Safety Warnings
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover or back panel. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
Symbols used in this manual:
- ⚡️ [High Voltage]: Indicates the presence of high voltage inside. Contact with internal parts is dangerous.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
CAUTION:
- To prevent electric shock, ensure the wide blade of the plug is fully inserted into the wide slot.
- This apparatus must always be connected to an AC outlet with a protective grounding connection.
- To disconnect, pull the plug from the mains socket; the plug must remain readily operable.
- Do not expose to dripping or splashing. Do not place liquid-filled objects (e.g., vases) on the apparatus.
- To turn off completely, pull the power plug from the wall socket; the plug must be easily and readily accessible at all times.
Precautions
- Ensure your house's AC power supply complies with the product's requirements (check the identification sticker). Install horizontally on a suitable base with adequate ventilation (7-10 cm space). Do not cover ventilation slots. Avoid placing on hot equipment. The unit is designed for continuous use. Disconnect the AC plug to turn off completely or for long periods of non-use.
- During thunderstorms, disconnect the AC plug to prevent damage from voltage peaks due to lightning.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight or other heat sources to prevent overheating and malfunction.
- Protect from moisture, excessive heat, and strong magnetic or electric fields. Unplug if the unit malfunctions. The product is for personal use only, not industrial. Allow 2 hours for acclimatization if transported from cold temperatures.
- Batteries contain environmentally harmful chemicals. Do not dispose of in household trash, expose to heat, sunlight, or fire, or short-circuit, disassemble, or overheat. CAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is replaced incorrectly; use only the same or equivalent type.
01 Checking the Components
Included in the box: Soundbar Main Unit, Soundbar Remote Control, Batteries, Subwoofer, 2 Power Cords (Subwoofer, Soundbar), HDMI Cable, Wall Mount Guide, 2 Holder-Screws, 2 Screws (M4 x L10), 2 Wall Mount Brackets, 4 Rubber Feet.

02 Product Overview
Top Panel of the Soundbar
Features include Power, Volume, Source, and Display.

Ports are labeled:
- 1 POWER: Connects the Soundbar's AC power cable.
- 2 SERVICE: Connects a USB storage device for software upgrades.
- 3 DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL): Connects to the digital optical output of an external device.
- 4 HDMI: Inputs digital video and audio signals simultaneously via HDMI cable. Connect to an external device's HDMI output.
- 5 HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC): Connects to the HDMI jack on a TV.
03 Connecting the Soundbar
Connecting the Power and Units
Rear of Subwoofer: Features a LINK port. The LINK LED indicator will stop blinking and glow solid blue when the connection between the Soundbar and Subwoofer is established.
Bottom of the Soundbar Main Unit: Shows the connection ports.
04 Using a Wired Connection
Connections:
- HDMI Cable: Connects an external device (HDMI) or TV (eARC/ARC).
- Optical Cable (not supplied): Connects to the DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL) port.
Notes:
- If TV sound is not outputting, press the (Source) button on the Soundbar or remote to select "D.IN" mode. The screen will display "D.IN" and "TV ARC/eARC" sequentially, and TV sound will play.
- A Premium High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet certified by HDMI.org is recommended.
- If optical cable terminals have covers, remove them before use.
Using the Q-Symphony Function
When connected to a compatible Samsung TV, Q-Symphony allows simultaneous sound playback from both the Soundbar and the TV, offering a richer, more three-dimensional surround sound experience. The "TV+Soundbar" menu appears on the TV. Access it via TV: Settings → All Settings → Sound → Sound Output.
Using the SpaceFit Sound
This function analyzes the user's listening space using the Samsung TV's microphone to provide optimal sound. Sound optimization is automatic. Note: This function is supported by certain TV models and is operated from the TV.
05 Using a Wireless Connection
Connecting via Bluetooth
Diagram illustrates connecting a TV to the Soundbar via Bluetooth. Press and hold the (Source) button or the PAIR button on the remote for 5 seconds for BT PAIRING.
BT READY vs. BT PAIRING:
- BT READY: Allows reconnection to previously paired Samsung TVs or mobile devices.
- BT PAIRING: Enables connection to a new device.
Note: If prompted for a PIN code, enter <0000>.
Connecting via Wi-Fi (Wireless Network)
Requires the SmartThings app for connection to a mobile device.
- Connect your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to the same Wi-Fi network as the TV.
- Install and launch the SmartThings app on your mobile device.
- Follow the app's on-screen instructions to connect the Soundbar to your Wi-Fi network.
06 Troubleshooting
Before seeking assistance, check the following:
Soundbar does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is correctly inserted into the outlet.
Subwoofer not connecting automatically:
- Turn off the Soundbar main unit.
- Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds.
- Press the Up button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
- Check if the LINK LED is solid blue, indicating a successful connection.
Soundbar works erratically: Re-insert the power cord, try initializing the product, or ensure a signal is present.
Remote control does not work: Point the remote directly at the soundbar and replace batteries if necessary.
Sound is not output from the soundbar: Adjust volume, check external device volume, select Soundbar as TV audio output, and reconnect cables.
Sound is not output from the subwoofer: Check the rear LED on the subwoofer and surround speakers; reconnect if blinking blue or red.
If the TV is not connected via HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC): Ensure the HDMI cable is correctly connected to the ARC terminal. Connect directly if an external device causes issues. Enable HDMI-CEC (Anynet+) on the TV.
Soundbar will not connect via Bluetooth: Switch to "BT PAIRING" mode. Remove the Bluetooth speaker list from the device and reconnect.
Sound drops out when connected via Bluetooth: Check for interference from nearby devices (microwaves, routers). Move the device closer to the soundbar. Avoid body contact with the transceiver or installation on metal furniture.
Soundbar will not connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure the wireless router is on and reboot it. Move the router closer or remove obstacles if the signal is weak.
Soundbar does not turn on automatically with the TV: Turn off the TV first if the Soundbar was turned off while watching TV.

The 5GHz WLAN (Wi-Fi or SRD) function may only be operated indoors.
