Warning: To ensure your safety and health, please use this rowing machine correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the rowing machine. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the rowing machine is assembled, maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the rowing machine are informed of all warnings and precautions.
- Before starting exercise, consult with your doctor to determine if your health and physical condition are adequate for using this product.
- If you are taking medication that affects your heart rate or blood pressure, your doctor's advice is extremely important.
- Always pay attention to adverse reactions of the body. Improper and excessive use can damage your body. If you notice any of the following symptoms, stop exercising immediately: Chest pain and chest tightness, abnormal heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or nausea. Consult your doctor before continuing exercise if any of these symptoms occur.
- Keep children and pets away from the rowing machine. This rowing machine is only suitable for adults.
- Place the rowing machine on a firm, flat horizontal surface with soft materials to protect your ground and carpets. Keep at least 0.6 m (approx. 2 feet) of open space around the rowing machine.
- Ensure all screws and nuts are locked before using the rowing machine.
- Use the rowing machine correctly according to the label. If parts are found to be defective during assembly or inspection, or if you hear abnormal sound, stop using it immediately until the problem is solved.
- Wear suitable clothing during exercise. Avoid loose clothing that may get caught or restrict movement.
- This rowing machine is for indoor use only. Maximum user weight is 264 LB (approx. 120 kg).
- Be careful not to sprain your back when moving or lifting this rowing machine.
- This rowing machine is not suitable for medical rehabilitation.
- Keep the instruction manual and assembly tools for emergency use.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Diagram illustrating Step 1 of assembly: Attach the Front foot tube frame (9) to the Main frame (1) using Bolt (24), Washer (36), and Spring washer (34) with the Allen wrench (15).
STEP 2:
Diagram illustrating Step 2 of assembly: Attach the Rear foot tube frame (2) to the Slide tube frame (3) using Bolt (26), Flat washer (36), and Spring washer (34).
STEP 3:
Diagram illustrating Step 3 of assembly: Install the Seat cushion (50) onto the Slide tube frame (3).
STEP 4:
Diagram illustrating Step 4 of assembly: 1. Attach the Slide tube frame (3) to the Main frame (1) using Bolt (26), Spring washers (34), and Flat washers (36). 2. Screw the Cushion pad (55) into the Main frame (1).
STEP 5:

STEP 6:

STEP 7:
Diagram illustrating Step 7 of assembly: Insert Sensor cable A and B into the Computer bracket (5), and then secure the Computer (58) to the bracket with Screw (31).
STEP 8:
Diagram illustrating Step 8 of assembly: 1. Insert Dry batteries (59) into the Computer up cover (58). 2. Connect Sensor cables A and B to their corresponding ports. 3. Insert the Computer bracket (5) into the Main frame (1) and secure it with Screws (28).
PEDAL ADJUSTMENT

The pedal strap is adjustable according to the size of your feet. The specific tightness adjustment method is shown in the figure. Direction A is for tightening, and direction B is for loosening.
MOVING THE MACHINE
Frame Movement:
The front foot tube frame is equipped with transport wheels. Lift the rear foot tube frame to move the machine to your desired location.

RESISTANCE AND FRAME BALANCE ADJUSTMENT
Resistance Adjustment:
Turn the resistance knob (47) clockwise to increase resistance and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance.
Frame Horizontal Regulation:
If the ground is uneven, adjust the rear foot cover (52) in the direction indicated by arrows A or B in the figure to level the frame.
DISPLAY MANUAL
Button Function:
- MODE: Press this button to select the function. Keep pressing for 3 seconds to clear all data (time, count, calories, total count, distance, and scan).

Functional Operation:
- SCAN: When in scan state, the computer automatically cycles through Time, Count, Calories, Total Count, and REPS/MIN every 6 seconds.
- TIME: Displays the duration of the workout.
- COUNT (Times Count): Displays the number of strokes during the workout.
- CALORIE: Displays the estimated calories burned during the workout.
- TOTAL COUNT (Total Number of Times): Displays the total number of strokes since the batteries were installed.
The computer display will automatically turn off after 4 minutes of inactivity to save power and will reactivate upon detecting movement or button presses.
- REPS/MIN (Average Speed): Displays the average number of strokes per minute.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
- Keep the rowing machine in a clean and dry place.
- Grasp the frame to move the rowing machine. Do not use the seat, as it may move and cause injury.
- Remove the batteries if storing the machine for an extended period.
- Clean the Seat Rail with an absorbent cloth.
- Ensure all nuts and bolts are properly tightened regularly.
- Regular inspection is required. Replace any worn or damaged parts immediately.
