6. Manual Instruction

i. Install RS232 Driver

Refer to the CD provided, specifically the "usb driverV3.1" folder.

ii. Install the Software

Open the provided CD. Locate and double-click the executable file named "T-937 Reflow Soldering Control System.exe" to begin the installation.

iii. Software Operation

  1. Viewport Setting:

Upon opening the software, navigate to "viewport setting". For optimal visual clarity, set the time parameter to "reflow target time +10S" and the temperature parameter to "target peak temp +20°C". Then, press "confirm".

  2. Operation with PC:

Connect the reflow oven to the computer using the provided communication line. Open the T-937M software. Access the system parameters via the menu bar: "other function" -> "system parameter". In the settings window, select "USB-SERIAL CH340 (COM**)" and press "confirm". Return to the main interface. The software should display a connection status, and the reflow oven's LCD displayer will show "connected with PC" after pressing F2 on the oven.

  3. Make the Wave (Temperature Profile):

Set the Solder Paste Character: Click on "Display setting area -> paste" to display the wave in the client drawing area. Click "display setting area -> paste user" to either select a user-defined paste character or choose one from the software's paste database.

    • a) Use the paste database from software: Select the desired paste model from the shortcut bar; its corresponding paste wave will appear in the client drawing area.
    • b) User define paste data: Navigate to "others" -> "user defined solder paste". A "user defined paste window" will appear. Input the required paste parameters and click "save". This custom wave will then be displayed in the client draw area.

    Set up the Wave:

    • a) Open the wave from machine memory: Click "menu" -> "open recipe" and select the desired wave. Tip: The machine supports 8 waves. If these do not match your solder paste, adjust them to achieve a good reflow effect.
    • b) Set up wave manually: Under the "place control points state", the mouse cursor will change. Right-click to switch between "place/check control points state". Click within the client draw area to place control points and define a new wave.

    Adjust the Wave:

    • a) Manual adjustment: Under "check control points state", double-click the client draw area to reveal control points on the wave. Move these points with the mouse to modify the wave.
    • b) Fine adjustment: Use the provided symbols [arrow symbols] to adjust the wave in different directions for faster changes. Tip: The displayed paste character wave is theoretical. Actual results may vary due to factors like heat conduction rate; adjust the wave based on the actual reflow effect for optimal soldering.

④ Preview the Wave: Click "operation" -> "profile preview" to review the created wave. If temperatures exceed the "T Limit" (indicated in the display setting area, No.9), the software will automatically set them to 45°C.

⑤ Set the Wave Heating Time: Set the heating time using the shortcut bar.

⑥ Save the Wave: Click "menu" -> "save recipe", enter a wave name, and press "save".

⑦ Manage the Wave: Click "database management" -> "recipe management" to access the wave management window.

  4. Send the Wave to T-937M Reflow Oven:

The T-937M reflow oven has 8 file areas for saving waves. If not connected to a PC, it can operate independently. After creating a wave on the computer, click "operation" -> "send to device" and select the profile number to transfer.

  5. View the Waves in Machine:

Click "view", select the profile number. The wave will display in the client drawing area, where it can be further adjusted and saved.

  6. Run the Wave in Machine:

Click "run" in the shortcut bar, select the profile number. A wave running window will appear, initiating the soldering process.

iv. Independent Operation

Panel Overview:

The oven's panel has controls for display, heating, fan, and cooling, along with function buttons F1, F2, F3, and a back button.

Interface Modes:

The system supports different interfaces:

  • Chinese/English Main interface.
  • Independent operation interface.

Diagrams illustrate various interfaces:

  • Connection interface.
  • Independent operation interface (showing options like "Execute Curve", "Select Curve", "Constant Temperature Timer").
  • Wave running interface (displaying running time, set temperature, current temperature).
  • Select wave interface (showing wave number and operation tips for F1, F2, F3).
  • Thermostatic timer interface (displaying set temperature, set time, operation tips, current temperature, current running time).
  • Main interface (performing wave, selecting wave).

Performing the Wave Interface: Shows running time, set temp, and current temp.

Selecting Wave Interface: Shows wave number and operation tips (F1/select next wave; F3/select last wave; F2: switch last/next 8 mins wave).

7. Attention

  • If the machine is not used for an extended period, unplug the power line plug.
  • The machine should be connected to an exhaust passage for outdoor ventilation or exhaust recovery to prevent poisoning from solder paste volatiles.
  • This machine uses strict protective insulation materials; do not open the machine casually.

8. Warranty

The warranty for the main body is one year. For parts, the warranty is three months. Lifetime technical guidance is provided.
