ONLY OPERATE TESTS IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA since the vehicle produces carbon monoxide (a toxic, poisonous gas, and particulate matter) when the engine is running.
ALWAYS WEAR APPROVED SAFETY EYE PROTECTION to prevent damage from sharp objects and caustic liquids.
ALWAYS BE AWARE OF MOVING PARTS (such as coolant fans, pulleys, belts) since they spin or turn at high speeds when the engine is running.
DO NOT TOUCH HOT ENGINE PARTS to prevent severe burns. The motor parts can get extremely hot when the engine is running.
TURN THE IGNITION OFF BEFORE CONNECTING OR DISCONNECTING THE TOOL FROM THE BATTERY to prevent damage to the tester or the vehicle's electronic components.
DON'T SMOKE NEAR THE VEHICLE when testing. Fuel and battery vapors are highly flammable.

DO NOT WEAR LOOSE CLOTHING OR JEWELRY WHEN WORKING ON AN ENGINE. Loose clothing can easily be caught in the engine's fan, pulleys, belts, etc., and jewelry is highly conductive, which may cause severe burn or electric shock if it contacts electricity. DO NOT CUT THE PRODUCTS CORDS OR SUBMERGE THEM IN WATER. The product is an electrical device that can cause shock and severe burns. WARNING: Battery acid is extremely corrosive. If acid gets into your eyes, RINSE THEM THOROUGHLY WITH COLD RUNNING WATER FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES AND SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. Explanation of LCD Display: Bluetooth icon. A flashing icon indicates the tester is not connected to the App; a solid icon indicates the tester is connected. This symbol indicates NOT to test twice within 10 seconds. This symbol indicates voltage is too low. Charge the battery first. This symbol indicates an over temperature. Wait until the temperature is normal, and then test again. This symbol indicates a poor connection between the battery and clamps. Please reconnect. This symbol indicates the tester reset failed. Please reconnect the battery and clamps. This symbol indicates the tester is abnormal or the battery capacity is beyond the test range. Please reconnect the battery and clamps, and try again.
SECTION 3 GETTING STARTED
Where is the battery of a car located? Let's take the following picture as a reference:

1) Most models hold the battery in the engine bay, under the hood, in one of the front corners. See battery location and in Figure 3.1.1.
2) To balance uneven weight distribution, some manufacturers hold the engine in the trunk. See battery location , , and in Figure 3.1.1. In this case, the battery may have a plastic cover that should be removed prior to any testing.
3) For some models, the battery might be stored underneath the rear seat. See battery location in Figure 3.1.1.
4) For other vehicles, the battery can be located underneath the passenger seat. See battery location in Figure 3.1.1.
WARNING: DO NOT TEST THROUGH THE JUMPSTART POSTS. For models that hold the battery under the seat or in the trunk, the manufacturer usually includes jumpstart connector conductor posts under the hood (see Figure 3.1.2) to make jumpstarting easier. However, to ensure data accuracy and operation safety, DO NOT CONNECT THE BATTERY TESTER TO THE JUMPSTART POSTS.

1) Battery Capacity: 80Ah Battery Capacity is defined as the total amount of electricity generated in the battery in a certain time, and is measured in ampere hours (Ah).
2) Voltage: 12V When fully charged, automotive batteries should measure at 12.6 volts. However, this measurement should be from 13.7 to 14.7 volts when the engine is running. If the battery tester

reads less than this standard, it means that the battery's resting voltage is weak. In this case, typically, the battery needs to be charged or replaced.
3) CCA: 650A (SAE) The CCA rating refers to how many amps a 12-volt battery can deliver at 0°F in 30 seconds while maintaining at least a 7.2V voltage. This means that the higher the CCA rating is, the easier the engine can be cranked in cold temperatures.
Connect the Clamps to the Battery Terminals (See Figure 3.3.1)
1) Before connecting the clamps to the terminals, please use sandpaper to polish off the corrosion on the battery terminals. With this, you can avoid inaccurate test values.
2) Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal, and connect the black clamp to the negative (-). · ALWAYS KEEP THE RED & BLACK CLAMPS FROM TOUCHING. · ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE CABLE FROM THE BATTERY FIRST AND RECONNECT IT LAST.
3) Once the clamps are properly connected, the battery tester will power on automatically and be ready to conduct tests.

SECTION 4 TEST THROUGH THE TEST BUTTON
Soon after the battery tester is powered on, the real-time voltage of the battery will be displayed on the screen, and the Bluetooth icon will flash.

