Four shipping stops are installed to provide protection during shipment to the load cell. a. Remove the four black plastic shipping stops between the top frame and the overload protection bolts, prior to powering on the scale. AWT35-100142 3. Remove the plastic bag containing: a. 2 screws (model ZP212 only) used for portable applications to secure the weight platter to the frame. b. AC power supply, to power on the scale. c. Legal for Trade sealing kit for use to seal access to the service menu switch when your scale is sealed by local weights and measures. d. Extra Capacity labels for use in downgrading the capacity and resolution of the scale if required. A field calibration using legal for trade weights is required. 4. Place the weight platter back onto the scale, plug in the AC adapter in the back of the unit and press the Power key to turn the scale on. 5. Click on the QR code to access the user manual from our website. 6. It is recommended prior to use to: a. Perform field calibration using certified weights or modify the customer gravitational settings to your local requirements. b. Use the dip switches on the rear of the scale to configure the interface protocol and com ports used to interface to your software program.
