Warranty Statement

We, JINKO SOLAR CO., LTD. (hereinafter the "Jinko"), herewith confirms that for Jinko Solar PV modules type:

JKM***N-54HL4M-BDV
JKM***N-48HL4M-DV

sold from 01st June 2025 under contracts are covered in terms of Power Warranty by Jinko Limited Warranty (Rev. EN20211129). For the same PV modules, the Limited Product warranty has been extended and amended to 25 years, as defined in the sales agreements. This warranty has the same terms as the standard warranty of 15 years.
