Remote Control

The remote control has the following buttons:

Installation

Two people are recommended to lift the packaging.

  1. Lift the handrail to the upright position and secure it with the M8x15mm knobs.
  2. Attach the phone holder to the handrail and secure it with the M8x30mm knob.
  3. Connect the power supply to complete the installation.
  4. Ensure the belt is centered on the treadmill and adjust if necessary.

Note: The running belt may have a visible joint mark, which is normal and does not affect performance.

Operation

Plug the power cable into an electrical outlet and turn the red switch ON. The switch will illuminate, and the treadmill will emit a sound, turning on the display.

Turning the Treadmill On/Off

  1. Press the Power button on the remote to turn the treadmill on.
  2. Press the Power button again to turn the treadmill off.

Note: To ensure safety, wait for the treadmill to come to a complete stop before turning it off.

  1. Press the Start/stop button to begin walking. Press it again when finished.
  2. For optimal maintenance and lifespan, turn off the power after 2 hours of continuous use and allow the machine to rest for 10 minutes before the next use.

Adjusting the Speed

Changing Modes

When the treadmill is in standby, press the Mode button on the remote to cycle through three countdown modes: Time, Distance, and Calorie. After selecting a mode, use the speed increase and decrease buttons to set the countdown values, then press the 'Start' button to begin.

Cleaning & Care

Regular cleaning extends the treadmill's lifespan.

Note: Unplug the power supply before moving the front cover.

When not in use, keep the safety lock out of children's reach. Store the silicone oil bottle safely away from children. If ingested or in eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention promptly.

The treadmill can be stored vertically to save space. Before standing it up, turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord. Carefully stand it up and place it against a wall, ensuring it's at an angle to prevent tipping.

Belt Lubrication

Apply lubricating oil according to usage:

Belt Adjustment

If the belt slips or is misaligned, it needs adjustment. A loose belt may slip during use. A tight belt can reduce motor performance and increase wear.

The correct tension allows lifting the belt sides by hand about 50-75mm away from the running board.
