Setup Instructions

Please read this manual carefully before operating your set and retain it for future reference.

Step 1: Unpack all components.

Step 2: Assemble the stand.

Step 3: Connect the cables (Power, HDMI/DisplayPort) to the monitor and the power source.

Step 4: Connect the monitor to your computer using the appropriate cable.

Step 5: Power on the monitor and your computer.

Step 6: Adjust the monitor stand for optimal viewing angle.

LG ELECTRONICS ARGENTINA S.A. grants this warranty according to the following terms and conditions.

Warranty Requirements:

If during the warranty period, under normal usage conditions, the Product exhibits a defect or malfunction due to a manufacturing defect, LG guarantees free repair through authorized Technical Services. If repair is not possible, the Product will be replaced with one of the same characteristics. For this to be valid:

1. This warranty certificate must not be altered in any way.
2. The Product purchaser must present the original purchase invoice with a legible purchase date.
3. The defect or malfunction must not be caused by any of the circumstances detailed under “WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER”.

Important Notes:

• The necessary conditions for the Product's correct operation, installation, and maintenance are indicated in the User Manual or Installation Manual, which is part of this warranty certificate and delivered with the product.
• This warranty certificate is valid only if the Product was sold by LG or its authorized distributors and acquired in the Argentine Republic by the purchaser claiming the warranty.
• Product installation must comply with the technical specifications indicated in the Installation Manual or User Manual.
• LG will provide warranty service through its network of Authorized Technical Services. To request service, the purchaser must follow the procedure outlined under “HOW TO REQUEST TECHNICAL SERVICE ASSISTANCE”.

Warning:

• LG only provides the warranty detailed in this certificate and is not responsible for any warranties provided by third parties regarding the Product.
• Failure to present, alteration, or tampering of the purchase invoice, this warranty certificate, or the product's serial number label invalidates the warranty.
• The Product is designed for domestic use only.

What This Warranty Covers:

LG guarantees free repair of the Product if, within the warranty period, it exhibits malfunctions or defects solely due to manufacturing defects.

Product or part replacement will only occur if the authorized Technical Service determines that the product or a part of it is irreparable.

How to Request Technical Service Assistance

In case of a Product malfunction or defect, contact the LG Customer Service Center (Whatsapp +54 115031-8966 or 0800-888-5454). They will provide you with the details of the nearest authorized Technical Service or assign a service number.

When the Technical Service visits to inspect the Product, the purchaser must present the original purchase invoice and this warranty certificate, and detail the reason for the service request.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions resulting from:

• a) Improper or non-domestic use of the Product.
• b) Power surges or drops.
• c) Product intervention by unauthorized personnel.
• d) Product installation without adhering to the technical specifications in the Installation Manual.
• e) Breakage, impacts, scratches, drops, or accidents of any kind.
• f) Water damage, floods, fires, earthquakes, electrical storms, natural disasters.
• g) Transportation of the Product by parties other than LG or authorized Technical Services.
• h) Connection of the Product to electrical grids or other electronic devices not suitable for this purpose.
• i) Connection of other electrical appliances to the Product.
