Samsung BOGO Adaptador 25W Promotional Activity Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: BOGO ADAPTADOR 25W (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: The PROMOTION is valid from June 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. until June 30, 2025, or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Available Units for the Promotion: There are 2000 units available for the BENEFIT object of the PROMOTION across all references and Authorized Participating Stores.

Applicable Territory for the Promotion: PROMOTION valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels for the Promotion: PROMOTION valid in online channels of Authorized Participating Stores, as defined later.

II. Preliminary Considerations

This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions to which individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) who participate in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”) will be subject. Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C. These T&C can be consulted by entering https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/students.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1) Object: The BOGO ADAPTADOR 25W Promotion allows the client to purchase PRODUCT A together with a product identified as PRODUCT B for a special price that will be identified as the Benefit, and which will be lower than what the two PRODUCTS would normally cost. Below is the detail of the PROMOTION:

• For the purchase of one (1) Galaxy A56 5G 256GB (SM-A566ELICLTC - SM-A566EZACLTC - SM-A566EZGCLTC - SM-A566EZKCLTC) (“PRODUCT A”) in Authorized Participating Stores, the CLIENT can get one (1) 25W Adapter (EP-T2510NBEGCA) (“PRODUCT B”), paying a final price of COP $1,999,900 (the “BENEFIT”).
• For the purchase of one (1) Galaxy A36 5G (SM-A366ELGGLTC - SM-A366ELVGLTC - SM-A366EZAGLTC - SM-A366EZKGLTC) (“PRODUCT A”) in Authorized Participating Stores, the CLIENT can get one (1) 25W Adapter (EP-T2510NBEGCA) (“PRODUCT B”), paying a final price of COP $1,529,900 (the “BENEFIT”).
• For the purchase of one (1) Galaxy A26 5G (SM-A266MZKHLTC - SM-A266MZWHLTC - SM-A266MLGHLTC) (“PRODUCT A”) in Authorized Participating Stores, the CLIENT can get one (1) 25W Adapter (EP-T2510NBEGCA) (“PRODUCT B”), paying a final price of COP $1,042,900 (the “BENEFIT”).
• For the purchase of one (1) Galaxy A16 5G (SM-A166MLGILTC - SM-A166MZAILTC - SM-A166MZKILTC) (“PRODUCT A”) in Authorized Participating Stores, the CLIENT can get one (1) 25W Adapter (EP-T2510NBEGCA) (“PRODUCT B”), paying a final price of COP $899,900 (the “BENEFIT”).

2) Authorized Participating Stores: The Authorized Participating Stores for the PROMOTION are the following:

3) Products and Units: The products (hereinafter “PRODUCTS”) are those indicated below. However, the purchase of the PRODUCT is subject to its availability in the Authorized Participating Stores at the time of purchase:

4) Clients: For the purposes of the PROMOTION, CLIENTS are natural persons over 18 years of age.

5) Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Authorized Participating Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT, within the dates of the PROMOTION, paying with any authorized method by each Authorized Participating Store.

To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must consider the following mechanics:

• CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by entering the online channels of the Authorized Participating Stores they have access to and adding the PRODUCT of their choice.
• Once the CLIENT selects their PRODUCT with the desired capacity and desired color, they must click on “continue with purchase”.
• By continuing with the purchase, the Authorized Participating Store will redirect the CLIENT to the BENEFIT page.
• Once the CLIENT accepts the BENEFIT, they must click on “continue” for the BENEFIT to be added to the shopping cart.
• The CLIENT must verify that the PRODUCT and the BENEFIT are included in the shopping cart, that the final price of their order corresponds to what is established in the PROMOTION, and then continue with the steps to finalize their purchase.

6) Special Conditions of the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:

• The BENEFIT is only cumulative with the following promotions: “0% Interest”.
• The BENEFIT will only be applied if the CLIENT chooses and accepts the product object of the BENEFIT of their preference to be added to the shopping cart.
• The BENEFIT may be redeemed a maximum of one (1) time per CLIENT.
• BENEFIT colors are subject to the availability of the Authorized Participating Store.
• In case of accessing the PROMOTION through the online channel of the Authorized Participating Store, and the BENEFIT has already been delivered to the CLIENT, if the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the BENEFIT along with the PRODUCT. In case the BENEFIT has not been delivered and the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal, the BENEFIT will not be delivered.
• The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank account deposits, credit or debit card deposits, or any other transaction or benefit other than those described in the T&C.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. Upon purchasing the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be accepting in its entirety all that is indicated in these T&C.
2. Each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS, and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, taking into account the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.
3. In the case of online channel participation, each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, all conditions regarding the mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. For this purpose, the CLIENT, before making their purchase, must contact the Authorized Participating Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION to obtain more information about the delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that, in the event the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Authorized Participating Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color that is available.
5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are exhausted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will terminate.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will correspond to the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the producer of these. If any PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a producer different from SAMSUNG, the warranty that will apply will be the one established by the producer of the PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the acquired PRODUCT, provided that said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, in case the latter has been delivered. The withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and in accordance with the indications established by each Authorized Participating Store.
8. Samsung reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason, for which the updated T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and it will be understood that by such publication, CLIENTS are notified and, therefore, these conditions apply to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.
9. SAMSUNG and the Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION AND the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, and in case of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, said claim will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, via WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the public service channels of each of the Authorized Participating Stores.
10. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to Samsung's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, personal information provided is stored in limited access systems, located in controlled facilities. 11. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to a store different from Samsung's online channel, the respective Authorized Participating Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected by virtue of the PROMOTION, for which the CLIENT may consult the personal data protection policy of the Authorized Participating Store on its website. The Authorized Participating Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. For its part, SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected by virtue of the PROMOTION, which is why their processing will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Authorized Participating Store.
12. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