SECTION 5 TEST THROUGH THE APP
App Downloading and Installation Search for "BatteryLab" in App StoreTM or "BT20" in Google PlayTM (alternatively, scan the QR code below), download, and install it to your mobile device.
Tip: Please allow the App to access your Network and Bluetooth.
Bluetooth Connection After connecting the tester to the battery properly and completing the account setup, Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the battery tester to the app via Bluetooth. After a successful connection, the Bluetooth icon on the LCD display will light up and not flash on and off.

Notes: 1. Only one tester can be connected to the App at a time. 2. Once the Bluetooth is connected, the Test Button on the battery tester will become unavailable.
Perform Battery Tests
The BatteryLab/BT20 app provides detailed instructions on how to test a battery. Thus, to perform a battery / cranking / charging test, simply follow the on-screen instructions.
Notes: The battery testing function is only applicable to 12V leadacid batteries.

Q: What types of batteries does the BT20 work on? A: 12V lead-acid batteries.
Q: How to determine whether the battery is good or bad? A: The larger the battery capacity, the higher the voltage value of
the load test. Generally speaking, the load voltage should be above 10V for batteries above 50Ah (500CCA); above 9.5V for batteries above 20Ah (200CCA).
Q: Why does the device get hot after running tests? A: The device tests the battery by simulating the vehicle load. It
is normal for the device to heat up.
Q: What is the maximum battery capacity supported by BT20? A: It is not recommended to test batteries with a capacity
greater than 200Ah (2000CCA), because their output current is too large and may cause the device to overheat.

ABSCHNITT 3 BEREIT ZU STARTEN
Wo befindet sich die Batterie eines Autos? Nehmen wir folgendes Foto als Referenz:

Motorraum unter der Motorhaube in einer der vorderen Ecken. Siehe Batterieposition und in Abbildung 3.1.1. 2) Um eine ungleichmäßige Gewichtsverteilung auszugleichen, verstauen einige Hersteller die Batterie im Kofferraum. Siehe Batterieposition , und in Abbildung 3.1.1. In diesem Fall kann die Batterie eine Plastikabdeckung haben, die vor jedem Test entfernt werden sollte. 3) Bei einigen Modellen befindet sich die Batterie unter dem Rücksitz. Siehe Batterieposition in Abbildung 3.1.1. 4) Bei anderen Fahrzeugen finden Sie die Batterie unter dem Beifahrersitz. Siehe Batterieposition in Abbildung 3.1.1.

WARNING: TESTEN SIE NICHT DURCH DIE JUMPSTART-PFOSTEN. Bei Modellen, die die Batterie unter dem Sitz oder im Kofferraum unterbringen, fügt der Hersteller in der Regel Starthilfestecker-Leiterpfosten unter der Motorhaube ein (siehe Abbildung 3.1.2), um die Starthilfe zu erleichtern. Um die Genauigkeit der Daten und die Betriebssicherheit zu gewährleisten, SCHLIESSEN SIE DEN BATTERIETESTER NICHT AN DIE JUMPSTART-PFOSTEN AN.

1) Batteriekapazität: 80Ah Die Batteriekapazität ist die totale Strommenge, die eine Batterie über einen bestimmten Zeitraum erzeugen kann, berechnet in Amperestunden (Ah).
2) Spannung: 12 V Wenn die Batterie vollständig aufgeladen ist, sollten die Autobatterien bei 12,6 Volt messen. Diese Messung sollte jedoch bei laufendem Motor zwischen 13,7 und 14,7 Volt liegen. Wenn der Batterietester weniger als diesen Standard anzeigt, bedeutet dies, dass die Ruhespannung der Batterie schwach ist. In diesem Fall muss die Batterie typischerweise aufgeladen oder ersetzt werden.
3) CCA: 650A (SAE) Die CCA-Bewertung bezieht sich darauf, wie viele Ampere eine 12-Volt-Batterie bei 0 °F in 30 Sekunden liefern kann, während sie eine Spannung von mindestens 7,2 V aufrechterhält. Das bedeutet, je höher der CCA-Wert ist, desto leichter lässt sich der Motor bei kalten Temperaturen ankurbeln.
Verbindung der Klemmen mit den Batterieklemmen (siehe Abbildung 3.3.1)
1) Vor der Verbindung der Klemmen an die Pole benutzen Sie Schleifpapier, um jegliche Korrosion an den Batteriepolen zu polieren. Dies hilft, ungenaue Testwerte zu vermeiden.
2) Befestigen Sie die rote Klemme am Pluspol (+) und die schwarze Klemme am Minuspol (-). · BERÜHREN SIE DIE ROTEN UND SCHWARZEN KLEMMEN IMMER NICHT. · TRENNEN SIE IMMER ZUERST DAS MINUSKABEL VON DER BATTERIE UND SCHLIESSEN SIE ES ZULETZT WIEDER AN.
3) Sobald Sie die Klemmen richtig anschließen, schaltet sich der Batterietester automatisch ein und ist bereit, Tests durchzuführen.

