Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble the Top
Parts required: 2 x Square Frame Pieces (⑨), 4 x Straight Bars (⑩), 8 x Screws (M6*20mm) (⑫).
Description: Two square frame pieces (part 9) are positioned parallel to each other. Four straight bars (part 10) are used to connect these frames, forming a rectangular prism structure. Screws (part 12) secure these connections at each joint.
Important: Make sure all four holes are on the same side.
Step 2: Assemble the 2 Side Parts
Parts required: Curved Arch Sections (①, ②, ⑤, ⑥), Decorative Side Panels (③, ④, ⑦, ⑧), 24 x Screws (M6*12mm) (⑬).
Description: Two identical arch structures are built. Each structure uses four curved arch sections (parts 1, 2, 5, 6) to form the main arch shape. Decorative side panels (parts 3, 4, 7, 8) are attached to the inner side of these arch sections. A total of 24 screws (part 13) are used to assemble these components into two complete arch sides.
Step 3: Connect the 2 Parts with the Top
Parts required: 6 x Screws (M6*20mm) (⑫).
Description: The two assembled arch sides are connected to the top rectangular prism structure created in Step 1. Six screws (part 12) are used to securely attach the arch sides to the top assembly.
Important: Before setting up the arch, all the screws must be 100% tightened with wrench and screwdriver.
