Mi Smart Band 4 User Manual

Product Overview

Please read this user manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

The Mi Smart Band 4 consists of three parts:

• a) Fitness Tracker: The main unit containing the sensors and display.
• b) Armband: The strap that holds the fitness tracker.
• c) Charging Cable: Used to charge the fitness tracker.

Key components of the Fitness Tracker:

• Touchscreen
• Heart Rate Sensor
• Charging Port
• Touch Button

Installation

To install the fitness tracker into the armband:

1. Slide one end of the fitness tracker into the slot on the front of the armband.
2. Press the other side with your thumb to fully slide the fitness tracker into the slot.

Wearing the Tracker

Attach the Mi Band to your wrist so that it fits comfortably, approximately one finger-width away from your wrist bone.

Note: Wearing the armband too loosely may affect the accuracy of the heart rate sensor.

Pairing

1. Scan the QR code to download and install the latest version of the Mi Fit app, or search for the app in Google Play, the App Store, or a third-party app store.
2. Open the Mi Fit app, log in to your account, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect and pair your Mi Band with your device. When your Mi Band starts vibrating and the Bluetooth pairing notification appears on the display, press the button to complete the pairing process.

Note: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Keep your phone close to the Mi Band during the pairing process.

Usage

After successfully pairing the Mi Band with your device, it will begin recording and analyzing your daily activities and sleep patterns.

Touch the button to turn on the screen backlight. You can then swipe up or down to access various functions. For example, you can view your activity data and measure your heart rate.

• Swipe up/down to switch between functions.
• Swipe right to return to the previous page.

Disassembling the Tracker

Remove the Mi Band from your wrist. Hold both ends of the band and pull them apart until a small gap is created between the fitness tracker and the armband. Use your finger to push the fitness tracker out of the slot on the front of the armband.

Charging

Charge your Mi Band immediately when the battery level is low.

Precautions

• When using the Mi Band to measure your heart rate, please keep your wrist still.
• The Mi INTELLI-Band 4 has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM. You can wear it in the shower, in the pool, or while swimming near the shore. However, do not wear it in a sauna or while diving in the sea.
• The touch button and touchscreen cannot be used underwater. If your Mi Band comes into contact with water, remove excess water with a soft cloth from the surface before using the Mi Band.
• Avoid wearing the Mi Band too tightly in daily use, and try to keep the contact area with your skin dry. Please clean the armband regularly with water. If the skin in the contact area with the Mi Band begins to redden or swell, please stop using the product and consult a doctor.
