Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Frame Assembly
Attach the U-shaped frame pieces (9 and 10) together. Use hardware E (x8) to secure them. It is recommended to complete the assembly on a flat ground or carpet.
- Step 2: Side Panel Attachment
Attach the side panel (2) to the main frame piece (1). Use hardware G1 (x4), E (x4), and L (x2). Secure with J3 (x2) and J1 (x1), ensuring the correct orientation of J3.
- Step 3: Connecting Frame Pieces
Connect the U-shaped frame piece (9) to the assembled side panels (1 and 2). Use hardware C (x4). Note the direction of the holes for proper alignment.
- Step 4: Attaching Panels
Attach the small rectangular panel (4) to the large rectangular panel (6) using hardware C (x2). Note the direction of the holes. Then, attach the large rectangular panel (7) to panel (6) using hardware C (x2), again noting hole direction.
- Step 5: Integrating Panels
Attach the assembly from Step 4 (panels 4, 6, 7) to the main structure. Use hardware C (x4) to connect panel 5 to panels 4 and 7. Then, attach this entire assembly to the main frame (1 and 2) using hardware G2 (x4).
- Step 6: Securing Top Panels
Attach the large rectangular panels (3) to the structure. Use hardware C (x8) to secure panels 3 to the supporting pieces (5 and 6).
- Step 7: Attaching Support Rods
Connect the long, thin rod/bars (11) to the other rod/bars (12) using hardware E (x4). Then, attach these assembled units to the main structure using hardware D (x4).
- Step 8: Reinforcing Structure
Further reinforce the structure by attaching the rod/bars (11 and 12) using hardware C (x4).
- Step 9: Attaching Top Rods
Connect the long, thin rod/bars (13) to the other rod/bars (14) using hardware E (x4). Then, attach these assembled units to the top of the headboard structure using hardware D (x4).
- Step 10: Installing Shelf/Accessory Mount
Attach the small rectangular panel (8) to the mounting bracket assembly. Use hardware I (x2), J2 (x1), and J4 (x2). Secure with H2 (x1) and H3 (x2). Ensure correct screw types (J3 vs J4) are used.
- Step 11: Final Placement of Shelf/Accessory
Insert the assembled part from Step 10 (panel 8) into its designated position within the headboard structure.
- Step 12: Attaching Electrical Components
Attach the plastic mounting brackets (K, x2) and hardware F (x4) using H1 (x1) and H3 (x2). Note the power limit of this product is 1500W. Do not connect high-power household appliances.
- Step 13: Locking Mechanism
Engage the locking mechanism as shown in the diagram to secure components.
- Step 14: Attaching to Bed Frame - Method 1
When connecting the headboard to the bed frame, determine the correct method based on your bed frame width. Method 1: If the bed frame width is the same as the headboard width, no additional bracket (M) is needed. Use hardware N1 and N2 to attach directly.
- Step 15: Attaching to Bed Frame - Method 2
Method 2: If the bed frame width is smaller than the headboard width, install bracket M (x2) as shown in the figure using hardware N1 and N2.
- Step 16: Attaching to Bed Frame - Method 3
Method 3: If the bed frame width is larger than the headboard width, install bracket M (x2) as shown in the figure using hardware N1 and N2.
- Step 17: Final Check
Before using the product, please ensure that all screw fittings are positioned correctly and fastened securely.
