Safety Warnings
Riding an electric product presents potential risks and requires caution. Certain conditions may cause equipment failure. Like any electric product, the Ground Force Elite has inherent hazards, such as falling off or riding into a hazardous situation. It is possible to lose control or get into dangerous situations. Riders and supervisors must recognize that serious injury or death can occur, even with safety equipment. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND USE COMMON SENSE.
This manual contains important safety information. It is your responsibility to review this information and ensure all riders understand warnings, cautions, instructions, and safety topics. Razor recommends periodically reviewing and reinforcing this information with younger riders, and inspecting and maintaining the product for safety.
This manual contains warnings about failing to maintain, inspect, or properly use the product. Due to the risk of serious injury or death, these warnings are not repeated for every potential hazard.
Parental and Adult Responsibility and Supervision is Necessary
Products like the Ground Force Elite present hazards. Parental responsibility is crucial in selecting age-appropriate electric products and providing supervision when children of various ages may access them. Not all products are suitable for every age or size of child. Age recommendations reflect hazards and expected mental/physical ability to cope with them.
The recommended rider age of thirteen (13) years or older is an estimate and depends on rider size, weight, and skills. Any rider unable to fit comfortably on the product should not attempt to ride it. A parent's decision should be based on the child's maturity, skill, and ability to follow rules. Adults are strongly advised not to disregard Razor's recommendations or permit younger children to ride.
Keep this product away from small children. It is intended for use only by persons who are completely comfortable and competent while operating it.
Individuals with mental or physical conditions that may make them susceptible to injury, impair dexterity, or affect their ability to recognize, understand, and follow safety instructions, or to understand inherent hazards, should not use or be permitted to use products inappropriate for their abilities. Persons with heart conditions, head, back, or neck ailments, or pregnant women, should be cautioned not to operate such products.
Weight Limit
DO NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF 200 lb (91 kg). Rider weight does not necessarily mean a person's size is appropriate to fit or maintain control.
Check and Maintain Product Conditions
Before use, check that all guards and covers are in place and serviceable. Check that the brake is functioning properly and tires have no excess wear. Always inspect the product before riding and maintain it regularly. Replace worn or damaged parts immediately. Check brake function: pressing the foot brake pedal should provide positive braking action. The product should be maintained and repaired using only manufacturer's authorized replacement parts, and not modified from original design.
Acceptable Riding Practices and Conditions
Always check and obey local laws and regulations affecting use locations. Keep safely away from cars and motor vehicle traffic at all times. Use only where allowed and with caution.
Ride defensively. Watch out for potential obstacles that could catch wheels or cause sudden swerving or loss of control. Be careful to avoid pedestrians, skaters, skateboards, scooters, bikes, children, or animals. Respect the rights and property of others.
The Ground Force Elite is meant for use on private property and on closed courses, not on public streets or sidewalks. Do not ride in areas with pedestrian or vehicle traffic.
Do not activate the throttle unless you are on the product and in a safe, outdoor environment suitable for riding.
The normal powered top speed is approximately 14 mph (22.5 km/h), affected by rider weight, inclines, and battery charge level.
Do not attempt stunts or tricks. The Ground Force Elite is not made to withstand abuse from misuse like jumping or curb grinding. Racing, stunt riding, or other maneuvers enhance the risk of loss of control or uncontrolled rider actions.
This product was manufactured for performance and durability but is not impervious to damage. Jumping or aggressive riding can overstress and damage any product, including the Ground Force Elite. The rider assumes all risks associated with high-stress activity.
Safety Warnings Summary
- Be careful and know your limitations. Risk of injury increases with riding difficulty. Rider assumes all risk with aggressive riding.
- Maintain a hold on the steering wheel at all times.
- Never carry passengers or allow more than one person at a time.
- Never use near steps or swimming pools.
- Do not allow hands, feet, hair, body parts, clothing, or similar articles to come in contact with moving parts or wheels while the motor is running.
- Do not touch the brake or electric motor when in use as they can become very hot.
- Never use headphones, a cell phone, or text while riding.
- Never hitch a ride with a vehicle.
- Do not ride in wet or icy weather and never immerse the product in water, as electrical and drive components could get damaged or create unsafe conditions.
- Intended for use on flat, dry surfaces (pavement or level ground) without loose debris (sand, leaves, rocks, gravel). Wet, slick, bumpy, uneven, or rough surfaces may impair traction and increase risks. Do not ride in mud, ice, puddles, or water. Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates, and sudden surface changes. Avoid excessive speeds on downhill rides.
- Never risk damaging surfaces like carpet or flooring by using the product indoors.
- Do not ride at night or when visibility is limited.
