Positioning Guidelines
Range: 10-370 Yards
Place the SC300i behind the ball on the same level surface.
For indoor net use, ensure at least 6.5 feet (approx. 2 meters) distance from the ball to the net.

Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows for convenient adjustment of various settings:
- Mode: Practice / Target (Distance Control)
- Unit: Yards / Meters
- Language (Voice): Setting for ENG / KOR / JPN
- Volume: Levels 0-5
- Loft: Adjustable lofts to match your club specifications.
- Target: Set target carry distance (in 5-yard increments).
- Club Selection: For fairway and utility woods, press repeatedly to cycle through clubs.
- Carry/Total: Set the device to display carry or total distance.
Terminology
- Mode: Practice or Target mode.
- Club/Loft Angle: Current club and its loft angle.
- Total Shots: Cumulative number of shots recorded.
- Bluetooth Enable: Indicates if Bluetooth is active.
- Distance Type: Displayed in yards or meters.
- Distance: Measured shot distance.
- Battery: Power level indicator.
- Swing Speed: Speed of the clubhead during the swing.
- Ball Speed: Speed of the ball after impact.
- Launch Angle: The vertical angle at which the ball leaves the clubface.
- Apex: The highest point of the ball's trajectory.
- Smash Factor: Ratio of ball speed to clubhead speed, indicating efficiency.

Club Selection
SC300i Unit: On the device, press the Loft Angle button repeatedly until your desired club is displayed (W1, W3, W4, W5, W6, W7, U3, U4, U5, U6, U7, I3, I4, I5, I6, I7, I8, I9, PW, GW, SW, LW).
SC300i Remote: Select desired club. For fairway woods and utility clubs, press the button repeatedly until the desired club is reached.
Reset Shot Data
With the device turned off: Hold down the "+" button, then press the "Mode" button (for more than 2 seconds). 'DEL' will appear on the screen. Press the "-" button to confirm. Reset is complete.
Note: Once reset, all shot data is deleted and cannot be recovered. App data must be deleted separately.
Practice Mode
Provides immediate feedback on your shots, including:
- Carry/Total distance
- Swing speed
- Ball speed
- Smash factor
- Apex
- Launch angle
Example Data: Club: I7, Loft Angle: 33°, Total Shots: 144, Bluetooth Enabled, Carry: 152.4 yards, Swing Speed: 78.8 mph, Ball Speed: 104.8 mph, Launch Angle: 27.8°, Apex: 98.8 feet, Smash Factor: 1.33.
Target Mode
Allows players to practice for a specific target distance. This mode is for Irons & Wedges only.
- Choose desired distance for practice between 15 yards to 195 yards, in 5-yard increments.
- Using the SC300i Device: Press the Mode button to enter Target Mode. Hold the '+' button until only the flag and yardage are shown. Use the +/- buttons to set the yardage.
- Using the SC300i Remote: Use the Mode button to select Target Mode, then use the +/- buttons to set the yardage.
Example Data: Club: SW, Loft Angle: 56°, Total Shots: 144, Bluetooth Enabled, Target Distance: 55 yards, Carry: 50.7 yards, Swing Speed: 25.8 m/s, Ball Speed: 24.9 m/s, Launch Angle: 38.5°, Apex: 12.8 meters.
Bluetooth Connection
Follow these steps to connect your device via Bluetooth:
- Select the Bluetooth Icon on the App.
- Choose SC300i from the list of available devices.
- Confirm Bluetooth Enabled status.
App Key Features
Video Record / Playback
- Record videos of your swing and play them back.
- Provides shot data associated with stored swing videos.
Statistics / Analysis
- Analyze shots by Club and by Date range.
- View statistics categorized by Mode (Practice and Target).

- Data includes: Distance, Launch Angle, Apex, Ball Speed, Swing Speed, Smash Factor, and Spin Rate.
- Spin Rate is not supported for i9, PW, GW, SW, LW clubs.
Target Mode (Irons and Wedges only)
- Practice for precise target distance.
- Scoring is provided for each shot.
- Target range: 15 yards to 195 yards.

Battery Maintenance
- Charge the device only for the recommended time.
- Do not leave the device on the charger overnight or for extended periods.
- For storage during off-season, keep the battery at 40-50% charge and check periodically.
- Do not store the unit when the battery is at 100% or completely drained to 0%.
SC Setup Guide / FAQ
- Placement: Place the SC300i approximately 5 feet behind the ball. If shots are not detected, try placing it slightly further away.
- Indoor Net Use: Ensure at least 6.5 feet distance from the ball to the net.
- Leveling: Make sure the ball and your Swing Caddie are on the same level. Even a 1-inch difference can affect readings.
- Ball Type: Certain balls (e.g., Range balls, Limited flight, Practice balls) are designed to fly shorter and may lead to inaccurate readings.
- Roll and Slope: Factors of ground roll and slope are not calculated by the device and can cause inaccuracies in distance measurements.
- Distance Display: Always check if your unit is set to display 'Carry' or 'Total' distance.

Warranty Information
One Year Limited Warranty
Voice Caddie warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase.
If a defect exists, Voice Caddie will, at its option:
- (1) Repair the product at no charge.
- (2) Exchange the product with a new or like-new product that is functionally equivalent.
- (3) Refund the purchase price of the product.
Voice Caddie is not obligated to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned.
This Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Voice Caddie products.
- Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than a Voice Caddie Authorized Service Provider.
- Products or parts modified without written permission from Voice Caddie.
