How to Mount the Ear Hooks After attaching the ear hooks to the cables, insert the housings into each ear, hook the ear hooks over the ears and adjust the fit. * Using the ear hooks makes for an even more stable fit, and also
makes for a reduction in touch noise.
Note on Use of the Detachable Cable The connection terminals are not designed for frequent attachment
and detachment. Repeatedly connecting and disconnecting the terminals may lead to wear, damage, and contact issues. Please avoid detaching the cables except when replacing damaged cables or when switching to a separately sold cable by our company. To prevent damage to the connecting terminal, please ensure that all parts are held straight when connecting or disconnecting them. When disconnecting them, do not pull on the cable; ensure that you hold the plug (metal section). In the event that evidence of excess wear or damage to the connecting terminal is recognized, the product will not be covered by the warranty, even during thewarranty period.
Regarding Ear Tips
Use the ear tips in their original shape. Please do not compress them.
The foam material used in the ear tips will deteriorate more quickly if it comes into contact with alcohol or other liquids, so please avoid contact with liquids.
Do not use the ear tip if it becomes wet, remove the moisture and ensure it is thoroughly dry before use or storage.
If the ear tip becomes dirty, avoid washing it with water or using wet wipes. Gently wipe it with a clean, dry cloth.
The ear tips use foam material. It may get scratched or deformed, so please be careful not to rub it or let sharp objects or adhesive tape touch it.Handle the product with care to avoid damage. Do not pull or squeeze it forcefully.Do not leave this product under pressure for an extended period, as it may become deformed and difficult to return to its original shape.
The ear tips naturally deteriorate over time and may no longer perform as intended. In such case please replace the ear tips.The recommended replacement interval is every 3 months.
If you wish to purchase additional ear tips, please consult your local distributor or dealer.

Regarding the Carrying Case
Pull the lid out to open the case; store the earphones inside, then close the lid, ensuring that all three tabs are securely fastened. The lid may open if the case is exposed to inordinate force.

When using the earphones, be careful not to play the sound too

loud. Doing so for a long period of time could affect your hearing. At 80 dB(A) exposure time shall be limited to 40 hours /week, whereas
at 89 dB(A) exposure time shall be limited to 5 hours /week.

If the sound volume is too loud, sound can be heard by other people. Use care not to disturb other people.
The way you position the earphone in your ear affects the sound quality. We recommend trying different positions by moving the earphone around while playing music. This will allow you to find the position that generates your most preferred sound. Once you figure out your favorite position it will be easy to set that position each time. The shapes of a person's right ear and left ear are usually different. Therefore, the best position for each ear is usually different as well.
When removing the earphone from your ears, always hold the main unit first and then remove. Pulling the cord could cause the wire to become disconnected.
Do not apply strong impacts to the earphones or put excess force on the cable. If the product fails or wires are broken due to abnormal use, the product warranty is invalidated.
Leaving the product in locations exposed to direct sunlight, high humidity, or a dusty environment could cause the product to fail.
If the product fails, do not attempt to disassemble.
The earphone jack is for stereo reproduction only. If the earphone is connected to a monaural output jack, sound may not come out of one side.
Maintenance
Please take safety precautions and gently remove any build-up from the dust filter by using a cotton swab.
After use, please wipe away dirt and oil with a soft, dry cloth. Although the earphone housing is made of metal, do not use silver cloths or other polishing agents. Also, avoid using wet wipes or other items containing alcohol.
The cable may harden if it comes into contact with certain chemical agents and in particular with the natural oils in human skin. After using the product, please wipe the cable with a soft damp cloth. Please refrain from using wet wipes that contain alcohol; using these may result in hardening of the product. Please also refrain from using alcohol-free wet wipes; these may contain a variety of other additives which may adversely affect the product.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
The warranty for this product is valid for 2 year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will repair the product based on the provisions below. The warranty is only valid in the country in which the product was purchased. Regarding questions pertaining to repairs, please contact the store you purchased the product from or contact us by visiting our "Contact" page.
1. During the warranty period, we will repair the product free of charge if the product failed even though it was used in accordance with the instructions in the user's manual and the point of caution sections.
2. In the following cases, repairs to the product will be subject to a fee even during the warranty period:
(1) Original purchase receipt or other documentation showing the date of purchase are failed to be presented.
(2) The product is identified to be modified, disassembled, or repaired by a third party or customer other than our company or our authorized organizations.
(3) The earphones were subjected to a strong impact or were allowed to get wet. Product failure resulting from an excessive use of force on the product.
(4) Failure due to fire, earthquake, wind, flood, lightning, or other acts of God, human error, theft, or virus and malware infection.
(5) Repair of scratches on the surface of the housing or repair of the housing itself
3. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty or condition on this product. Nor shall recovery of any kind against us be greater than the original purchase price of the product from us or an our authorized dealer.
