Product Visual Description
The Rackmount.IT RM-SW-T11 is a 1U rackmount accessory designed to house Sonicwall TZ series firewalls. The accessory is shown mounted in a standard server rack. The top view displays a Sonicwall firewall installed in the rackmount, with network cables connected to the rear ports. The bottom view provides a closer look at the rackmount unit itself, showing the power input connector and cable management features. A smaller image shows the front panel of the unit.
Mounting Instructions
- Place your appliance on the rack.
- Secure your appliance with one screw from the side.
- Place your power supply on the rack and secure it with two zip ties.
- Plug in the power supply.
- Tie down the excess length of the power cable to the rack with a zip tie.
- Connect the appliance to the couplers using the supplied cables.
- Optional: Connect a fiber cable and lead the cable through the opening in the front of the rack.
- Optional: To connect antenna cables at the front, remove the pre-cut sections using a screwdriver and hammer. (Antenna cables not included.)
Please ensure proper ventilation according to the network appliance manufacturer's guidelines.
