Important Safety Information
WARNING: Prevent serious injury or death. Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death.
- Read all instructions before use.
- Save this manual for future use.
- This product requires adult assembly.
- This product is not safe for sleep.
Strangulation Hazard:
- DO NOT suspend strings over the product or attach strings to toys.
- DO NOT place product where there are cords (e.g., window blind cords, drapes, phone cords).
- Strings can cause strangulation. DO NOT place items with strings around a child's neck.
- DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT if it is damaged or broken.
Swing Mode Hazards:
- Infants have suffered head injuries falling from swings and have strangled in straps.
- ALWAYS use restraints and adjust to fit snugly.
- STOP using when infant attempts to climb out, reaches 25 lb (11.3 kg), or 30 inches (76.2 cm) tall, whichever comes first.
- Stay near and watch infant during use. This product is not safe for unsupervised use or unattended sleep.
- Never carry swing with infant in it.
Suffocation Hazards:
- Young infants have limited head and neck control. If the seat is too upright, the infant's head can drop forward and compress the airway.
- ALWAYS keep swing seat fully reclined until infant is at least 4 months old AND can hold up head without help.
- DO NOT place product near water or moisture (e.g., bathtub, shower, sink, pool, wet basement).
- DO NOT use the AC adapter if it has been exposed to liquids, dropped, or is damaged.
- Protect the power cord; do not walk on or pinch it.
Rocker/Carrier Mode Hazards:
- Child's movement can slide product.
- ALWAYS use restraints and adjust to fit snugly.
- Use only on floor. Never place product near edges of elevated surfaces.
- STOP using when baby tries to sit up or reaches 18 lb (8.2 kg).
- NEVER use as a means to transport an infant in a motor vehicle.
- The carrier can fall from a shopping cart. Do not use on a shopping cart.
- Infants have suffocated on added pillows, blankets, and extra padding. ONLY use the pad provided by Graco. NEVER place extra padding under or beside infant.
- Product can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child. Never place product on beds, sofas, cushions, or other soft surfaces.
- You are responsible for providing adult supervision. Stay near and watch child during use.
- ALWAYS place child on back.
- Maximum recommended height is 27 in. (68.2 cm) and weight is 18 lb (8.2 kg).
- When trapped between product and adjacent surfaces, NEVER use seat in a different product or in confined areas (e.g., crib, playard) or next to vertical surfaces.
- Never place any objects in the seat while the child is in it.
- Children have STRANGLED in loose or partially buckled harness straps. Fully restrain the child at all times.
- The toy bar is not a carry handle. NEVER use the toy bar to lift or carry the product.
Battery Safety:
- Keep batteries out of children's reach.
- Do not mix battery types (alkaline, carbon-zinc, rechargeable).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix batteries of different brands or types.
- Dispose of leaky batteries immediately.
- Remove batteries before storing the product for a prolonged period.
- Always replace the entire set of batteries at one time.
- Recommended batteries: Alkaline disposable, 1-D (LR20-1.5V).

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. Parts List
Check that you have all the parts for this model BEFORE assembling your product. If any parts are missing, call Customer Service. No tools required.

