1. 3. Changing the Unit Press the "UNIT" button on the back of the scale to select desired unit in weighing mode. 4. Operating Instructions 4-1. Before First Use a) Before first use, pull the plastic strip out of the battery compartment on the back of the scale. If needed, check that the batteries are the correct position and +/- terminals are positioned correctly. b) Wait until 0.0kg is shown on the screen.
c) Press UNIT to select the desired unit.
Note: After selecting the unit, place the scale on flat hard floor, then you can start to stand on the platform to measure according to the measuring procedure below. If there is nothing placed on the scale whilst on in weighing mode, the scale will turn off automatically after about 10s.

4-2 Measuring a) Place the scale on flat hard ground. b) Stand on the platform to switch on the scale.
c) Step off of the scale and wait for 0.0 to show on the display.
d) Step back on the scale and stand still. The weight data will blink first, then lock in place when stable. The scale will turn off automatically after about 10 seconds. Note: If you want to measure once again, step off of the scale, then step on the platform again. 5. Error Messages 5-1. Low battery indication. When "Lo" is shown, it means the battery is low. The scale will turn off after a few seconds. You will then need to replace the batteries.
5-2 Overload indication. When "Err" is shown, remove the weight from the scale to protect the sensors.
6. Safety Instructions 6-1 Ensure the scale is on a flat, even and firm ground surface. Avoid carpet or soft surfaces. 6-2 The surface of the scale will be slippery if wet. Please make sure both the glass and your feet are dry before use. 6-3 This scale is not waterproof. Do not expose it to moisture. 6-4 Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth, then wipe again with a dry cloth. Do not use any chemical/abrasive cleaning agents to clean the scale. 6-5 If the scale is not being used for a long period of time, remove the batteries before storing away.

Balance corporelle
1. 3. Changer l'unité de poids : Appuyez sur « UNIT » pour choisir l'unité de poids désirée.
4. Instructions d'utilisation 4-1. Avant la première utilisation a) Ouvrez le couvercle des piles à l'arrière de la balance. Placez les piles et assurez-vous que les pôles soient corrects. L'écran va s'allumer comme ci-dessous. b) Fermez le couvercle des piles et attendez que « 0.0 kg » s'affiche sur l'écran.
c) Appuyez sur « UNIT » pour sélectionner l'unité de poids désirée (kg / lb / st).
À noter : après la sélection de l'unité de poids, placez la balance sur le sol dur et plat. Vous pouvez désormais vous tenir sur la balance selon la procédure décrite plus bas. Si aucun poids n'est placé sur la balance lorsque celle-ci est allumée, elle s'éteint automatiquement après une dizaine de secondes.

4-2 Peser a) Placez la balance sur le sol, à un endroit dur et plat. b) Tenez-vous sur la balance pour l'allumer.
c) Descendez de la balance et attendez que l'écran affiche « 0.0 ». Remontez alors sur la balance.
d) Restez immobile et les chiffres vont clignoter lors de la mesure. Une fois les données calculées, le nombre se stabilise à l'écran. La balance s'éteindra automatiquement après une dizaine de secondes. À noter : Si vous souhaitez mesurer à nouveau, descendez de la balance et remontez-y. 5. Messages d'erreurs 5-1. Indication de batterie faible. Quand « Lo » est affiché cela signifie que la batterie est faible. La balance s'éteindra après quelques secondes. Vous devrez ensuite changer les piles.
5-2 Indication de surcharge. Lorsque « Err » est affiché, veuillez retirer le poids de la balance afin de protéger les capteurs.
6. Instructions de sécurité : 6-1 Assurez-vous que la balance soit posée sur une surface plate, solide et uniforme. 3. Gewichtseenheid veranderen Druk op "UNIT" om de gewenste gewichtseenheid te selecteren.

c) Stap van de weegschaal af en wacht tot "0.0" verschijnt op de display.
d) Sta stil en de gewichtsdata zal eerst knipperen, en wordt vastgezet wanneer deze stabiel is. De weegschaal zal dan na ongeveer 10 seconden automatisch uitgeschakeld worden. Let op: Als u nogmaals wilt wegen, stap van de weegschaal af en stap dan weer op het platform.
5. Foutmeldingen 5-1. Bijna lege batterij indicatie: Als "Lo" verschijnt, betekent dit dat de batterijen bijna leeg zijn. De weegschaal zal na enkele seconden automatisch uitschakelen. U moet in dit geval de batterijen vervangen.
