3. How To Use The APP

  1. Download and install the Tuya Smart APP. Register an account and log in.
  2. Agree to data analysis and proceed to the app.
  3. Allow all requested permissions.
  4. Select 'Outdoor Travel' and then 'Scooter'.
  5. Turn on the scooter before proceeding. The app will connect via Bluetooth.
  6. Click '√' and then 'Done' to complete setup.

  1. Fix the steering pole using the front folder.
  2. Insert the handlebar set into the steering pole.
  3. Secure the handlebar set with 4 screws using the hex wrench.
  4. Test the power button by activating the scooter.

  1. Open the silicone cover of the charging port.
  2. Plug the charger into the charging port.
  3. Close the silicone cover after charging.

5. How To Ride The Scooter

Notice: Please wear a helmet and knee pads if you are new to scooting.

  1. Activate the scooter and check the display screen for status.
  2. Place one foot forward on the deck, use the other foot to push off and glide.
  3. Step onto the other leg while moving. Press the throttle steadily. Accelerate only when speed exceeds 5 km/h.
  4. To slow down, release the throttle. The energy recovery system will activate. Use the brake lever to stop; do not pull too hard to avoid sudden stops.
  5. Keep both hands on the handlebars and steer gently. Lean your body slightly for turns.

7. How To Fold & Transport The Scooter

The scooter features a 3-second Fold-N-Carry design.

To fold: Ensure the scooter is OFF. Hold the front pole, pull the bolt upward, and push the latch forward simultaneously. Lower the front pole and align the bell with the rear fender catch.

The folded scooter can be carried with one hand.

8. Daily Maintenance & Storage:

How To Clean And Store The Electric Scooter

Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Use toothpaste and a toothbrush for stubborn stains. Polish scratched plastic parts with sandpaper.

Warning: Ensure the scooter is OFF. Do not use alcohol, petrol, kerosene, corrosive lotions, or volatile chemical solvents. Do not wash with high-pressure water. Close the charging port cover after charging.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to street conditions, sun, rain, or extreme temperatures.

The Electric Scooter Battery Maintenance:

  1. Do not replace the battery with non-branded ones.
  2. Do not disassemble the battery or cause short-circuits.
  3. Use the original AC adaptor.
  4. Dispose of used batteries according to local laws to protect the environment.
  5. Charge the battery after each use to extend its service life.
  6. If storing for over 30 days, charge the battery every 60 days. Long-term inactivity can harm the battery.
  7. Do not store the battery above 50°C or below -20°C.

11. Warranty Policy Of OOK-TEK:

Warranty policy is in accordance with Consumer Rights and Law on the Quality of Products.

Recommendation: Use original packaging for safe transport. Keep the original box for 15 days after receipt.

Free after-service is not available for the following cases:

  1. Warranty period has expired.
  2. Damage caused by collision, negligence, abuse, or accidents.
  3. Failure to operate according to instructions.
  4. Unauthorized disassembly or modification.
  5. Improper maintenance or storage.
  6. Use of inappropriate power supply.
  7. Damage due to force majeure (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
  8. Application of after-service without complete device information or proof.

12. Safety Statements:

  1. The electric scooter is for entertainment, not a vehicle. Riding in public areas carries risks. Read and follow this manual carefully.
  2. Comply with all traffic rules and safety recommendations. Be aware of collision risks due to rule violations and improper operation. Maintain appropriate speed and safe distance from pedestrians and vehicles, especially at high speeds, in unfamiliar areas, or on slippery roads.
  3. Respect pedestrians. Do not scare them, especially children. Reduce speed and pass gently, preferably from their left side when traveling in the same direction, or from your left side when traveling in the opposite direction. Maintain a safe distance.
  4. Follow local rules and safety recommendations. Violations may lead to financial penalties, personal injury, accidents, or legal disputes. OOK-TEK is not liable for such issues.
  5. Do not lend the scooter to individuals unfamiliar with its operation. Train them and remind them to wear safety gear.
  6. Inspect the scooter before riding. Discontinue use if parts are shattered, battery life is significantly reduced, the tire is flat, there is excessive wear, or unusual sounds occur.
