Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference. Ensure that other people using the product are familiar with these instructions as well.
When the oven is first switched on, it may give off an unpleasant smell. This is due to the bonding agent used for the insulating panels within the oven. This situation is completely normal; please wait for the smell to disappear before putting food in the oven. It is recommended to run the new empty product with the conventional cooking function at 250°C for 90 minutes to clean any oil impurities inside the cavity.
Safety Warnings and Precautions
Initial Use
Upon first use, the oven may emit an unpleasant odor due to the bonding agent used for the insulating panels. This is normal and will dissipate. It is advised to run the oven empty at 250°C for 90 minutes to clean the interior.
General Safety
- Do not use the oven barefoot.
- Avoid touching the oven with wet or damp hands or feet.
- Do not open the oven door frequently during the cooking period.
- The appliance must be installed by a qualified technician. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or by unqualified personnel.
- Do not leave items on the open oven door, as this can unbalance the appliance or damage the door.
- Some parts may retain heat for a long time; wait for the appliance to cool down before touching hot surfaces.
- If the appliance is not used for an extended period, it is advisable to disconnect it from the power supply.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid hazards.
- Excess spillage should be removed before cleaning. Check which utensils can be left in the oven during cleaning.
- Do not use steam cleaners to clean the oven.
Child Safety
- Children under 8 years of age must be kept away from the appliance unless continuously supervised.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have received instruction on safe use and understand the associated hazards.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision.
Installation Safety
- The kitchen housing must be suitable and the panels next to the oven made of heat-resistant material.
- Ensure glues in veneered wood units can withstand temperatures of at least 120°C, otherwise they may melt and deform the unit.
- Electrical parts must be completely insulated once the oven is installed.
- All guards must be firmly fixed and require special tools for removal.
- Remove the back of the kitchen unit to ensure adequate air circulation around the oven.
- The hob requires a rear gap of at least 45 mm.
Electrical Safety
- Ensure the appliance is switched off before replacing the oven lamp to avoid electric shock.
- The means for disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring according to specifications.
- If the oven door glass is cracked, switch off the appliance immediately to avoid electric shock.
Product Description
The oven offers various cooking functions, each indicated by specific symbols. The oven lamp illuminates during all cooking functions except ECO.

♨️ (Conventional Cooking) | Top and bottom elements work together for homogeneous cooking. Temperature adjustable from 50-250°C; default is 220°C. Can optionally work with the rotisserie motor. |
♨️ + ?️ (Conventional Cooking with Fan) | Combines fan and heating elements for more even heat penetration, saving 30-40% energy. Dishes brown lightly outside and remain moist inside. Operation Instructions
Clock Setting
After connecting to power, the display shows "0:00". Press the hour button (⚡), adjust hours (0-23) using arrow buttons (< >). Press the minute button (⏱️), adjust minutes (0-59) using arrow buttons (< >). Press the confirm button (✅) to finish. The clock uses a 24-hour format.
Function Setting
- Press the function button (F) to select the desired cooking function. The indicator will light up.
- Use the arrow buttons (< >) to adjust cooking time and temperature before pressing the switch button (▶️).
- Press the confirm button (✅) to start cooking.
- If step 2 is skipped, pressing the confirm button (✅) will start cooking with default time of 9 hours and pre-set temperature.
Notes: Time adjustment steps are 1 minute for 0-30 min, and 5 minutes for 0:30-9:00 hours. Temperature adjustment steps are 5°C. If the confirm button (✅) is not pressed within 5 seconds after adjusting time/temperature, the oven reverts to the previous setting.
Lamp Setting
- Press the relevant function button (✉️).
- Press the start button (▶️). The display will show "0:00" and the lamp icon (?) will light up, with the colon (:) flashing.
Inquiring Function
In certain states, press the information button (ⓘ) to view current time or reminder time after 3 seconds.
Child Lock Function
To Lock: Press the lock buttons (?) simultaneously for 3 seconds. A long beep will sound, and the lock indicator will illuminate. To Unlock: Press the unlock buttons (?) simultaneously for 3 seconds. A long beep indicates the child lock is released. Note: To stop cooking during operation, press the stop button (⏹️) quickly; a long press is invalid.
Reminder Function
The oven has a 9-hour reminder. Set it in standby mode: Press the reminder button (⏰), adjust time using arrow buttons (< >), and confirm with (✅). A flashing colon (:) and reminder indicator will appear. The alarm will sound 10 times when the time reaches zero. The reminder can be cancelled during setting by pressing the stop button (⏹️), or twice after setting.
Start/Pause/Cancel Function
- If cooking time is set, press start (▶️).
- If cooking is paused, press resume (▶️).
- During cooking, press pause (⏸️) once to pause.
- Press cancel (❌) twice to cancel.