Proper Riding Attire
Always wear proper protective equipment: an approved safety helmet (with chin strap securely buckled), elbow pads, and kneepads. A helmet may be legally required by local law. A long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and gloves are recommended. Always wear athletic shoes (lace-up shoes with rubber soles) and keep shoelaces tied and out of the way of wheels, motor, and drive system. NEVER RIDE BAREFOOTED OR IN SANDALS.
Using the Charger
The charger supplied should be regularly examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure, and other parts. If damaged, the product must not be charged until the charger is repaired or replaced.
Use only with the recommended charger. Use caution when charging. The charger is not a toy; it should be operated by an adult. Do not operate the charger near flammable materials. Unplug the charger and disconnect from the product when not in use. Do not exceed charging time. Always disconnect from the charger before wiping down and cleaning the product with a damp cloth.
FAILURE TO USE COMMON SENSE AND HEED THE ABOVE WARNINGS INCREASES RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WITH APPROPRIATE AND SERIOUS ATTENTION TO SAFE OPERATION. USE CAUTION.

Pre-Ride Checklist
Before every ride, check the following:
Brake
Check the brake for proper function. When you press the foot brake pedal, the brake should provide positive braking action. When you apply the brake with the foot throttle pedal on/engaged, the brake cut-off switch will stop the motor.
Wheels
Periodically inspect the wheels for excess wear. Practice riding only in wide open areas clear from curbs, parking blocks, and other obstacles. Impacting the wheels against any hard surface can damage the wheels. Wheels are not covered under your limited warranty.
Frame, Fork and Steering Wheel
Check for cracks or broken connections. Although broken frames are rare, an aggressive rider could run into a curb or object, causing the frame to bend or break. Get in the habit of inspecting your Ground Force Elite on a regular basis.
Hardware/Loose Parts
Before every ride, check all parts, such as nuts, bolts, cables, and fasteners, to ensure they are secure and assembled correctly. There should not be any unusual rattles or sounds from loose parts or broken components. If the product is damaged, do not ride. Reference "Safety Warnings" on pages 1 and 2 of this manual.
Safety Gear
Always wear proper protective equipment, such as an approved safety helmet (with chin strap securely buckled), elbow pads, and kneepads. A helmet may be legally required by local law or regulation. A long-sleeved shirt and long pants are recommended. Always wear shoes and keep shoelaces tied and out of the way of the wheels and drive system. NEVER RIDE BAREFOOTED OR IN SANDALS.
Insurance
Do not assume that your existing insurance policies necessarily provide coverage for electric product use. Check with your insurance company for information regarding insurance.
Storage
Prolonged exposure to UV rays, rain, and the elements may damage enclosure materials. Store indoors when not in use.
Laws and Regulations
Always check and obey any local laws or regulations.
Usage
How to Start
Do not activate (press on) the foot throttle pedal unless you are in the product and in a safe, outdoor environment suitable for riding.
To start the product, position your body in the seat and place one foot on each side of the steering wheel. Turn power switch to the ON position (A).
How to Drive Forward
Press the direction switch to the FWD (forward) position (B). Accelerate with your right foot by pressing on the throttle pedal (C) to move forward. Brake with your left foot by pressing on the brake pedal (D). Hold the steering wheel (E) with both hands, at all times, to control direction and turning.
Note: Keep both hands on the steering wheel and both feet inside the product when product is in motion.
How to Stop
To stop the product, release the throttle by lifting your right foot off the throttle pedal (C), and apply the brake by pressing on the brake pedal (D), until the product comes to a complete stop. Razor recommends that you practice applying the brake at various speeds and in an open area free from obstructions before riding your product around others. Make sure to press the power switch to the OFF position after you complete your ride.
Note: The brake pedal contains a safety switch to cut off power to the motor when the brake is applied. In an emergency, applying the brake will always stop the product from moving.

Right Rear Wheel/Hub Motor Replacement
Required Tools: 5 mm Allen Wrench and Phillips Screwdriver (not included)
- Make sure the power switch is in the OFF position. Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, remove the four (4) bolts attaching the battery box. Note: The nut underneath will fall off during this step.
- Remove the battery box, being careful of the attached wires.
- Unplug the three (3) wires (red, green, and yellow) connecting the motor with the controller and the hall/temperature control wire from the motor.
- Turn the product over, and unscrew the three (3) screws on the motor clamping plate using a 5 mm Allen wrench, and loosen the latch on the motor cable using a Phillips screwdriver.
- Remove the rear wheel/hub motor outwards. Reverse the steps to install the new rear wheel/hub motor.
Cleaning Your Ground Force Elite
Wipe with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Do not use industrial cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surfaces. Do not use alcohol, alcohol-based, or ammonia-based cleaners as they may damage or dissolve the plastic components or soften the decals or decal adhesive.
