Thank you for purchasing Ecosonique solar panels. Please read this user manual carefully before use. This solar panel is compatible with mobile phones, iPads, digital cameras, PSPs, GPS devices, power banks, and more.

Features

• Utilizes advanced one-piece lamination technology, combined with high-quality ETFE film, anti-ultraviolet EVA, and high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar cells. Features corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and high light transmittance.
• Selected high-efficiency mono-crystalline silicon solar cells provide a conversion efficiency of up to 22%.
• Foldable design makes it portable and easy to carry.
• IP67 waterproof certification allows use in wet weather; however, do not soak the product in water. (The DC Power Hub is not waterproof.)
• Features a detached DC power hub for flexible charging. Comes with a 1.5M cable to meet various scenario needs, avoiding direct contact between the charging device and the solar panel to prevent overheating and damage.
• The detached DC power hub incorporates intelligent IC voltage regulation technology and is equipped with a LED indicator light for 100% safe charging. It provides overcurrent, overheating, and short circuit protection, making charging more efficient. (The LED indicator is always on during normal operation. It turns off if the output port is overloaded or short-circuited.)

10W Model:

• 1 x USB interface
• 1 x Type-C interface
• These two interfaces share a total output of 5V/2A.

20W / 30W Models:

• 1 x 12V DC output interface
• 1 x USB interface (5V/2.4A)
• 1 x Type-C interface (18W max)

The DC Power Hub includes an indicator light (?) to show its status.

Using Guide

Step 1: Unfold the solar panel and place it in direct sunlight. It can be used flat or at a 90° angle to the sun. Adjust the angle as the sun's position changes for optimal performance.

Step 2: Connect the DC Power Hub to the solar panel using the included cable. Then, connect your charging device to the DC Power Hub using the appropriate cable.

Note: The 10W model does not include the 0.5M DC5521 to DC5521 cable or the 3x DC Adapters. The 10W model includes its specific 10W power hub. The 20W and 30W models include a general Power Hub and 3 DC Adapters.

Warnings

• Solar panels cannot store power. You need a power bank or generator for power storage, or connect an electrical device directly to the solar charger.
• Use solar panels to charge appropriate devices; please do not charge car batteries directly.
• Do not expose phones and tablets to direct sunlight while charging with the solar panel, as overheating may damage the device.
• Ensure there are no shadows from trees, buildings, or other obstacles when using the panel.
• Do not bend, disassemble, hit, or drop the solar panel, as it may be damaged.
• Do not immerse the solar panel in water, and do not expose it to rain or humidity.
• Do not use or store solar panels near heat sources such as fire or heaters.
• Keep away from highly corrosive objects.

Warranty

The product warranty service is non-transferable and is only available to the original purchaser. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty conditions do not apply to damage caused by subjective destruction, misuse, abusive modification, improper installation, or operation.

Question & Answer

Q: Is this solar panel waterproof?

A: Yes, our solar panel is IP67 waterproof, which maximizes its service life. However, please keep the panel in a dry environment and do not soak it in water.

Q: Why is the actual power of the solar panel not up to the advertised power?

A: The output power of solar panels is closely related to environmental factors:

• Weather: In high temperatures (>45°C / 113°F), cloudy, or rainy conditions, the output power may be lower.
• Angle: If sunlight does not hit the solar panel vertically, its output power will be lower.
• Obstructions: If solar panels are placed in shade, behind other objects, or behind windows, the output power may be lower.

WARNING: Do not press on the solar panel, as it may be damaged, reducing output power.

Q: Can the solar panels store power?

A: A solar panel is a tool that converts solar energy into electrical energy. It converts energy but cannot store it.

Q: How to clean the surface of the solar panel?

A: When dust and dirt cover the surface, clean it with a soft brush, then wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove remaining dust and dirt. Anything covering the surface should be removed as soon as possible to avoid affecting performance.