Energy-Saving Function
Press the energy-saving button (⚡) for 3 seconds in standby or reminder mode to turn off the LCD display. The display also turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity in standby mode. Press any key to exit energy-saving mode.
Notes: The oven lamp is always on. If no button is pressed within 5 minutes after setting a cooking program, the program becomes invalid. The buzzer sounds once for a valid press, and five times when cooking finishes.
Accessories
The oven comes with several accessories:
- Wire shelf: For grilling, roasting dishes, cake pans.
- Universal pan: For cooking large quantities of food (cakes, pastries, frozen food) or collecting meat juices and spills.
- Side racks: Removable shelf support rails for placing dishes or trays directly on the oven floor, usable with functions like Radiant grilling, Double grilling, and Double grill with fan. Note: Do not use functions with the bottom heater when the tray is on the oven floor to prevent heat accumulation.
- Telescopic runners: Some models include telescopic runners for easier oven use. These can be disassembled by unscrewing.
Shelf Placement Warning: Ensure shelves are correctly placed between side rails. Shelves and pans can only be used between the first and fifth rack levels. Use shelves in the correct direction to prevent items from sliding out during removal.
Installation
Ventilating Openings
The cooling fan continues to operate for 15 minutes after cooking finishes or in pause/standby if the oven's center temperature is above 75°C. It stops earlier if the temperature drops below 75°C.
Oven Connection
Diagram shows electrical connection points (N, L). Ensure proper connection to the mains supply.
Installation Steps
Follow these steps for installation:
- Prepare the cabinet according to the "cabinet diagram".
- Before installation, check that the electrical outlet is earthed and the cabinet dimensions meet requirements.
- Install the oven in its designated kitchen location, typically in a vertical cupboard.
- Open the oven door, identify the two mounting screw holes on the frame, and fix the oven using the provided screws.
Diagram Description: Installation diagrams show the oven dimensions (width 595mm, height 595mm, depth 555mm) and suggested cabinet cut-out dimensions (width 560mm, height 570mm min., depth 606mm). Specific cut-out dimensions are provided: 80mm, 100mm, 250mm, 600mm.
Observations: Minor deviations in dimensions are acceptable. The cabinet does not include the power switch or socket. Cabinet dimensions are in mm. The number of accessories may vary by model.
Removing the Door (Optional)
Removable doors allow easier access for cleaning and maintenance.
- To remove the door, open it to the maximum angle and pull the buckle at the hinge backward.
- Close the door to approximately 30°, hold it with one hand on each side, then lift and pull it out slowly.
- Open the door swing bracket assembly as shown in the figure.
- Lift and pull out the outer door glass, then remove the middle door glass similarly.
Warnings: Do not force the door removal to avoid breaking the glass. Hinge springs can become loose and cause injury. Do not lift or carry the oven door by the hinge.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Disconnect power before cleaning. Regular cleaning ensures the oven's longevity.
Cleaning Method 1
- After cooking, let the oven cool completely.
- Remove accessories, rinse with warm water, and dry.
- Clean food debris or grease from the oven chamber.
- Wipe the oven surface with a soft cloth dampened with detergent, then dry with a soft cloth.
Cleaning Method 2 (Hydrolytic)
- After cooking, let the oven cool completely.
- Remove accessories, rinse with warm water, and dry.
- Use a warm cloth to clean food residue or grease.
- Wipe the oven surface with a soft cloth dampened with detergent, and dry.
- Start the cleaning function: Add approx. 250 ml of purified water and detergent to the cavity. Press the function button (✉️), set temperature to 100°C, adjust time to 30 minutes using arrow buttons (< >), and confirm with the key (✅).
- After the oven cools, dry the cavity with a clean absorbent sponge or soft cloth.
Notes: Do not use sharp cleaning tools, hard brushes, or corrosive cleaning products. Do not use rough scrubbing agents or sharp metal spatulas on the door glass.
Correct Elimination of Product
This symbol indicates the product should not be disposed of with household waste within the EU. To prevent environmental or health damage from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle responsibly to promote sustainable resource reuse. Return used appliances through collection systems or contact the retailer for environmentally safe recycling.
Warranty and Technical Assistance
General Warranty Terms
The warranty is valid upon presentation of the purchase invoice. It covers parts substitution due to manufacturing defects. Defects are the property of Jocel. Damages from transport, neglect, misuse, improper installation, or external influences (lightning, floods, humidity) are not covered. Appliances not used according to instructions or connected to power networks not guaranteeing 220-240V lose warranty. The warranty does not cover personal injury or indirect damages. Warranty terminates if unauthorized repairs or alterations are made.
Warranty Expiry
The warranty expires if the appliance was not installed by an accredited technician, after the legal period for domestic/industrial appliances, or if the identification plate is modified or removed.
