Cleaning & Care
Regular cleaning extends the treadmill's lifespan.
- Disconnect the power before cleaning.
- Use a small amount of mild detergent on a 100% cotton cloth. Do not spray detergent directly on the belt or use acidic/corrosive detergents.
- Do not wipe under the walking belt.
- Avoid splashing water onto electrical components or under the running belt.
- Clean the exposed sides of the running belt to reduce impurity accumulation.
- Ensure sports shoes are clean and free of foreign objects.
- Open the motor cover at least once a year to vacuum and clean the motor.
Note: Unplug the power supply before moving the front cover.
When not in use, keep the safety lock out of children's reach. Store the silicone oil bottle safely away from children. If ingested or in eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention promptly.
The treadmill can be stored vertically to save space. Before standing it up, turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord. Carefully stand it up and place it against a wall, ensuring it's at an angle to prevent tipping.
Belt Lubrication
- Disconnect the power before lubricating.
- Lift the belt edge and apply 5-10ml of silicone oil to the inner surface. Do not over-apply, as this can cause the belt to slip.
- Run the treadmill at 4 km/h for approximately 10-20 seconds.
- Lubricate the belt every 3 months.
Apply lubricating oil according to usage:
- Lightweight users (less than 3 hours/week): Once a month.
- Heavyweight users (over 7 hours/week): Every half month.
Belt Adjustment
If the belt slips or is misaligned, it needs adjustment. A loose belt may slip during use. A tight belt can reduce motor performance and increase wear.
The correct tension allows lifting the belt sides by hand about 50-75mm away from the running board.
- Start the treadmill at a low speed (4 km/h).
- To adjust the belt left: turn the left adjusting screw clockwise by 1/2 turn.
- To adjust the belt right: turn the right adjusting screw clockwise by 1/2 turn.
- To adjust belt tension: turn both left and right adjusting screws clockwise by 1/2 turn simultaneously.
- After each adjustment, run the treadmill for 1-2 minutes to check if the issue is resolved. Adjust again if necessary.
