Product Overview and Functions

The CR235 is a car adaptor that allows wireless audio streaming via Bluetooth and FM transmission, as well as USB MP3 playback and device charging.

Device Layout:

The device features a central multifunction dial, several buttons, a USB-C port, and a USB-A port.

• 1. Multifunction Dial: Controls calls, music playback, volume, and EQ settings.
• 2. Channel Up Button (CH+): Increases the FM transmission frequency.
• 3. Channel Down Button (CH-): Decreases the FM transmission frequency.
• 4. Previous Track Button: Skips to the previous track or turns off the LED effect with a long press.
• 5. Next Track Button: Skips to the next track or changes music source (Bluetooth/USB) with a long press.
• 6. Bass EQ: Adjusts bass levels by rotating the dial.
• 7. Treble EQ: Adjusts treble levels by rotating the dial.
• 8. USB-C Charging Port: Supports PD30W charging (5V/9V/3A, 12V/2.5A).
• 9. USB Player/Charging Port: For USB music playback and charging (5V/2.4A). Supports USB drives up to 32GB.

Operations

Power

Insert the CR235 into a 12/24V car socket. The device will power on automatically. Press and hold the multifunction selector to turn the device on or off. The CR235 will automatically turn off after 10 minutes if no Bluetooth device is connected.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Upon powering on, the CR235 automatically enters pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
3. Scan for Bluetooth devices on your mobile device and select the CR235 to connect.

The CR235 will automatically reconnect to previously paired devices. To pair a new device, disconnect the existing connection and repeat steps 2-3.

FM Transmission

The display shows the current FM transmission frequency. Match your car radio's FM frequency to this setting to stream audio. To reduce interference, find an empty FM station in your car radio and use the CH+ and CH- buttons to tune the CR235 to that frequency.

Music Control

• Rotate the multifunction dial to adjust volume.
• Press the multifunction dial to play/pause the current track.
• Press the NEXT button to skip to the next track.
• Press the PREV button to skip to the previous track.
• Rotate the left dial to adjust Bass EQ.
• Rotate the right dial to adjust Treble EQ.

Hands-free Calling

When connected to a mobile phone, the CR235 acts as a hands-free car kit.

• Briefly press the multifunction button to answer or hang up an incoming call.
• Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
• During a call, press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to switch to private call mode.

Charging Output

While connected to a 12V-24V car cigarette lighter socket, the USB-C and USB-A ports can be used to charge portable devices.
