Rosieres Oven User Instructions and Installation Guide
General Instructions
Thank you for choosing a Rosieres product. For the best results with your oven, please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference. Before installing the oven, note the serial number for customer service. After unpacking, check for any damage. If in doubt, do not use the oven and consult a qualified technician. Keep all packaging materials out of reach of children. Initial use may produce smoke due to glue on insulation panels; this is normal and will dissipate. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by not following instructions. Note that oven functions, properties, and accessories may vary by model.
1.1 Safety Indications
Use the oven only for its intended purpose (cooking food). Any other use is considered improper and dangerous. The manufacturer is not liable for damage from improper use or modifications. Fundamental rules for electrical appliances: do not pull the power cable to disconnect, do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet, avoid adaptors/extension cords, and switch off the appliance in case of malfunction.
1.2 Electrical Safety
Electrical connections must be made by a qualified electrician. The power supply must comply with local laws. The oven must be connected to an earthed wall outlet or a multi-pole disconnector. The supply must be protected by suitable fuses, and cables must have adequate cross-section. Ensure the power voltage matches the indicated voltage and the disconnector is set correctly. The earth wire (yellow-green) must be connected to the installation's earth terminal. Verify earth continuity before connecting; the manufacturer is not responsible for accidents due to improper earthing.
1.3 Recommendations
Regular cleaning extends the oven's lifecycle. Wait for the oven to cool before manual cleaning. Do not use abrasive detergents, steel wool, or sharp objects. Use water, soap, or bleach-based detergents. Clean the glass window with absorbent kitchen towel after each use; for stubborn stains, use a detergent-soaked sponge and rinse. The door seal can be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge. Clean accessories with a soapy sponge, rinse, and dry, avoiding abrasive detergents. After using the grill, empty and wash the drip pan with hot water and detergent. If residues remain, soak the pan or wash it in a dishwasher. Never put a dirty pan back into the oven.
1.4 Installation
Installation is the buyer's responsibility. Faults due to incorrect installation are not covered by the warranty. Incorrect installation can cause harm; it must be performed by an authorized installer or qualified technician. The oven can be installed in a column or under a worktop. Ensure adequate ventilation in the niche for cooling and protection of internal parts. Refer to the last page for specific opening dimensions.
1.5 Waste Management and Environmental Protection
This appliance is labelled according to the WEEE directive. WEEE contains pollutants and reusable elements. Proper treatment is essential for pollutant disposal and material recovery. Individuals can help by not treating WEEE as domestic waste and by returning it to designated collection points. When buying a new appliance, the old one can be returned to the vendor. Save energy by avoiding pre-heating and running the oven empty. Open the door as infrequently as possible. Switch off the oven 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking time to use residual heat. Keep seals clean to prevent heat loss. Use the "delayed cooking" program for energy savings with hourly tariffs. Ensure the power cable is correctly connected and the socket supports the required voltage and current. The earth conductor (yellow-green) must be approximately 10 mm longer than other conductors. For repairs, contact customer service and request original spare parts. Failure to comply with these instructions may compromise safety and void the warranty. Remove significant spills before cleaning. Prolonged power cuts during cooking may cause monitor malfunction; contact customer service. Do not install the appliance behind a decorative door to avoid overheating. Ensure shelves are inserted correctly with the stop upwards. Do not line oven walls with aluminum foil or disposable covers, as they may melt and damage the enamel. Never remove the oven door seal. Do not refill the cavity bottom with water during cooking or when hot. No additional settings are required for operation at nominal frequencies. Before automatic cleaning, clean the oven door, remove food residues with a damp sponge (no detergents), and remove accessories. For ovens with a meat probe, close the hole with the provided nut. During pyrolytic cleaning, surfaces can become very hot; keep children at a safe distance.

The CE mark confirms compliance with European safety, health, and environmental requirements. Candy Hoover Group Srl declares that the radio equipment complies with Directive 2014/53/EU. The full EU declaration of conformity is available at www.candy-group.com.

Oven Cleaning and Maintenance
4.1 General Notes on Cleaning
Glass Parts: Clean the glass window with absorbent kitchen towel after each use. For stubborn stains, use a detergent-soaked sponge, rinse, and dry.
Oven Window Seal: Clean with a slightly damp sponge.
Accessories: Clean with a soapy sponge, rinse, and dry. Avoid abrasive detergents.
Drip Pan: After grilling, empty the hot fat and wash the pan with hot water and detergent. If residues remain, soak or wash in a dishwasher. Never replace a dirty drip pan.
4.2 Pyrolysis
The oven has a pyrolytic cleaning system that destroys food residues at high temperatures. The door is locked during the cycle for safety. The cycle can be stopped at any time, but the door will remain locked until the safety lock is disengaged. NOTE: If a hob is installed above, do not use the hob during pyrolytic cleaning to prevent overheating. Two pre-set cycles: ECO PYROCLEAN (90 mins) for moderately stained ovens, and SUPER PYROCLEAN (120 mins) for heavily stained ovens. Do not use commercial cleaning products. Cleaning immediately after cooking saves energy. Before starting pyrolytic cleaning: remove all accessories (grills, telescopic guides), close the hole if a meat probe is present, remove large spills or grease, close the oven door, clean the oven door, remove large food residues with a damp sponge (no detergents), remove all accessories and sliding rack kits, and do not place tea towels.
