1. Overview
The KEY TOOL MAX PRO is a professional smart device with multi-function, Bluetooth, and WIFI communication interfaces integrated inside, which is convenient for connecting and controlling the Xhorse Key Cutting machine. It supports various OBD functions such as Vehicle diagnosis, Immo programming, Throttle program, TPMS, and Maintenance light reset.
The device features a compact design, suitable for professional automotive technicians. It is designed for ease of use and connectivity with other Xhorse tools.

5. Appearance
The device features a high-frequency detection area and a low-frequency detection collector. It includes an Immo transponder placement hole, a status indicator, an ON/OFF button, a remote programming port, and a USB port.
Connected accessories include the OBD to DB15 cable with light, a MIC unit, and a leakage detection cable. The device also has a CMOS camera and an LED flashing light.

6. Setting
6.1 First Time to use
For the first time to turn on the KEY TOOL MAX PRO, you need to select language, region (System default setting is China Standard Time Zone), connect to WIFI, and log in with a registered account. If you don't have an account, please register.
The device interface displays a language selection screen for initial setup.
6.2 Power Off
- Before entering the system, press and hold the ON/OFF button for a while. 'Power off' and 'Reboot' options will be shown on the screen. Click on 'Power off' to shut down the device.
- After entering the system, press and hold the ON/OFF button for a while. The interface displays the following icons. Click the 'Shut down' option to turn off the device.
The device interface shows power off and reboot options.
6.3 Connect to Key Cutting Machine
The KEY TOOL MAX PRO can connect to the Key Cutting Machine via Bluetooth. To operate: click on the interface [Select]. The interface displays the current connectable devices. Select the device to be connected according to its serial number.
The device interface shows a list of connectable devices for Bluetooth pairing.
6.4 Indicator status
- When the device is turned on or charging, the POW indicator light is on.
- When the device is working, the CON indicator is on.
6.5 Device reset
- Press the ON/OFF button for 12 seconds; the device will restart automatically.
- Press the ON/OFF button for about 1-2 seconds; the screen displays shutdown and restart options. Select the corresponding option to shut down or restart the device.
7. Maintenance
- Do not hit, shake, or throw the device violently.
- Do not wash the main body or other parts with water or other liquid directly. Do not clean the KEY TOOL MAX PRO with a wet cloth.
- Do not place the KEY TOOL MAX in high temperature, high humidity, or dusty places.
- Do not take the KEY TOOL MAX PRO apart or retrofit it privately, as this may damage the mainboard or cause the battery to catch fire.
- Please keep the screen, camera, and other key parts well-protected and prevent sharp objects from damaging them.
- The leakage detection and voltage detection functions are limited to the remote's leakage and voltage detection. Do not use these functions for detecting other products. All functions should be used strictly within the scope of the device's intended use; exceeding this scope may damage the device.
8. Warranty And After-Sale Instructions
The KEY TOOL MAX PRO comes with a one-year warranty, based on the date on the transaction voucher. If the voucher is unavailable or lost, the factory date recorded by the manufacturer will prevail.
Situations not covered by free maintenance:
- Damage caused by not following the use instructions.
- Damage caused by repairing or retrofitting in private.
- Damage caused by fall, crash, or inappropriate voltage.
- Damage caused by inevitable force.
- Damage caused by using the device in a harsh environment or on a vehicle and ship for a long time.
- Damage from the main body being dirty and worn due to use.

SAR Limit (USA/FCC): The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device type XDKMPO (FCC ID: 2A14T-XDKMPO) has also been tested against this SAR limit. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 10CM from the body.
RF Exposure Compliance: To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 10CM separation distance between the user's body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in their assembly. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)
Your device is tested to comply with applicable requirements and regulations of the European Union/UK for human exposure to radio waves. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is used to measure radio waves absorbed by a body. The device complies with RF specifications when used at a distance of 0 mm from your body. The SAR limit is 2.0 W/kg averaged over 10 gram of tissue in the European Union/UK. This product was tested and recorded the maximum SAR value was 0.301W/kg for the body.

Do not use the device in environments with temperatures that are too high or too low. Never expose the device to strong sunshine or a very wet environment. The suitable temperature for the product is -20~60℃.
When charging, please place the device in an environment with normal room temperature and good ventilation. It is recommended to charge the device in an environment with a temperature ranging from 5°C~25°C.

This device has been tested for compliance with IC SAR values at a typical operating near the body.
