Organizer

The Organizer of the Promotion is Samsung Electronics Baltics SIA, registration number 40003963909, address: Duntes iela 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter – Organizer).

Campaign General Terms

The Campaign is valid from September 4, 2025, 12:00 until September 30, 2025 (hereinafter – Campaign Period).

The Campaign takes place in the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

The Campaign takes place in reseller webshops and physical stores designated by the Organizer, as listed in Appendix I (hereinafter – Store).

Participants

• Individuals can participate in the Promotion.
• Participants under 18 years of age can participate and receive gifts only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Campaign

Campaign Products are Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra models, marketed by the Organizer in Stores, as listed in Appendix II (hereinafter – Campaign Products). For each Campaign Product purchased from a Store during the Campaign Period, the buyer (hereinafter – Participant) is entitled to a free gift – a one-year Microsoft 365 Family subscription (hereinafter – Gift), as listed in Appendix III. The availability of certain Campaign Products and Gifts or vouchers may be limited.

This offer is valid only for Campaign Products marketed and sold by the Organizer in Stores. This Promotion does not apply to Samsung products marketed by third parties. The Participant must ensure that the selected product is available and eligible for participation in the Promotion at the Store when making the purchase. The buyer must carefully review these Terms and Appendix I to avoid possible misunderstandings.

The quantity of Campaign Products and accessories is limited. If the available quantity runs out, the Promotion is no longer available. If Campaign Products or accessories are unavailable, the Store will display or mark "Sold Out" or a similar designation.

Gift

If the Participant has questions about the color, technical specifications, or other details of the Campaign Products or about the Gifts, they should contact the Samsung call center (as indicated in point 33 of these Terms) or contact Store representatives directly.

Gift Details

The Gift is a one-year free subscription to Microsoft 365 Family.

The Gift voucher code must be redeemed on the purchased Campaign Product via the pre-installed Samsung Members application and activated on the following web pages:

The campaign code must be redeemed in the Samsung Members application according to these Terms no later than October 12, 2025. The subscription is valid for twelve months from the date of activation. The code does not have an activation expiry date. The campaign code can only be used once.

The Gift and/or corresponding subscription will be cancelled if the Campaign Products are returned to the Store, should the Participant decide to withdraw from the purchase agreement based on applicable legislation.

The quantity of Gifts and Campaign Products is limited. If the available quantity is exhausted, the Gift cannot be obtained for free. In case of unavailability of Gifts, the Store will display or mark "Sold Out" or a similar notice by the seller.

The Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, another product, or returned.

The Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes and other necessary costs related to the Gift.

Personal Data

The Organizer uses Participants' personal data for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

The processing of Participants' personal data is based on the following legal grounds: consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")); performance of a contract with the data subject (Article 6(1)(b)); fulfillment of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)); legitimate interest in promoting the Samsung brand and products (Article 6(1)(f)).

If the processing of Participants' personal data is based on their consent, the Participant has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Personal data is shared only with third-party service providers and/or companies within the Organizer's group that provide services to the Organizer, such as campaign organization, maintenance, and similar support. These third parties have access to personal data only to the extent necessary to provide services to the Organizer and/or to ensure the continuous operation of the Promotion.

Participants' personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the Promotion. In case of legal proceedings related to the Promotion, personal data may be stored until the end of the proceedings. If laws and regulations stipulate a mandatory retention period for personal data, the Organizer will comply with the relevant provisions.

The Organizer acts as a joint controller together with the Stores. To request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing of their personal data, or to exercise the right to data portability, or for other requests related to the processing of personal data, the Participant may contact the European Data Protection Officer via the GDPR support page, the link to which can be found in the Privacy Policy: http://www.samsung.com/lv/ (in Latvian), https://www.samsung.com/lt/ (in Lithuanian), https://www.samsung.com/ee/ (in Estonian). The Participant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate.

General Terms

• The Promotion is intended only for retail buyers and does not apply to goods acquired for resale purposes.
• The general terms and conditions of sale and delivery of the Store apply, unless these Terms explicitly state otherwise.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that changes are made reasonably and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• The Participant is not entitled to benefit from the Promotion if it is determined that the Participant has violated the Terms or has used the Promotion unfairly or in bad faith.
• The Organizer is not liable for the suspension of the Promotion due to force majeure, international or national sanctions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
• The Participant agrees that the Organizer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
• If the Participant has followed the Promotion rules but the Store refuses to provide the Gift, the buyer must submit a claim to the respective Store. The Organizer is not responsible for restrictions or changes that Stores implement regarding the Promotion.
• The conduct of the Promotion is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes related to the Promotion shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
• The choice of applicable law and jurisdiction does not deprive the Participant of protection provided by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 and Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.

If the Participant has any questions or complaints regarding the Promotion, they can submit them until December 31, 2025, by calling or writing to the Samsung call center.
