Avaya Agent for Desktop is a client application designed for contact centers, enabling agents to manage incoming and outgoing calls, adjust work states, and control various user interface elements. Administrators have control over the application's configurations and settings.
This software supports multiple platforms and is optimized for various use cases, including:
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI): Delivering real-time media with VDI support for thin clients running Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Standalone Contact Center Client: A comprehensive solution for contact center agents, usable on Windows and macOS.
