Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Main Panels

Insert cam lock pins (1) into the pre-drilled holes on panels A, C, D, and J. Then, insert cam locks (2, 3, 15) into the corresponding larger holes on panels A, C, D, and J. Connect panel A to panel C using cam locks (2, 15). Connect panel D to panel C using cam locks (2, 15). Connect panel J to panel C using cam locks (2, 15). Panel H is also shown being attached to panel C using cam locks (2).

Step 2: Assemble Main Frame

Attach panel B to the structure formed in Step 1 using cam locks (2, 15). Attach panel H to the structure using cam locks (2, 15). The diagram illustrates the proper orientation of the cam locks for both unlocking and locking. Ensure the cam lock arrow points towards the pin head when locking.

Step 3: Attach Side Panel D

Attach panel D to the side of the main cabinet structure. This is done using cam lock pins (1) inserted into panel D and cam locks (2) within the main structure, along with screws (10).

Step 4: Assemble Base Frame

Construct the base frame by connecting the U-shaped brackets (K) and metal rods (L) to the base panel (M). Secure these components using screws (12).

Step 5: Attach Base to Cabinet

Attach the assembled base frame (M) to the bottom of the main cabinet structure. Use screws (11, 18) and foot connectors (19) for this step.

Step 6: Secure Back Panel

Attach the back panel (D) to the rear of the cabinet structure. Use screws (6, 7) to secure it in place.

Step 7: Assemble Drawer/Door Units

Assemble the internal compartment units. This involves attaching the thin panels (F) to the larger side panels (G) using wooden dowels (14) and screws (13). Also, attach hardware (8, 9) to these components as shown in the diagram. Two identical units are assembled.

Step 8: Install Drawer/Door Units

Insert the assembled compartment units (from Step 7) into the main cabinet. Secure them to the cabinet's internal panels (C and G) using screws (17, 20).

Step 9: Install Compartment Panels

Install the compartment panels (E) inside the cabinet. The diagram shows that there are two possible mounting positions for each panel: a high position and a low position. Choose one position and secure the panel (E) using screws (13, 14).
