Product Diagram
The product diagram illustrates the TrueFree+ earbuds and their charging case. It shows the left and right earbuds, the charging case with its lid open, a USB-C charging cable, and various sizes of eartips. Icons indicate button functions: a single tap (1x), a double tap (2x), and a long press (1s or 3s) on the Multi-Function Button (MFB) of the earbuds.
Wearing
- Identify the left and right earbuds.
- Put the earbuds into your ears and adjust to find the best angle with the microphone downwards.
Get Started: Pairing
- Take out both earbuds from the charging case. They will pair to each other automatically. The left indicator will go out, and the right indicator will flash red and white with a voice prompt "Pairing".
- Activate Bluetooth on your device and select "SOUNDPEATS TrueFree+" from the Bluetooth list.
- SOUNDPEATS TrueFree+ can remember previously paired devices and will automatically connect to the last device they were paired with after being taken out from the case. If they do not connect automatically, please select the pairing name from the Bluetooth list again.
Note:
- The earbuds support working alone. If the earbuds do not pair to each other within 30 seconds, they will enter pairing mode to search for a device.
- To force the earbuds into pairing mode and connect to another device, press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds while the earbuds are turned off.
Factory Reset
(Try these steps if you fail to establish a connection between the two earbuds, or between the earbuds and your device.)
- Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and ensure the charging indicators light up. Press and hold both MFBs for 10 seconds until the white indicators flash 3 times.
Charging
SOUNDPEATS TrueFree+ is equipped with a charging case for easy carrying and charging. It can fully charge both earbuds for 9-10 times in total.
Charge the Earbuds
- Place the earbuds back into the charging slot and ensure the charging contacts connect.
- Charging starts with the red indicator turning on.
- The white indicator will turn on and stay for 1 minute after the earbuds are fully charged.
Charge the Charging Case
- When the charging case battery is running out, the last indicator will flash. Please charge the case then.
- Please charge the case and earbuds at least once every 3 months when not in use for a long time.
Safety Note: To ensure charging safety, please do not use any USB charging adapter with a current over 5V 1A. Please do not use a quick charger to charge the earbuds and charging case. ⚠️
