Safety Tips and Warnings
Please be sure to read the detailed notes below. Pay close attention to this manual and important warnings. It is recommended to keep this manual for future reference.
The manual shows warning signs and security measures to prevent improper operation, personal injury, or loss of property. Please read and understand these symbols and warnings to be fully aware of potential risks.
⚠️ Such as the inappropriate use of staff will cause injury, death and property damage.
When installed loudspeakers:
- Do not expose speakers to rain, wet conditions, or water, as this may lead to fire or other hazards.
- Be aware of the speaker's voltage provisions. Using high voltage may cause electric shock or fire. Ensure wires are not pruned, distorted, or replaced with damaged wires.
- Avoid unstable installation or setup. Do not place speakers on shaking tables or unstable surfaces to prevent them from falling and causing personal injury or property damage. Speakers should be installed on a solid shelf or support.
- Do not handle plugs or speakers with wet hands, as this may lead to electric shocks.
- When unplugging, pull the plug itself, not the wire.
- Using a damaged power line may cause fire or electric shock.
- If moving a speaker, ensure it is unplugged first. Moving the speaker while plugged in may cause fire or electric shock. Grip the plug when connecting or disconnecting.
- Do not place speakers on vent covers, as this may cause internal heating and fire.
- Avoid installing speakers in humid or dusty environments, or in direct sunlight, as this may cause fire or electric shock due to heat, smoke, or steam.
Installation Guide
The CLI-4260 features easy and secure wall mount installation for outdoor areas using supplied strong metal mounting brackets.
Mounting Bracket Components:
The mounting bracket system consists of three main parts: Bracket 1, Bracket 2, and Bracket 3, along with a screw rod.
Step 1: Prepare the Bracket
Split the mounting bracket into three parts (Bracket 1, 2, 3). Fit two six-point screws into the mounting slot on the back of the speaker, parallel to the column, to help attach the bracket.
Step 2: Wall Mounting
According to the installation plan, drill holes on the wall at the desired position. Fix Bracket 3 onto the wall surface. Then, assemble Bracket 1 and Bracket 2 with Bracket 3 as shown in the diagrams. Ensure the entire bracket assembly is securely mounted. (Three parts of the fastening bracket are supplied with screws.)
Diagram Description: Wall Mounting
- A diagram shows Bracket 3 being attached to a wall. Dimensions of 39.5mm and 49.5mm are indicated, likely for positioning or clearance.

- Text indicates "Adjustable height of installation".
Diagram Description: Speaker Attachment
- A diagram shows the speaker column with the speaker mounting slot on the back. Hexagon screws are used to attach the bracket components.
- A warning is provided: "When placing speakers horizontally, be careful not to touch and load the front of the speaker net with hard facing, otherwise it will deform the front net."

- Text indicates "Lock the screws after adjusting the angle."
Diagram Description: Waterproof Joint and Power Adjustment
- A diagram on the rear of the speaker shows a "Waterproof joint".
- A "Power adjustable knob" is shown with markings for different power taps and impedance settings. The knob allows selection from 70V taps (2W, 5W, 10W, 20W, 30W) and 100V taps (5W, 10W, 20W, 40W, 60W), with a 4Ω bypass option.
- A prominent warning is displayed: "DO NOT USE IN POSITION 4Ω ON A 70V/100V SYSTEM, OR DAMAGE WILL OCCUR."
Wiring and Power Adjustment
Connect audio wirings and adjust the power knob according to requirements.
- White wire: Signal (+)
- Black wire: COM (-)
Refer to the power adjustment knob diagram for selecting the appropriate tap for 70V, 100V systems, or the 4Ω direct connection.
Important Note: Ensure the correct tap is selected. Using the 4Ω setting on a 70V or 100V system will cause damage.