Die Echtzeitspannung der Batterie wird kurz nach dem Einschalten des Batterietesters auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt und das Bluetooth-Symbol blinkt.

Bluetooth-Verbindung Nachdem der Tester ordnungsgemäß mit der Batterie verbunden und die Kontoeinrichtung abgeschlossen wird, befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm, um den Batterietester über Bluetooth mit der App zu verbinden. Nach einer erfolgreichen Verbindung leuchtet das BluetoothSymbol auf dem LCD-Display auf und blinkt nicht ein und aus. Dann können Sie mit der Durchführung eines Tests starten.
Notizen: 1. Es kann immer nur ein Tester mit der App verbunden sein. 2. Sobald Sie das Bluetooth verbunden haben, ist die Testtaste am Batterietester nicht verfügbar.

ist? A: Je größer die Batteriekapazität, desto höher der
Spannungswert des Belastungstests. Normalerweise sollte die Ladespannung für Batterien über 50 Ah (500 CCA) über 10 V liegen; über 9,5 V für Batterien über 20 Ah (200 CCA). F: Warum wird das Gerät nach dem Ausführen von Tests heiß? A: Das Gerät testet die Batterie, indem es die Fahrzeuglast simuliert. Es ist normal, dass sich das Gerät erwärmt. F: Was ist die maximale Batteriekapazität, die vom BT20 unterstützt wird? Für die während des Garantiezeitraums gemeldeten Mängel repariert oder ersetzt TOPDON gemäß seiner Analyse und Bestätigung durch den technischen Support das defekte Teil oder Produkt. In einigen Staaten ist eine Beschränkung der Dauer einer impliziten Garantie nicht zulässig. Daher gelten die oben genannten Einschränkungen möglicherweise nicht für Sie. NE FUMEZ PAS A PROXIMITE DU VEHICULE lorsque vous effectuez des tests de batterie. Les vapeurs de carburant et de batterie sont hautement inflammables.
NE PORTEZ PAS DE VÊTEMENTS AMPLES OU DE BIJOUX LORSQUE VOUS TRAVAILLEZ SUR UN MOTEUR. Les vêtements amples peuvent facilement se prendre dans le ventilateur, les poulies, les courroies, etc. du moteur, et les bijoux sont très conducteurs, ce qui peut provoquer de graves brûlures ou un choc électrique s'ils entrent en contact avec l'électricité.

SECTION 3 MISE EN ROUTE
Où se trouve la batterie d'une voiture ? Prenons l'exemple de l'image suivante :
Figure 3.1.1 1) La plupart des modèles de véhicules placent la batterie dans
le compartiment moteur, sous le capot, dans l'un des coins avant. Voir l'emplacement de la batterie et dans la figure 3.1.1. 2) Pour équilibrer la répartition inégale du poids, certains constructeurs placent la batterie dans le coffre. Voir l'emplacement de la batterie , , et dans la figure 3.1.1. Dans ce cas, la batterie peut avoir un couvercle en plastique qui doit être retiré avant tout essai. 3) Pour certains modèles, la batterie peut être rangée sous le siège arrière. Voir l'emplacement de la batterie dans la figure 3.1.1. 4) Pour d'autres véhicules, la batterie sera située sous le siège du passager. Voir l'emplacement de la batterie dans la figure 3.1.1.

