Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the ACEFAST T9 Crystal (Air) Bluetooth Earbuds. Please read this user manual carefully and keep it for future reference. For assistance, contact the support team with your product model number and Amazon order number.

Device Activation: For first-time use, remove the protective sticker from the earbuds and place them in the charging case to complete activation.

Specifications

Digital Screen Display: The digital screen displays 'LR' and four power bars to indicate the power level of the left and right earbuds. When earbuds are placed in the case, the screen turns off after 15 seconds.

Instructions for Use

Power On & Pairing

• Automatic Power On: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will power on automatically.
• Manual Power On: In the off state, touch the multi-function key once. The headset will turn on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
• Automatic Pairing: When taken out of the case, the earbuds will automatically pair with each other after about 3 seconds.
• Connecting to Device: Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone. Search for "ACEFAST T9" and connect. A prompt tone and phone notification will confirm a successful connection.
• Automatic Reconnection: On subsequent uses, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device after powering on. If connection fails, manually connect via the phone's Bluetooth menu.

Operation Mode (Calls)

• Answer Call: Double-click the multi-function key.
• End Call: Double-click the multi-function key during an active call.
• Reject Call: Long-press the multi-function key for 2 seconds when there is an incoming call.

Operation Mode (Playing Music)

• Play/Pause Music: Double-click the multi-function key. Alternatively, control playback via the music player on your mobile phone.
• Next Song: Triple-click the multi-function key on the right earbud.
• Previous Song: Triple-click the multi-function key on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Click the multi-function key on the right earbud. A prompt sound indicates maximum volume.
• Volume Down: Click the multi-function key on the left earbud. A prompt sound indicates minimum volume.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Long-press the multi-function key on either the left or right earbud for 2 seconds.

Operation Method (Charging)

• Earbud Charging: Place the earbuds into the charging case. The battery bar on the earbuds will flash during charging and display normally when fully charged.
• Charging Case Charging: Connect a USB-C cable to the charging case. The digital screen on the case will light up, and the last digit of the battery indicator will flash. It will display "OK" when fully charged.
• Charging Case Digital Display: The digital screen on the charging case instantly displays the current power level of the case when earbuds are inserted.

Shutdown

The earbuds automatically shut down when placed back into the charging case.

Restore Factory Settings

To reset the earbuds to factory settings, long-press the multi-function keys on both the left and right earbuds simultaneously for 5 seconds. The white light will flash, indicating a successful reset.

Precautions

• Usage Environment: Avoid placing the earbuds in humid, dusty, smoky, or steamy environments, or in direct sunlight. Do not leave them in a car for extended periods to prevent malfunctions.
• Hearing Safety: Listening at high volumes may affect hearing. For traffic safety, do not use the earbuds while driving or cycling.
• Situational Awareness: Do not use the earbuds in locations where the inability to hear environmental sounds could cause danger (e.g., railway crossings, construction sites).
• Physical Handling: Do not place heavy objects on the earbuds or apply pressure, as this may cause deformation during storage. Avoid excessive impact.
• Static Electricity: Static electricity can cause slight ear irritation. Wearing clothes made of natural materials can minimize this effect.
• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds are not waterproof. Avoid submerging them in water or using them in wet conditions like rain or snow. Ensure hands are dry when handling earbuds and avoid placing them in damp clothing.
• Magnetic Interference: The charging contacts on the case are magnetic. Metal objects adhering to them may activate protection mode, preventing charging. Use the charging cable to reactivate the charging case if this occurs.
• Magnetic Storage: Keep the earbuds away from electronic products like bank cards, mobile phones, and computer monitors due to their magnetic properties.
• Discomfort: If you experience discomfort or sound blockage, try different eartip sizes for a better fit and sound quality.
• Health: If you feel unwell after using the Bluetooth device, stop use immediately. Consult a dealer if symptoms persist.
• Troubleshooting: For issues not covered, contact your local dealer.
• Power Consumption: Earbuds consume power when shelved. Charge them every 3-6 months.

Battery Safety Warnings

• This product contains a built-in rechargeable lithium battery.
• Do not hit, squeeze, or throw the battery into fire.
• Do not continue to use if severe swelling occurs.
• Do not place the product in a high-temperature environment or immerse it in water.
• Do not attempt to remove the battery yourself, as this may damage the headset.