- Base frame
Crotch Pad
Only use this crotch pad on this seat. Never use this crotch pad on any other product. (Styles may vary)
Modes of Use
- Swing Mode: (4 Positions) Maximum weight: 25 lb (11.3 kg). Maximum height: 30 inches (76.2 cm).
- Rocker Mode: Maximum weight: 18 lb (8.2 kg). Maximum height: 27 inches (68.2 cm).
Assembly
To Assemble Seat
- Insert foot end tube with button into hub tube until button on inside of tube snaps into place. CHECK that buttons are visible in openings. Repeat on other side of seat.
- Wrap seat pad around frame.
- Insert head end tube with button into hub tube until button on inside of tube snaps into place. CHECK that buttons are visible in openings. Repeat on other side of seat.
- Attach hook and loop tabs on both sides of seat pad.
To Assemble Toy Bar
- Insert toy bar into opening in seat.
- CHECK that toy bar is securely attached by pulling up on it.
- Attach toys as shown. (Styles vary)
- To rotate toy bar.
- To remove, press button on base of toy bar and lift away from seat.
To Assemble Swing Base
- Insert 2 base legs with wheels into tubes on back of base (opposite control panel) as shown. Note: Base leg with indent should be assembled to the tube with the indent.
- Insert remaining 2 base legs into tubes on control panel end of base body as shown. Note: Base leg with indent should be assembled to the tube with the indent.
- Flip swing base onto legs. Attach the base leg braces with curve going outward on both sides as shown.
- CHECK that legs are securely attached to base by pulling up on legs.
Use
To Attach Seat to Swing Base
- Hold seat by handles on foot and head ends of seat to mount on swing base.
- Note: Seat can be placed on swing base facing any of 4 directions.
To Use As Rocker
- To use as rocker, pick up rocker to remove from swing.
- When carrying with a child, always hold rocker by the handles. Make sure child is secured by the restraint system.
To Secure Child
- To open, press button on buckle to release the waist straps.
- To close, insert into buckle.
- Use slide adjuster at waist for further adjustment.
To Recline Seat
- To recline, squeeze the recline handle and move into 1 of 3 positions.
To Use Wall Plug
Follow all safety warnings regarding water, moisture, and power cord placement.
To Start Swing
- TO TURN SWING ON: Choose swing motion by pressing button. The LED light is illuminated when the swing is on. Observe the swinging motion for a minute. It takes up to a minute for the swing to reach the correct setting. Change speed by moving the dial clockwise for faster speeds or counter-clockwise for slower speeds.
- TO TURN SWING OFF: Press illuminated motion button.
- The swing may be stopped at any time without damaging the motor.

Swing Sounds
- Music/Nature Mute/Unmute: Press to turn sounds off. Press again to turn sounds back on at previous sound and volume setting.
- Volume Control: Press the plus (+) to raise the volume and the minus (-) to lower the volume. There are 3 volume settings.
- Nature Sounds: Push “Nature” button to turn on nature sound selection. Each press will change to the next nature sound. After the 5th sound is selected, it will return to the first track.
- Music: Push “Music” button to turn on music. It will play through all 10 tracks. Push button again to advance to next track. After the 10th track is selected, it will return to the first track.
To Use Vibration
- Remove battery lid, found under foot end of seat, with a key and insert 1-D (LR20-1.5V) battery in module. Replace lid.
- Vibration: Turn to one of two settings.
Problem Solving
Swing Won't Operate:
- Speed setting too low. Push swing to start.
- Baby grabbing swing legs. (Discontinue use).
- LED light blinking and swing not moving: check for obstacle blocking swing or that load is over 25 lb (11.3 kg). Press any motion button to turn swing off. Press any motion button to turn swing back on.
- Swing turns off automatically after continuously running for 4 hours. Press any motion button to turn swing back on.
Swing Doesn't Move Very Fast:
- Speed setting too low.
- Blanket hanging down, causing increased wind resistance.
- Baby too heavy or too active. (Discontinue use).
- Soft carpet (Uneven surface, causes uneven swinging).
Care and Maintenance
Removing Seat Pad
- To open, press button on buckle to release the waist straps.
- Pull crotch pad off crotch strap.
- Remove seat pad from seat. See label for cleaning instructions.
Reverse steps to re-attach.
General Care:
- FROM TIME TO TIME CHECK YOUR SWING for loose screws, worn parts, torn material or stitching. Replace or repair the parts as needed. Use only Graco replacement parts.
- TO CLEAN SEAT COVER, refer to your care tag on the seat pad for washing instructions. NO BLEACH.
- TO CLEAN BASE, use only household soap and warm water. NO BLEACH OR DETERGENT.
- EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO SUN OR HEAT could cause fading or warping of parts.
