The G17 earbuds feature a flexible ear hook, button control, and an earphone LED light. The charging case includes a power display, USB-C charging port, and a wireless charging area. The earbuds have charging contacts and ear tips.
Please remove the protective film from the earbud charging contacts before use, otherwise the headphones will not be able to charge. This film is typically a small, clear sticker covering the metal contacts.
Choose suitable ear tips and wear them correctly to enhance sound quality. Proper fit ensures better audio and comfort.
Please clean the magnet charging contact on the earbud and the charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes if the headphones cannot be charged. This helps to fix charging issues.
Please clean the protective grille of both earbuds if the sound becomes low. This can improve sound clarity.
Place earbuds into the charging case properly. Use the included USB-C charging cable to connect the charging case to a power supply with a 5V/1A adapter (not included). Charging will begin automatically. The USB-C charging cable is found in the black paper box.
Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad (not included); it will start charging. If it doesn't start, try repositioning it. It is recommended to use a wireless charging pad with QI certificate.
Note:
Prior to first use (or if not used for a long time), fully charge both earbuds and the charging case.
Take twin earbuds out of the charging case; they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search for, and connect to "G17".
Note: If the earbuds are not connected to a device for over 5 minutes, they will power off automatically.
Put the earbuds back into the charging case; they will disconnect and power off automatically.
If an earbud is out of the charging case and powered off, press and hold it for 2 seconds to power it on.
If the headphones have already connected with a device and the device's Bluetooth setting is on, they will automatically connect to that device when taken out of the charging case for subsequent uses.
G17 headphones have a Bluetooth memory function, typically auto-connecting to the last paired device. To pair with a new device, disconnect "G17" from the last paired device, and forget the pairing record on that device. Then attempt to connect to the new device.
One earbud can be used alone by leaving the other in the charging case.
To disconnect Bluetooth from your device, press and hold either earbud for 5 seconds; both earbuds will power off simultaneously.
Delete the "G17" record from your device's Bluetooth menu and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
Ensure the charging case has power or is plugged into a power supply.
Insert both earbuds into the charging case to get charged.
Quick-click on both earbuds 5 times simultaneously to clear the pairing record with the last paired device. During this process, both earbuds' LEDs will flash red and blue 3 times, then turn to red light to charge again.
Now turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device, search for, and connect the earbuds; they should work properly.
Note: If it still doesn't work, repeat the steps.
The earbuds feature button controls on both the left (L) and right (R) sides.

To protect users from potential hearing damage, Android's maximum volume is often limited for Bluetooth audio devices. If the volume is too low, access developer options and enable "absolute volume" to maximize the volume to the full capabilities of the Bluetooth earphones.
Locate the "Build number" and tap it approximately 7 times in succession to enable Developer options. A PIN may be required for verification. Once activated, a message "You are now a developer" will appear. Go back to the Settings pane, search for "Developer options" as an entry. At the top of the Developer options screen, toggle the options.
Scroll down to the "Networking" section within Developer options. Enable (toggle ON) the "absolute volume" option. Note that these options may vary depending on the device type and model.
