Power Supply Safety
ATTENTION: If your equipment has a grounding plug, connect it to a grounded wall outlet. Never remove the grounding plug.
If exposed to extreme temperature changes, allow the equipment to reach room temperature before turning it on to prevent moisture damage.
Before plugging in, ensure the power outlet's voltage and frequency match the equipment's specifications. If a voltage selector is present, only connect if values match. Contact an electrician if the power cord or adapter does not fit your outlet.
Do not step on the power cord. Ensure it is not pinched at the outlet, adapter, or connection point.
Keep the power cord/adapter within reach. Disconnect the equipment when not in use or cleaning. Always unplug by pulling the plug or adapter, not the cord. Never touch cords or adapters with wet hands.
Avoid frequent on/off cycles, as this can reduce the equipment's lifespan.
IMPORTANT: Replace fuses only with the same type and rating. Contact an authorized service center if a fuse blows repeatedly.
To disconnect from mains power, unplug the cord or adapter.
For Volex connectors, unlock the mating connector before removal. Be careful when routing cables, as pulling the cord can cause the equipment to slide or fall.
Unplug the power cord or adapter before extended periods of disuse or during lightning risk.
Install equipment only when disconnected from the power source.
For damage prevention and to avoid overheating, qualified personnel should regularly clean and service the equipment based on ambient conditions (dust, nicotine, fog).
Symbol Warnings:
- [!] CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. Disconnect all power sources before servicing. No user-serviceable parts inside. Maintenance and repairs must be performed by qualified service personnel.
- [⚡] Warning: The triangle with a lightning symbol indicates dangerous uninsulated voltage inside the unit, which may cause electrical shock.
- [⚠️] Warning: The triangle with an exclamation mark indicates important operating and maintenance instructions.

Control Methods:
There are two ways to control the fixture:
- Universal DMX controller
- Master/Slave operation
A. Universal DMX Controller
Set the DMX address remotely using a universal DMX controller. Program two scenes into a chase, then link fixtures to the controller. When the chase runs, all fixtures in the chain will automatically set their DMX addresses. The fixture uses four channels. Refer to the diagram for setting addresses for the first four units.
Channel | Unit 1 Address | Unit 2 Address | Unit 3 Address | Unit 4 Address |
---|---|---|---|---|
3 channels | 1 | 4 | 7 | 10 |
4 channels | 1 | 5 | 9 | 13 |
5 channels | 1 | 6 | 11 | 16 |
6 channels | 1 | 7 | 13 | 19 |
8 channels | 1 | 9 | 17 | 25 |
11 channels | 1 | 12 | 23 | 34 |
13 channels | 1 | 14 | 27 | 40 |
B. Master/Slave Operation
Link up to 16 fixtures for controller-free operation. In Master/Slave mode, the first fixture controls the others for a synchronized, sound-activated, automatic light show. This is ideal for instant shows. The Master fixture's DMX input cable should be unconnected. Other fixtures connect to the Master's DMX output cable (daisy-chain). Any fixture can act as Master or Slave.
DMX512 Connections
DMX512 is widely used in intelligent lighting control, supporting up to 512 channels.
DMX Input / Output:
The device uses 5-pin XLR connectors for DMX connection. A DMX512 data link is required.
XLR Connector Pinout:
- Plug (Input): 1: Ground, 2: Signal (-), 3: Signal (+), 4: NC, 5: NC
- Socket (Output): 1: Ground, 2: Signal (-), 3: Signal (+), 4: NC, 5: NC
Connection Steps:
- Connect your DMX controller's output to the device's DMX IN using a DMX cable.
- Connect the DMX OUT of one light to the DMX IN of the next unit in the chain. Always connect one output to the next input until all units are connected. This is not a signal splitter.
- The last unit in the chain requires DMX cable termination. Use a 120 Ω resistor terminator between Signal (-) and Signal (+) in the DMX output of the last unit.
Troubleshooting
Common operational problems and suggested solutions:
A. Fixture does not work, no light
- Check power connection and main fuse.
- Measure mains voltage at the main connector.
B. Not responding to DMX controller
- The DMX LED should be on. If not, check DMX connectors and cables for proper connection.
- If the DMX LED is on but there's no response to channels, check address settings and DMX polarity.
- For intermittent DMX signal issues, check connector pins or the fixture's PCB.
- Try using a different DMX controller.
- Ensure DMX cables are not run near or alongside high-voltage cables that could cause interference.
C. Some fixtures do not respond to the easy controller
- Check for breaks in DMX cabling. Verify the master/slave mode signal LED.
- Incorrect DMX address in the fixture. Set the proper address.
D. No response to sound
- Ensure the fixture is not receiving a DMX signal.
- Check the microphone by tapping it to ensure it is functioning.
Fixture Cleaning
Periodic internal cleaning is necessary to optimize light output. Cleaning frequency depends on the operating environment (damp, smoky, or dirty conditions may require more frequent cleaning).
- Clean with a soft cloth using normal glass cleaning fluid.
- Always dry parts carefully.
- Clean external optics at least every 20 days. Clean internal optics at least every 30/60 days.
Disposal
Packaging
- Packaging can be recycled using standard disposal methods and reintroduced into the material cycle.
- Follow your country's laws and regulations for packaging disposal and recycling.
Device
- This device is subject to the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. Used appliances must not be disposed of with household waste. Dispose of used devices through an approved disposal company or municipal facility, complying with local regulations.
- Follow all disposal laws and regulations in your country.
- As a customer, obtain information on environmentally friendly disposal options from the product seller or regional authorities.
