Handsets are included with 2 x AAA 600mA rechargeable batteries.

Re-coding/Adding Extra Handsets

Occasionally, the system may need to be re-coded after installation. If a handset does not ring when a call button is pressed, re-coding may be necessary.

Key: ( [CODE BUTTON] = FULL RE-CODE : STEP 1-5) | ( [CODE BUTTON] = ADDING A HANDSET : STEP 3-5)

The process involves a 'TRANSMITTER CODE BUTTON' located inside the transmitter module. Diagrams show the '603/703 DECT' and '705 DECT' transmitter models. The CODE BUTTON is also shown on the back of the wall-mounted unit.

Re-coding Steps:

  1. Press and hold the [CODE BUTTON] inside the Transmitter Module for 5 seconds until an audible tone is heard from the intercom speaker. (On the 603 Transmitter, the blue LED marked D17 should also flash.)
  2. Then, press the [CODE BUTTON] 14 times and wait for the melody to be heard or the LED to turn off. Note: Performing this step will remove ALL previously synced handsets and clear ALL voicemails.
  3. Press and hold the [CODE BUTTON] inside the Transmitter Module for 5 seconds until an audible tone is heard from the intercom speaker. (On the 603 Transmitter, the blue LED marked D17 should also flash.)
  4. Then, press and hold the [CODE BUTTON] on the handset until the red LED at the top begins to flash. After a few seconds, a melody will play to confirm successful connection. (Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for each new handset.)
  5. Finally, test the kit to ensure all functions work as expected. Press the [call button] on the CallPoint to verify the handset and/or wall-mounted unit receives the call and that two-way speech is functioning correctly.

Portable Video Handset Features

Note: Video handsets must be added first, and only one video handset is supported per system MAX.

Answering a Call

  1. When the intercom is called, identify the visitor on the screen.
  2. Press the [OK button] to answer the incoming call.
  3. Speak clearly into the microphone at a distance of 10-20cm.
  4. During the call, press the [left arrow]/[right arrow] buttons to increase or decrease the volume.
  5. Press the [GATE/DOOR TRIGGER button] to release the door/gate. Press the [OK button] to end the call.

Note: The video feed will remain active for 1 minute after the audio call has ended.

The portable video handset features a screen for visitor identification, a microphone, indicators for reception and battery level, an ON/OFF button, an OK button, directional buttons, and a GATE/DOOR TRIGGER button. It connects via DC IN.

The following settings can be changed on the handset at any time:

  1. Adjust brightness.