AVERTISSEMENT: NE PAS TESTER À TRAVERS LES BORNES DE DÉMARRAGE. Pour les modèles dont la batterie se trouve sous le siège ou dans le coffre, le fabricant inclut généralement des bornes de connexion de démarrage sous le capot (voir Figure 3.1.2) pour faciliter le démarrage. 1) Capacité de la Batterie : 80Ah La Capacité de la Batterie est la quantité totale d'électricité produite dans la batterie pendant un certain temps, et est mesurée en ampères-heures (Ah).
2) Tension : 12V Lorsqu'elles sont complètement chargées, les batteries automobiles devraient mesurer 12,6 volts. Toutefois, cette mesure devrait être de 13,7 à 14,7 volts lorsque le moteur tourne. Si le testeur de batterie indique une valeur inférieure à cette norme, cela signifie que la tension au repos de la batterie est faible. Dans ce cas, généralement, la batterie doit être chargée ou remplacée.
3) CCA : 650A (SAE) L'indice CCA indique le nombre d'ampères qu'une batterie de 12 volts peut fournir à 0°F en 30 secondes tout en maintenant une tension d'au moins 7,2V. Cela signifie que plus l'indice CCA est élevé, plus le moteur peut être démarré facilement par temps froid.
Connectez les Pinces aux Bornes de la Batterie (Voir la Figure 3.3.1).
1) Avant de connecter les pinces aux bornes, utilisez du papier de verre pour polir toute corrosion sur les bornes de la batterie. Cela permettra d'éviter des valeurs de test inexactes.
2) Fixez la pince rouge à la borne positive (+), et connectez la pince noire à la borne négative (-). · VEILLEZ À CE QUE LES PINCES ROUGE ET NOIRE NE SE TOUCHENT PAS. · DÉBRANCHEZ TOUJOURS LE CÂBLE NÉGATIF DE LA BATTERIE EN PREMIER ET REBRANCHEZ-LE EN DERNIER.
3) Une fois les pinces correctement connectées, le testeur de batterie s'allume automatiquement et est prêt à effectuer des tests.

Connexion Bluetooth Après avoir correctement connecté le testeur à la batterie et terminé la configuration du compte, suivez les instructions à l'écran pour connecter le testeur de batterie à l' application via Bluetooth. Après une connexion réussie, l'icône Bluetooth sur l'écran LCD s'allume et ne clignote pas.
Remarques: 1. Un seul testeur peut être connecté à l'Application à la fois. 2. Une fois que le Bluetooth est connecté, le Bouton de Test du testeur de batterie devient indisponible.
Effectuer des Tests de Batterie BatteryLab/BT20 fournit des instructions détaillées sur la façon de tester votre batterie. Par conséquent, veuillez suivre les instructions à l'écran pour effectuer un test de batterie/de démarrage/de charge.

la tension du test de charge est élevée. En général, la tension de charge doit être supérieure à 10V pour les batteries de plus de 50Ah (500CCA) ; supérieure à 9,5V pour les batteries de plus de 20Ah (200CCA). Q: Pourquoi l'appareil devient-il chaud après avoir effectué des tests ? R: L'appareil teste la batterie en simulant la charge du véhicule. Il est normal que l'appareil chauffe. SECCIÓN 3 PRIMEROS PASOS
¿Dónde se encuentra la batería de un coche? Tomemos como referencia la siguiente imagen:

En este caso, la batería puede tener una cubierta de plástico que debe retirarse antes de cualquier prueba. 3) Para algunos modelos, la batería puede guardarse debajo del asiento trasero. Consulta la ubicación de la batería en la Figura 3.1.1. 4) Para otros vehículos, la batería estará ubicada debajo del asiento del pasajero. Consulta la ubicación de la batería en la Figura 3.1.1.

ADVERTENCIA: NO PRUEBES A TRAVÉS DE LOS POSTES DE ARRANQUE. Para los modelos que sostienen la batería debajo del asiento o en la cajuela, el fabricante generalmente incluye postes conductores del conector de arranque debajo del capó (consulta la Figura 3.1.2) para facilitar el arranque. Para garantizar la precisión de los datos y la seguridad de la operación, NO CONECTES EL PROBADOR DE BATERÍA A LOS POSTES DE ARRANQUE.

1) Capacidad de la Batería: 80Ah Capacidad de la batería se define como la cantidad total de electricidad generada en la batería en un tiempo determinado, y se mide en amperios hora (Ah).
2) Voltaje: 12V Cuando están completamente cargadas, las baterías de los automóviles deben medir 12,6 voltios. Sin embargo, esta medida debe ser de 13,7 a 14,7 voltios cuando el motor está en marcha. Si el probador de batería lee menos que este estándar, significa que el voltaje de reposo de la batería es débil. En este caso, por lo general, la batería debe cargarse o reemplazarse.

2) Conecta la pinza roja al terminal positivo(+) y conecte la pinza negra al negativo(-). · EVITA SIEMPRE QUE LAS ABRAZADERAS ROJA Y NEGRA SE TOQUEN. · DESCONECTA SIEMPRE PRIMERO EL CABLE NEGATIVO DE LA BATERÍA Y VUELVE A CONECTARLO AL ÚLTIMO.
3) Una vez que las pinzas estén correctamente conectadas, el probador de batería se encenderá automáticamente y estará listo para realizar pruebas.

