Product Overview

The HolyHigh AEA05 are True Wireless Earbuds featuring Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), clear calls with 4 microphones, and a portable charging case.

1. Pairing

Bluetooth Pairing

To pair your earbuds with a device:

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode. The LED indicators on the earbuds will flash.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "HolyHigh AEA05" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the LED indicators will turn off or show a steady light, depending on the model.

Note: If the earbuds do not automatically enter pairing mode, place them back in the charging case, close the lid, wait for 10 seconds, and then open the case again.

2. Charging

Charging the Earbuds

Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are seated correctly. The LED indicators on the earbuds will light up to show they are charging.

Charging the Case

Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power adapter or USB port. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status.

LED Indicator for Charging Case:

• Flashing Red: Charging
• Solid Red: Fully Charged

3. Controls

The earbuds feature touch controls for various functions:

• Play/Pause Music: Tap the touch area on either earbud once.
• Next Track: Double-tap the touch area on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double-tap the touch area on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Tap the touch area on either earbud once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the touch area on either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple-tap the touch area on either earbud.
• ANC/Transparency Mode: Press and hold the touch area on the left earbud for 2 seconds to cycle through ANC On, Transparency Mode, and ANC Off.

4. LED Indicators

Earbuds LED Indicators:

• Pairing Mode: Flashing white.
• Connected: Off or steady white (varies by mode).
• Charging: Solid red.
• Fully Charged: Off.

Charging Case LED Indicator:

• Charging: Flashing red.
• Fully Charged: Solid red.
• Low Battery: Flashing red rapidly.

5. Resetting the Earbuds

If you experience connection issues or want to reset the earbuds to factory settings:

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid.
2. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for 10 seconds. The LED indicator on the case will flash red and white, then turn off.
3. Open the case and delete "HolyHigh AEA05" from your device's Bluetooth list.
4. Follow the pairing instructions in Section 1 to reconnect.

Safety Precautions:

• Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the product to strong impacts.
• Do not immerse the product in water or expose it to excessive moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product yourself.

9. Troubleshooting

Issue: Earbuds not connecting to device.

Solution: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, the earbuds are charged and in pairing mode, and that they are within range. Try resetting the earbuds (see Section 5).

Issue: No sound or low volume.

Solution: Check the volume on your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly inserted into your ears and that the correct ear tips are used. Clean the earbuds and ear tips.

Issue: ANC not working effectively.

Solution: Ensure ANC mode is activated. A proper seal with the ear tips is crucial for ANC performance.
