care articles, or nail polish remover, etc.). Doing so may cause explosion or fire.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not use this product in a bathroom or shower room. Doing so may cause electric shock or fire due to a short circuit.
- ⚠ WARNING: Do not immerse this product or AC adaptor in water or wash with water. Do not place or store the unit in places adjacent to a sink, water, or other highly humid places containing water. Keep the appliance dry. Failure to do so may cause electric shock or fire.
- ⚠ WARNING: The following persons should consult a qualified physician prior to using this appliance: Patients with acute illness, Patients with a malignant tumor, Persons with allergies, Persons with sensitive skin, Persons with skin problems, such as dermatitis or severe sunburn, Persons with skin injuries, eczema, or swelling. Failure to do so may result in problems with the skin or body.
- ⚠ WARNING: Immediately stop using this product if you feel pain or discomfort. Failure to do so may result in problems with skin or body.
- ⚠ WARNING: Always ensure the appliance is operated on an electric power source matched to the rated voltage indicated on the AC adaptor. Fully insert the adaptor or appliance plug. Failure to do so may cause fire or electric shock.
- ⚠ WARNING: After use, always set the main switch to position "0", and unplug the AC adaptor from the household outlet. Failure to do so may cause burns, electric shock, or fire.
- ⚠ WARNING: Unplug the AC adaptor from the household outlet if the product is not in use. Failure to do so may cause electric shock or fire due to insulation failure.
- ⚠ WARNING: Regularly clean the power plug and the appliance plug to prevent dust from accumulating. Failure to do so may cause fire due to insulation failure caused by humidity.
- ⚠ WARNING: Immediately stop using and remove the AC adaptor if there is an abnormality or failure. Using this appliance in such a condition may cause electric shock, injury, or fire. Abnormality or failure cases include: The main unit, AC adaptor, or cord is deformed or abnormally hot; The main unit, AC adaptor, or cord smells of burning; There is abnormal sound during use or charging of the main unit, AC adaptor, or cord. Immediately contact a customer service center.
- ⚠ WARNING: The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the AC adaptor should be disposed of. Failure to do so may cause an accident or injury.
- ⚠ WARNING: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Failure to do so may cause an accident or injury.
General Cautions
- ⚠ CAUTION: Do not allow pins or other small objects to adhere to the AC adaptor, the appliance plug, or the appliance socket. Doing so may cause electric shock or fire due to a short circuit.
- ⚠ CAUTION: Do not drop or subject to shock. Doing so may cause injury.
- ⚠ CAUTION: Do not wrap the cord around the AC adaptor when storing. Doing so may cause cord wire breakage, electric shock, or fire due to a short circuit.
- ⚠ CAUTION: Do not use this product below 15 °C. Doing so may cause skin frostbite should your skin come in contact with the cold plate.
- ⚠ CAUTION: Check if the cold plate is damaged or deformed before use. Failure to do so may cause injury.
- ⚠ CAUTION: Only use this appliance for face care. Failure to do so may cause bodily injury or discomfort.
- ⚠ CAUTION: Hold the AC adaptor or the appliance plug instead of only the cord while unplugging. Doing so may cause cord wire breakage, burns, electric shock, or fire due to a short circuit.
- ⚠ CAUTION: This product should be cleaned after use, to prevent grease or other residues accumulating. Failure to do so may cause injury to your skin or body.

Notices for Use
- Initially, it is advised to use this product no more than 2-3 times a week. After one month, you can use it once a day (about 2 minutes). Adjust the frequency and duration based on your skin condition.
- Skin flush or pruritus may occur during use. If symptoms persist after stopping use, consult a doctor immediately.
- Do not use this product while wearing makeup.
- Use this product only in the range of 15 ~ 40 °C. Using it below 15 °C may cause skin frostbite. Using it in high temperatures may lead to product failure.
- Do not apply this product to the same part of your body for a long time.
- Do not block the air inlet or the air outlet. Doing so may prevent the cold plate from cooling effectively. Illustration shows correct usage with air inlets/outlets unobstructed, and incorrect usage with air inlets/outlets blocked, preventing the cold plate from cooling.
How to Use
- Before use, check if the surface of the cold plate is damaged or dirty.
- 1. Plug the appliance plug into the appliance socket and insert the AC adaptor into a household outlet.
- 2. Set the main switch to "1". An operation sound should be audible when power is turned on. The cold plate will become cold after about 30 seconds.
- 3. Gently touch your face with the cold plate. It will take about 1 minute to finish the cold compress on your whole face.
Tips for Application:
- Move over your face with a gentle patting motion.
- Move from the inside to the outside of your face.
- Ensure symmetrical actions on the left and right sides of your face.
Diagram illustrates applying the device to wider facial areas like cheeks and forehead using the entire cold plate, and to narrower areas like the side of the nose using the tip of the cold plate.
- 4. After cold compressing, set the main switch to "0" and unplug the AC adaptor from the household outlet. The cold plate may be temporarily warm but will return to normal temperature after power-off.
Recommended Method to Use with Facial Steamer
Notice for Use:
- Do not direct steam from the facial steamer onto this product. Illustration shows a facial steamer and a prohibition symbol.
Recommended Use Modes:
As a final step of moisturizing:
- Facial steamer (6 minutes) followed by Facial cool putter (2 minutes).
On pore care:
- Facial steamer (3 minutes)
- Facial cool putter (1 minute)
- Facial steamer (2 minutes)
- Facial cool putter (1 minute)
(Set the main switch to "1" one minute before using the facial cool putter.)
After Use:
- Use moisturizing skin care products to care for your face after using this appliance. If you do not moisturize, your skin may become dry as water evaporates.
Maintenance of Facial Cool Putter
Do not use paint thinner, benzene, alcohol, etc., to clean the unit. Doing so may cause failure, cracking, or discoloration of the main body. Wipe with a cloth soaked in soapy water and wrung tightly.