In questo caso, la batteria potrebbe avere un coperchio di plastica che deve essere rimosso prima di qualsiasi test. 3) Per alcuni modelli, la batteria potrebbe essere riposta sotto il sedile posteriore. ATTENZIONE: NON PROVARE ATTRAVERSO I POST JUMPSTART. Per i modelli che tengono la batteria sotto il sedile o nel bagagliaio, il produttore di solito include dei poli conduttori del connettore di avviamento di emergenza sotto il cofano (vedere la Figura 3.1.2) per facilitare l'avviamento di emergenza. 1) Capacità della batteria: 80Ah La capacità della batteria è la quantità totale di elettricità generata nella batteria in un periodo di tempo, misurata in ampere ore (Ah).
2) Tensione: 12V Quando sono completamente cariche, le batterie per autoveicoli dovrebbero misurare a 12,6 volt. Tuttavia, questa misurazione dovrebbe essere compresa tra 13,7 e 14,7 volt quando il motore è in funzione. Se il tester della batteria legge meno di questo standard, significa che la tensione di riposo della batteria è debole. In questo caso, in genere, la batteria deve essere caricata o sostituita.
3) CCA: 650A (SAE) La valutazione CCA si riferisce a quanti ampere una batteria da 12 volt può fornire a 0°F in 30 secondi mantenendo una tensione di almeno 7,2 V. Ciò significa che maggiore è la classificazione CCA, più facile è l'avviamento del motore a basse temperature.
Collegare i morsetti ai terminali della batteria (vedere la figura 3.3.1)
1) Prima di collegare i morsetti ai terminali, lucidare con carta vetrata l'eventuale corrosione sui terminali della batteria. Ciò contribuirà a prevenire valori di test imprecisi.
2) Collegare il morsetto rosso al terminale positivo (+) e collegare il morsetto nero al negativo (-). · EVITARE SEMPRE DI TOCCARE I MORSETTI ROSSO E NERO. · SCOLLEGARE SEMPRE IL CAVO NEGATIVO DALLA BATTERIA E RICOLLEGARE PER ULTIMO.
3) Una volta che i morsetti sono collegati correttamente, il tester della batteria si accenderà automaticamente e sarà pronto per condurre i test.

Connessione Bluetooth Dopo aver collegato correttamente il tester alla batteria e aver completato la configurazione dell'account, segui le istruzioni visualizzate sullo schermo per connettere il tester della batteria all'app tramite Bluetooth. Dopo una connessione riuscita, l'icona Bluetooth sul display LCD si accende e non lampeggia.
Notas: 1. È possibile collegare all'app un solo tester alla volta. 2. Una volta connesso il Bluetooth, il pulsante Test sul tester batteria non sarà più disponibile.

NÃO CORTE OS CABOS DO PRODUTO NEM MERGULHE-OS NA ÁGUA. Este produto é um dispositivo elétrico que pode causar choque elétrico e queimaduras graves.

1) Capacidade da bateria: 80Ah A capacidade da bateria é a quantidade total de eletricidade gerada na bateria num período de tempo, que é medida em horas de ampere (Ah).
2) Voltagem: 12V Uma bateria de carro totalmente carregada de 12,6 volts ou mais. No entanto, esta medida deve ser de 13,7 a 14,7 volts quando o motor estiver funcionando. Se o testador de bateria ler menos que esse padrão, significa que a tensão de repouso da bateria está fraca. Nesse caso, normalmente, a bateria precisa ser carregada ou substituída.
3) CCA: 650A (SAE) A classificação CCA refere-se uma bateria de 12 volts que fornece 30 segundos de amperagem a 0°F, mantendo pelo menos 7,2 volts. Isso significa que quanto maior a classificação CCA, mais fácil o motor pode ser acionado em temperaturas f rias.
Conecte os grampos aos Terminais da Bateria (Veja a Figura 3.3.1)
1) Antes de conectar os grampos aos terminais, lixe a corrosão nos terminais da bateria para evitar valores de teste imprecisos. Isso ajudará a evitar valores de teste imprecisos.
2) Conecte o grampo vermelho ao terminal positivo (+) e conecte o grampo preto ao negativo (-) · SEMPRE MANTENHA AS PINÇAS VERMELHA E PRETA SEM TOCAR. · DESLIGUE SEMPRE O CABO NEGATIVO DA BATERIA PRIMEIRO E LIGUE-O POR ÚLTIMO.
3) Quando os clipes estiverem totalmente conectados, o testador será ligado automaticamente, pronto para testar.
