Intended Use
The leaf blower/vacuum with suction and blowing function is designed exclusively for leaves and garden waste such as grass and small branches. Any other use is considered improper and the manufacturer is not liable for consequential damages or injuries. This appliance is not designed for industrial use.

Operator Requirements
Operators must thoroughly read the operation manual and attached safety instructions before using the appliance. For future reference, it is recommended to keep the manual.
Qualification
No special qualification is required for the use of the device, apart from thorough training by an expert.
Minimum Age
The device may be operated by persons over 16 years of age. Younger persons may use the appliance under supervision for educational purposes.
Training
Familiarity with the appliance's controls and proper use is required. Read the manual and understand how the appliance works and how to quickly switch off controls.
Before Putting the Appliance into Operation
Assembly
Assembly of suction and blowing tubes (Fig. B+C):
- Insert the rear suction tube (Fig. A/3) into the motor unit and fasten with screw (Fig. A/15).
- Turn the appliance over and screw in the small screw (Fig. A/16).
- Fix the front suction tube (Fig. A/1) with the other screw (Fig. A/15).
Installation of the leaf bag (Fig. D):
- Hang the leaf bag onto the clamp on the suction tube.
- Lock the leaf bag connector by pressing the lock on the motor unit.
The leaf bag can be demounted in reverse order.
Fitting the shoulder strap (Fig. E):
Attach the shoulder strap to the fitting (Fig. A/5) and adjust the length as needed. Ensure all assembled parts are securely fitted.
Pre-operation Checks
Before each use, check the appliance for:
- Damaged cables
- Properly tightened screws and connections
Safety Instructions
Read the operating instructions thoroughly before first use. Contact the manufacturer's service department if you have any doubts regarding connection or operation.
To ensure a high level of safety, follow these instructions carefully:
- Caution! Connect only to a network with a safety switch against stray current (FI)!
- The leaf vacuum must never be used without the suction/blowing tube attached.
- The user is responsible for any accidents or risks caused to third parties or their property.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance (at least 6 meters) from the running leaf vacuum.
- Always wear safe, non-slip shoes, gloves, protective glasses, hearing protection, and long trousers when working with the appliance.
- If operating in dusty conditions, wear a respirator.
- Never aim the running leaf vacuum at your face.
- Ensure hands, feet, hair, or clothing do not come near openings or moving parts.
- Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry that could be drawn into the air intake.
- Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled before operation.
- Never use the leaf vacuum in rain or wet conditions.
- Regularly check the main power cord and have any defective cords replaced by an authorized service center or qualified mechanic.
- Keep all handles and holders dry and clean.
- Before switching on, ensure all external nuts, pins, and bolts are tightened properly and securely.

Environment Protection: Dispose of waste professionally to protect the environment. Cardboard packaging material can be delivered to recycling centers.
Appliance-Specific Safety Instructions
- Insert the plug into the socket or extension cord only when the appliance is switched off.
- Before starting work, check the appliance, power, and extension cords for damage.
- Always route the power cord away from the appliance.
- Do not carry the appliance by its cord.
- Unplug the appliance at all times – when not in use, during transport, when left unattended, and before checking for damage, cleaning, or clearing blockages.
- Never let the leaf vacuum run while on its side; it is designed for upright operation only.
- Do not vacuum flammable materials like charcoal, ash, etc.
- Do not vacuum flammable, toxic, or explosive materials.
- The appliance only functions with the leaf collection bag mounted.
- Do not run over gravel paths or roads with the leaf vacuum running.
- Never put anything into the inlet opening by hand.
- Use the appliance only in sufficient daylight or under adequate artificial lighting.
- Do not use in wet grass or vacuum wet leaves.
- Ensure good stability, especially on slopes.
- Keep ventilation slots clean at all times.
Operation
Selecting the Operating Mode
Suction (Fig. M): Turn the adjustment lever fully down to the suction position. This can be done with the appliance on or off. The appliance only works with the leaf collection bag mounted.
Blowing (Fig. L): Turn the adjustment lever fully up to the blowing position. This can be done with the appliance on or off. Empty the collection bag before blowing mode to prevent ejected material.
Emptying the Collection Bag
Empty the collection bag (Fig. A/11) promptly. A full bag significantly reduces suction power. Compost organic waste.
Switch off the appliance and unplug it. Open the zip on the collection bag (Fig. A/11) and empty the contents. Close the zip, plug in the appliance, and switch it on.
Speed Control
Speed can be adjusted using the speed controller knob (Fig. A/6) on levels 1-6.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Switch off and unplug the appliance before any servicing or cleaning. Wait until it has completely stopped.
Servicing not explicitly described in this manual should be performed by qualified personnel. Spare parts replacement must only be done by qualified personnel.
Cleaning
- Do not clean the appliance with high-pressure cleaners or running water.
- Do not use aggressive or caustic cleaning agents.
- After use, remove and turn the collection bag inside out. Clean it thoroughly to prevent mold and odors. A heavily soiled bag can be cleaned with soap and water.
- Keep the appliance and ventilation slots clean and clear.
- Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth. Clean the suction tube with a damp cloth or brush.

Emergency Procedures
Administer first aid according to the injury and call for qualified medical assistance. Protect the injured person from further harm and keep them calm. A first aid box according to DIN 13164 should be readily available at the workplace. Replenish any used material immediately. When requesting assistance, provide the following information:

- Number of injured persons
- Type of injury
Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months for commercial use and 24 months for private use, commencing from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects only. Proof of purchase with the date of sale must be provided. Improper use, overload, damage by third parties, foreign materials, failure to follow instructions, and normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty.
Disposal
Dispose of waste professionally to protect the environment. Packaging materials are usually recyclable. Dispose of packaging parts (e.g., foil, styrofoam) safely, keeping them out of reach of children.
