Navigating Programme Information

Discover how to view current programme details and time information. Simply move the remote pointer to the top of the TV screen and click the channel banner area to display programme details at the bottom of the screen.

Setting and Using Favourite Programmes

Personalize your viewing experience by setting favourite programmes. Navigate to SMARTSettingsSETUPProgramme Edit. Select your desired programme, press the Wheel (OK) button, choose 'Set as Favourite', select a favourite group, and confirm to set it.

To access your favourites, go to SMARTPr. List. Your preset favourite programmes will be listed from A to D for easy selection.

Utilizing the TV Guide

In Digital Mode, the TV Guide provides information on programmes and airing times, allowing you to schedule viewing or recording. Access it via SMARTTV Guide. You can select a programme of your choice to view or record by pressing the Wheel (OK) button. The guide also facilitates making, revising, or deleting schedule reservations.

Automatic Programme Setup

Tune into channels automatically by navigating to SMARTSettingsSETUPAuto Tuning. Select your country, initiate Auto Tuning, choose your input source, and follow the on-screen instructions. Note that Auto Tuning finds currently broadcasting programmes, and proper input source connection is necessary for programme registration.

Cable and Satellite DTV Settings

Configure your TV for Cable or Satellite reception. For Cable DTV, you may need to enter specific values such as Frequency, Symbol rate, Modulation, and Network ID for optimal programme searching.

For Satellite settings, select your desired satellite, configure LNB Frequency, Transponder, and 22KHz Tone. Options like DiSEqC, Unicable Settings, and Motor Type can also be adjusted to suit your satellite dish setup.
