Device Startup
Press the MENU button to launch the device menu. If a device administrator has been set, additional authorization will be required. After entering the menu, the following window will appear:
Device Menu Screen: Displays icons for Report, User, Attendance, Shift Settings, Setting, Log Management, and System Info. Navigation is indicated by OK: Select, ESC: Back.
Report Generation ("Report")
To download a report, navigate to the 'Attendance' section in the device MENU. From here, you can select the following options:
All Reports Download
- downloads all types of reportsAttendance Report Download
- downloads an attendance report for a specified date range. It is divided into the following parts:
Shift Table
Employee Shift Table: Shows UserID, Name, Dept. and daily entries (1-28) indicating shift types. For example, UserID 1, Dept. DEPT1, with entries like '1' for normal workdays.
Attendance Statistics
Attendance Statistic Table: Shows UserID, Name, Dept., Worktime (hrs), Late (min), Early (min), Overtime (hrs), Normal, Actual times, Holiday, Trip, Absence, Leave, Work Rate, APP Pay, Leave Pay. Example: UserID 1, Dept. DEPT1, Worktime 160.0 hrs, Late 9 min, Early 2 min, Overtime 124 min, Holiday 0.0, Absence 20/2, Leave 0, Work Rate 18.
Employee Attendance Log Table
Employee Attendance Table: Shows UserID, Name, Dept. and daily entries (1-28) with 'In' and 'Out' times for each day, including overtime.
Abnormal Report Download
– downloads a report on irregularities (absences, lateness).
Abnormal Attendance Report: Table showing UserID, Name, Dept., Date, Before Noon In/Out, After Noon In/Out, Late (min), Early (min), Total (min), Remark. Shows 'Absence' for most entries, and one entry with times and calculated lateness/absence.
Attendance Record Download
- downloads a report containing a summary of employee clock-in/out logs.
Employee Attendance Record Table: Shows UserID, Name, Dept. and daily entries (1-28) with clock-in/out times.
User Management ("User")
Synchronize User Info
– allows synchronization of user data between the device and a file on a USB drive. If there is no data file on the USB drive, the file will be automatically downloaded from the recorder.Enroll
- allows adding employee number, name, department name, and also grants administrator privileges. If any user receives administrator privileges, each entry into the device MENU will require logging in by an administrator (login password, RFID card, or fingerprint will be required).Delete
- allows deletion of user data from the device. To do this, enter the user number and then confirm deletion.Departments

Attendance Settings ("Attendance Settings")
Attendance Setting Table: Includes columns for Shift No., Time Zone 1 (In/Out), Time Zone 2 (In/Out), Overtime (In/Out), Auto-Status Alteration (Time, Mode, Length, No.), Bell Time (Time, Mode, No.), and Weekday (Su, Mo, Tu, We, Th, Fr, Sa). Shows example settings for shifts 1-6.
Attend Setting Upload
- allows uploading attendance data in spreadsheet format, such as shift settings, shift names, and alarm settings.Attend Setting Download
