START TO USE · Insert type CR2032 batteries observing polarity into a special compartment at the bottom of the scale. Close the compartment. The scale is ready to operate. · By default the scale is set to stones. There is a switch on the rear panel of the scale, for selecting "kilos" or "pounds" as units of measurement. · Make sure that the scale stands on flat even hard horizontal surface. Do not place the scale on a carpet or any other soft surfaces. · In order to determine the weight correctly, the scale should stay in one place. By moving the scale you may place it on an uneven surface, and it may affect the correctness of the weight displayed.
WEIGHING · In order to determine the weight correctly, you should weigh yourself at the same time during the day and before meal.
