The LED headband operates at 3.7V with a current of 0.85A and a power output 3W. It charges at 5V/1A with a charging power of 5W. Made from ABS and silicone, featuring 43 LED bristles. Red light is 630nm/660 nm ± 10nm, and blue light is 420nm ± 10nm.

PRECAUTIONS

Before using, consult with a healthcare professional, if you are taking any medications. Certain medications can increase sensitivity to light, potentially leading to adverse reactions. Always conduct a patch test on a small area of skin to check for sensitivity and monitor your skin and overall health during use. Discontinue use immediately if you notice any signs of increased sensitivity or other adverse effects.

SENSITIVITY TEST

Perform a sensitivity test before the first use. Test on your thigh by exposing the light to the skin for a few minutes. Wait 24 hours. If there is no reaction, it is safe to use.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Power on/Red Light Mode: Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn on the device. It will automatically start in Red Light Mode.
2. Blue Light Mode: Press the button again to switch to Blue Light Mode.
3. Auto Shut-Off: If no further button is pressed, the device will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of use.
4. Power off: Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn off the device.

Note: If the headband feels a little tight, it will slightly get more loose as you use and stretch it. This will only occur for those which it is tight, if it fits well it will not stretch out.

CHARGING - Ensure you use a 5V 1/2a adapter plug only. Charge the band after every few uses, or when battery is drained (flashing red)

CHARGING SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - MUST READ

• Use a 5V Adapter Only – The device must be charged with a 5V adapter. Using a higher voltage adapter may cause overheating or damage.
• Do Not Leave Unattended – Always monitor the device while charging. Unplug once fully charged.
• Do not leave charging overnight
• Avoid Charging on Flammable Surfaces – Do not place the device on beds, couches, or other soft surfaces that can trap heat.
• Keep Away from Water
• Do Not Use if Damaged – If the charging cable, adapter, or device appears damaged, discontinue use and contact support.
• Store in a Cool, Dry Place – Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures when charging or storing.
• Unplug When Not in Use – To prevent overheating or potential fire hazards, always disconnect the device after charging.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE PRECAUTIONS MAY RESULT IN FIRE, OVERHEATING, OR DAMAGE TO THE DEVICE.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Use only as directed: 15 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week on dry hair (no serums or oils)

The headband has a safety shut-off after 15 minutes.

1. Start with clean, dry hair. Make sure your hair is free from any oils or products to ensure maximum light penetration.
2. Place the headband on your scalp. Begin by positioning it at the front hairline. If it feels stiff or snug, don't force it—gently adjust it or try placing it from the back of your head instead. Head shapes vary, and due to the nature of this device it may take a moment to find the most comfortable way to place it on.
3. Adjust for better coverage. If the headband is positioned too far back or begins to slip, you can adjust it further back or forward as needed. If necessary, use a small hair claw clip to help hold it securely in place.

USAGE CONTINUED

4. No need to separate your hair. The LED bristles are designed to penetrate through the hair, so simply slide the headband back across the areas where you want to encourage hair growth.
5. Use for 15 minutes per session per spot. Focus on one section of your scalp at a time. If needed, you can move the headband back and do another 15-minute session on a different section. However, avoid using the headband for more than 30 minutes total per day.
6. Be patient. Hair growth is a gradual process. While some people may see results sooner, expect it to take anywhere from 8-12 weeks for noticeable changes. Consistency is key, so stick to the routine for the best results.

Avoiding Damage:

Do not use the band if it shows signs of damage or malfunction. Keep away from water and other liquids. It is not waterproof

Skin Reactions:

Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort, redness, or irritation. This is extremely rare but if skin reactions persist, consult a healthcare professional. Please see our note on light sensitivity test and safety.

Eye Protection:

Avoid direct eye exposure to the light. Do not look directly at the LEDs when they are on.

Not for Use on Children:

Keep out of reach of children and do not use on anyone under 18 years old.

Health Conditions:

Do not use if you have a history of skin cancer or are undergoing treatment for skin conditions. Avoid use if you have light sensitivity or conditions that may be aggravated by light exposure.

Flammable Materials:

Keep the away from flammable materials while in use.

Allergic Reactions:

Do not use if you have known allergies to materials used in the device.

Post-Surgical Use:

Do not use on areas that have been treated with laser, microdermabrasion, or other skin treatments until fully healed.

Contraindications

Do not use this product if you have metastatic tumors, high fever, vasculitis obliterans, ophthalmopathy, malignant tumors, vascular compensatory insufficiency, active tuberculosis, acute soft tissue infections, pregnancy, bleeding tendencies, skin sensory disturbances, or skin allergies. Avoid using within 72 hours of an acute injury. Do not use if you have pacemakers, defibrillators, or other electronic implants. Check with your doctor if taking light-sensitive medication.

Warranty

When you receive your product, open the package carefully to avoid damaging the device. Check to ensure all parts are present and the device functions correctly. Contact customer service support@solarislabny.com if there are any issues. You have 1 year warranty with your product for any defects or issues with the manufacturing of the problem. The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, misuse or improper handling.
