Operations
Turn on/off the earbud
Power on
- Method 1: Take out the two earbuds from the charging case; they will turn on automatically. (Indicator: white light on for 2s; Tone: "Power on")
- Method 2: When earbuds are off, long press the touch key of both L and R earbuds for 2 seconds. (Indicator: white light on for 2s; Tone: "Power on")
Note: Earbuds automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity or no connected devices.
Power off
- Method 1: Place the earbuds back into the charging case; they will charge and turn off automatically.
- Method 2: When earbuds are on, press and hold the touch key of both L and R earbuds for 5 seconds. (Indicator: white light on for 2s then off; Tone: "Power off")
Wireless pairing
First pairing
- After turning on, L and R earbuds connect to each other automatically and enter pairing mode. (Indicator: one earbud flashes white rapidly, the other flashes white every 5s; Tone: "Pairing")
- On your mobile phone, search for "SleepBuds Z2" in the wireless list and connect. (Tone for successful connection: "connected")
Subsequent Connection
When used again, take earbuds out of the charging case; they will automatically turn on and connect to the previously paired phone.
Notes:
- If connection fails, earbuds enter pairing mode. Clear previous pairing records on your phone and re-select "SleepBuds Z2".
- If the distance between earbuds and phone exceeds the range, they will disconnect. Connection resumes within 2 minutes of re-entering range.
- If disconnected due to distance and no device is connected within 5 minutes, earbuds will turn off.
Switch to another new device
When connected to Device 1, press and hold the touch key of the L/R earbud for 3 seconds until "beep-beep" sound. Earbuds disconnect from Device 1 and enter pairing mode. Select "SleepBuds Z2" on Device 2's wireless list to pair.
Touch key operation
- Incoming call control: Answer/Hang up: Tap touch key (L/R earbud). Reject: Press and hold touch key (L/R earbud) for 1.5 seconds.
- Music control: Play/Pause: Tap touch key (L/R earbud). Previous track: Tap L earbud twice. Next track: Tap R earbud twice. Volume-: Tap L earbud 3 times. Volume+: Tap R earbud 3 times.
- Voice assistant: When connected, press and hold touch key (L/R earbud) for 1.5 seconds until "beep" sound.
- Game (low latency) mode: On/Off: Quickly tap touch key (L/R earbud) 4 times. (Tone: "Game mode on"/"Game mode off")
Language Switch
When earbuds are pairing and not connected to a device: Tap the touch key of the L/R earbud to hear "Chinese mode" (switched to Chinese tone) or tap again to hear "English mode" (switched to English tone).

Please keep the product in a dry place away from fire and heat sources, and avoid contact with corrosive substances. Charge the product once every 3 months.

- Do not use this product in the rain.
- If not in use for a long period, store in a dry environment and charge at least once a month to extend its life and avoid extreme temperatures and dust.
Cautions
- Do not use under high temperature, high humidity, high cold, high dust, high electromagnetic radiation, or lightning conditions.
- Do not use non-original charging accessories.
- Charging time should not exceed 1.5 hours.
- Recharge every 60 days when not in use for a long time.
- Do not exceed 60 decibels when used for a long time to avoid hearing damage.
- Do not disassemble at will, as this voids the warranty.
- After the product has expired, send it to a professional recycling agency. Do not discard it improperly to avoid environmental pollution.

General Safety, Troubleshooting, and Warranty
General Safety Information
- Do not attempt to disassemble the earbud to avoid damage or battery spontaneous combustion. Contact authorized service for maintenance.
- If using the earbud while driving, follow local regulations.
- Do not expose the earbuds to high temperatures (above 50°C / 122°F), such as direct sunlight, as this may damage wireless performance or reduce battery life.
- Do not leave the earbuds in moisture or soak them in liquids.
- Using the earbuds at high volume for extended periods may damage hearing.

Warranty
This product is covered under a one-year warranty from the date of sale, limited to normal use and maintenance. Problems and failures verified upon further identification will be provided with free repair and replacement parts.
This warranty does not apply:
- (A) To a product that is out of warranty.
- (B) To damage caused by operating the product outside permitted or intended uses described by Remax.
- (C) To a product that has been disassembled, repaired, or modified without Remax's authorization.
- (D) If the warranty card and proof of purchase cannot be presented.
- (E) To damage caused by earthquake, fire, or other external causes/natural disasters.
Note: The warranty does not include product transport costs and does not provide on-site maintenance services.
