How to trim the filament

 WARNING
BURN HAZARD · The ceramic nozzle can reach very high temperatures. · Avoid touching the tip or melted plastic to prevent severe burns. · Keep the nozzle away from flammable materials. · Inform those nearby that the device is hot and requires careful handling. · Allow the nozzle to cool completely before storage to avoid damage to
surfaces and materials. · Use only 1.75mm ABS and PLA filament.

Not suitable for children under 12 years old. 0-12 Adult supervision required.

Avoid using the device near water-filled vessels such as bathtubs, showers, or basins.

Age Recommendation The myFirst 3dPen Artist is designed for children aged 12 years and above. It is not suitable for children under 12 years old due to its operational temperature.
Supervision Initial use should be under adult supervision to ensure proper handling and understanding of safety precautions.
Workspace Use the 3dPen Artist in a well-ventilated area. Keep your workspace free of any flammable materials.
High Temperature The tip of the 3dPen Artist and the molten filament can reach high temperatures. Avoid direct contact with the skin.
Storage When not in use, place the 3dPen Artist on its stand or in a location where the hot tip cannot come into contact with surfaces or materials.
Ceramic Pen Tip Do not touch the ceramic tip with your hands or any objects while the pen is heated or for several minutes after it has been switched off. Avoid dropping the pen to prevent damage to the ceramic tip.
Guided Use Before starting, familiarize yourself with the pen's functions and settings as outlined in the user manual.
Filament Only use approved filament types specified by myFirst. Using unapproved materials can pose safety risks and may damage your 3dPen Artist.
Power Connect the 3dPen Artist to the power supply according to the instructions. Do not leave the device unattended while it is powered on. Ensure the device is connected to a power source of the correct voltage. Do not use damaged power cables or adapters.

Maintenance Allow the pen to cool down before performing any maintenance or attempting to clear a filament jam. Water Hazard Keep the 3dPen Artist away from water or other liquids to prevent electric shock. Ventilation Use in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhalation of any fumes that may be emitted from the melting filament. Eye Safety Be aware of the direction in which the pen is pointed to prevent accidental contact with the eyes. Safety glasses are recommended during use. In Case of Injury · Burns: In case of contact with the hot tip or molten filament, cool the affected
area immediately with cold water and seek medical advice. · Electrical Shock: In the event of electrical shock, disconnect the power
immediately and consult a medical professional.

Power On Plug the 3dPen into an DC adapter or a power bank (5V / 2A output).

Filament Loading Insert filament into the loading hole. Press and hold or double-click the loading button to feed; release or press again to stop.
Filament Unloading Press and hold or double-click the unloading button to remove filament; release or press again to stop.
TARGET
Idle / Reheat Enters standby after 2 minutes idle. Press the loading button to reheat.
Power Off To turn off, simply disconnect the adapter.
