Drilling Preparation
[Drilling Step I]: Use a power drill with a 2mm drill bit (Ø2) to mark the drilling point.
Diagram shows a power drill with a 2mm drill bit creating a mark. A cross-section indicates the required hole depth is 12mm.
[Drilling Step II]: Drill the hole to the specified depth (12mm).
Diagram shows a power drill with a 2mm drill bit drilling into a surface. A cross-section confirms the 12mm depth.
[Drilling Step III]: Insert the provided fitting (e.g., dowel or screw anchor) into the drilled hole.
Diagram shows a fitting being inserted into a drilled hole. The fitting is cylindrical with a flange.
[Drilling Step IV]: Repeat the drilling process as indicated for other mounting points.
Diagram shows a power drill with a 2mm drill bit and a cross-section indicating a 12mm depth, similar to previous steps.
Step 1: Prepare Components
A list of components is shown:
- [Component a]: 550x75mm panel/part
- [Component b]: Various screws and fixings
- [Component c]: Brackets
- [Component d]: Screws
- [Component e]: Screws
- [Component f]: Screws
- [Component g]: Small cylindrical parts (e.g., dowels or caps)
- [Component h]: Small cylindrical parts
Diagram shows a panel or door being manipulated, possibly indicating its orientation or how it attaches.
Step 2: Position Dishwasher Unit
Place the dishwasher unit into the designated cabinet space. Dimensions for the unit are indicated: height 647-717mm, width 820-870mm.
Diagram shows a built-in dishwasher unit being slid into a kitchen cabinet cavity. Mounting rails or supports are visible on the cabinet sides.
Detail: Shows mounting points [Part 2] and possibly a connection point [Part 3] on the unit or cabinet.
Step 3: Create Access Hole
A question mark [❓] symbol indicates a point requiring attention or a specific action. A diagram shows a cabinet with drawers, suggesting the location for a hole.
A separate diagram shows a close-up of a cabinet edge with a hole being drilled or prepared, possibly for plumbing or electrical connections.
Detail: Shows a component [Part 4] being attached, possibly a cable grommet or bracket.
Step 4: Attach Top Components
Diagram shows attaching components [Part 5] and [Part 6] to the top of the dishwasher unit or cabinet.
Detail: Shows a component [Component c] being attached with screws.
Step 5: Secure Dishwasher Unit
Diagram shows attaching brackets or supports [Part 7] to the sides or bottom of the dishwasher unit, possibly for leveling or securing it within the cabinet.
Detail: Shows a component [Part 8] being attached, possibly a leveling foot or bracket.
Step 6: Prepare Door Panel
Diagram shows a large panel (likely the front door of the dishwasher) with various attachment points and dimensions (442-446mm).
Components [Part 9], [Part 10], [Part 11], [Part 12], [Part 13] are shown, including screws ([Component d], [Component e]), indicating how they attach to the panel.
Weight indication: (3-6 kg), suggesting the panel's weight.
Step 7: Mount Dishwasher Door
Diagram shows attaching the prepared door panel to the dishwasher unit. It illustrates correct mounting with a checkmark [✔️] and incorrect mounting with a cross [❌].
Components [Part 14] and [Part 15] are shown, likely hinges or sliding mechanisms.
Detail: Shows the mechanism for attaching the door, possibly involving screws and alignment.
Step 8: Attach Bottom Trim
Diagram shows attaching a bottom trim piece or kick plate to the base of the dishwasher unit.
Components [Part 16], [Part 17], [Part 18], [Part 19] are shown, including screws ([Component f]), indicating the attachment method.
Weight indication: (3-6 kg), possibly referring to the load capacity or stability.
Step 9: Final Placement and Connection
Diagram shows the dishwasher unit in its final position within the cabinet, with the door attached.
A saw [Part 23] is shown, possibly indicating a need to cut a piece of trim or adjust cabinetry. A measurement of 450mm is indicated.
Detail: Shows a component [Component g] being attached, possibly a cover or trim piece.
Detail: Shows a component [Component h] being attached, possibly a handle or trim.
Additional Details
Hinge Adjustment
Mechanism [Part 20] for hinge adjustment is shown, including adjustment screws and a minimum setting of 6mm (min 6).
Detail: Shows a component [Component g] being attached with 4 screws to a mounting plate [Part 21].
Door Attachment Point
Detail: Shows the connection point [Part 22] for attaching the door panel to the main unit, likely involving hinges.
