Hardware Features

USB Cables
- USB Type-C to Type-C: Recommended for primary charging, especially when the device is powered ON and charging simultaneously.
- USB 3.0 A to Type-C: Legacy cable for charging when the receiver is powered OFF.
Hardware Reset
The Geode GNS3 Receiver has a hardware reset function. To perform a reset, press and hold the power button:
- Soft Reset: Press and hold for 5 seconds. Release when the green LED flashes slowly. This resets all messages to the default state and clears the almanac.
- Factory Reset: Press and hold for 15 seconds. Release when the green LED flashes fast. This resets all messages to the default state, clears the almanac, ephemeris, and real-time clock.
Charging and Software
CHARGE BATTERY: Allow four to six hours for a full charge before first use.
