Amazfit Active 2 User Manual
Connection and Pairing
To connect and pair your Amazfit Active 2, scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the device using your phone to download and install the Zepp app. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version. Your mobile phone's operating system must be Android 7.0 or iOS 14.0, or later.
Initial Pairing
When the device is started for the first time, a QR code for pairing will be displayed on the screen. Open the Zepp app, log in, and scan the QR code on the device to pair your phone.
Pairing with a New Phone
- Open the Zepp app on your old phone and synchronize data with the device.
- On the old phone, navigate to Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Unpair and tap the Unpair button.
- For iPhones, after unbinding in the Zepp app, go to your phone's Settings > Bluetooth, find the device's Bluetooth name, tap the info icon, and select Ignore This Device.
- Restore the device to factory settings and then pair it with your new phone as if it were the first time.
Updating the System
Keep the device connected to your phone. Open the Zepp app, go to Device > Amazfit Active 2 > General > System Update to check for and install system updates. It is recommended to tap Update Immediately when a system update message is received.
Wearing the Watch
- Wear the watch strap comfortably, not too tight or too loose, allowing skin to breathe. Ensure proper fit for sensor functionality.
- When measuring blood oxygen, wear the watch correctly on your wrist, keeping your arm flat and still. Avoid wearing it on the wrist joint. Ensure a comfortable fit between the watch and wrist skin. External factors like arm sag, hair, or tattoos may affect measurement accuracy.
- It is recommended to tighten the watch strap during workouts and loosen it afterward.
Basic Operations
Common gesture operations include tapping the screen to use features, pressing and holding the watch face to access watch face settings, covering the screen to turn it off, swiping left/right to return to the previous page, swiping up/down to scroll or switch pages, and pressing and holding the bottom button for five seconds or longer to power on, access shutdown/restart options, or perform a force restart.
Control Center
Swipe down from the top of the watch face to access the Control Center, which provides quick access to features like Battery Saver Mode, DND, Theater mode, Sleep mode, Calendar, Volume, Keep Screen On, Brightness, Flashlight, Eject Water, Screen Lock, Settings, Bluetooth, Find the phone, and Alarm.
Find the Phone
Keep the device connected to your phone. In the app list, tap Find My Phone. Your phone will vibrate, and clicking the bell icon will make it ring.
Find the Watch
Keep the device connected to your phone. Open the Zepp app and go to Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Find Device. The device will vibrate.
Watch Faces
Watch Face Compilations
Some watch faces support editing compilations, allowing you to view and customize information like steps, calories, and weather.
Edit Watch Face Compilations
- Wake the device and press and hold the watch face to enter the watch face selection page.
- Swipe left or right to preview available watch faces. If a watch face supports compilations, an Edit button will appear at the bottom.
- Tap the Edit button to go to the compilation editing page. Select a compilation to edit, or swipe up/down to switch between compilations.
- After editing, press the upper button to enable the current watch face.
Always On Display
If enabled, this feature displays the time and some watch face information in standby mode, which reduces battery life.
Set Always On Display
- Wake the device and press the side button to open the app list. Go to Settings > Display > Always On Display.
- Select the watch face style and enable the status for Always On Display.
Add Watch Faces
The device comes with default watch faces. You can also download online watch faces from the Zepp app's Store or set a phone picture as a customized watch face.
Add Online Watch Faces
- Keep the device connected to your phone and open the Zepp app. Go to Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Watch Faces.
- Select desired watch faces and synchronize them to the device.
Add Customized Watch Faces
Keep the device connected to your phone. Open the Zepp app, go to Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Watch Faces > Customize Background, and tap your preferred style to change the background by selecting a photo from your phone's Albums or taking a new photo.
Add a Portrait Watch Face
A portrait watch face focuses on displaying portraits. It can identify portrait elements in photos and integrate them with watch face elements. You can add up to 3 photos per watch face. Tap the watch face or raise your wrist to switch photos. In the Zepp app, go to Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Watch Faces > Portrait Watch Face. Add photos (up to 3), adjust time position for each, select time style, and features at the top/bottom. Tap Sync to sync the watch face. After synchronization, tap the watch face or raise your wrist to switch photos. You can edit again via Watch Faces > Mine > Download. Precautions: Photos are stored locally; protect personal data. Removing a watch face clears local cache. Recommended photo size: 1200x840 or above, ideally with a single person and simple background. For iOS 12+, use portrait mode photos for better results.
Change Watch Faces
- Wake the device and press and hold the watch face to go to the selection page.
- Swipe left or right to preview available watch faces.
- Tap the desired watch face to replace the current one.
Delete Watch Faces
To free up storage space, delete unwanted watch faces (at least one must be retained).
- Wake the device and press and hold the watch face to go to the selection page.
- Swipe up or down to preview available watch faces.
- Press and hold the watch face you want to delete. A delete button will appear if it can be deleted.
State Points
State points displayed at the top of the watch face indicate enabled functions, such as Low battery, Power saving mode, DND, Sleep mode, Theater mode, Stopwatch, Countdown, In workouts, and Charging.
Notifications and Reminders
App Alerts
Keep the device connected to your phone to receive app alerts. Swipe up from the watch face to enter the Notification Center and view the latest 20 notifications. A Clear Notifications button is available at the bottom.
Clear All Notifications
Tap the Delete all button at the bottom of the notification list. Notifications are also cleared automatically after the watch restarts.
Clearing a Single Notification
When a notification is received or opened, swipe left and click the Delete button.
Setting Method
Keep the device connected to your phone. Open the Zepp app, go to Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Notifications and Reminders > APP Notifications, and enable notifications for desired apps.
Note: For Android phones, ensure the Zepp app is in the allowlist or auto-run list to prevent background termination. For iOS, initial app availability for notifications may be limited but expands as more apps are used.
Bluetooth Calling
Enable this feature to pair the watch with your phone via Bluetooth for receiving calls on the watch. You can also make Bluetooth calls through the Phone app on the watch.
Bluetooth Calling Setup Methods
Method One: Zepp app > Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Device Application Settings > Phone > Bluetooth calls. Enable Bluetooth calls and pair as instructed.
Method Two: On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, enable Bluetooth, and make the phone discoverable. On the watch, go to the app list, tap Settings > Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled, find the watch in search results, and tap to pair.
Incoming Call Alerts
Enable this feature in the Zepp app: Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Device Application Settings > Phone > Incoming call. When enabled and connected, the device will prompt for incoming calls, allowing you to ignore or hang up from the device.
Morning Updates
With Morning Updates enabled, the device pushes updates each morning, including weather, workout status, health status, and personal affairs. Enable/disable in Settings > Preferences > Morning Updates. Tap Content Settings to adjust content and display order. These settings are also available in the Zepp app: Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Device Settings > Morning Updates.
Shortcuts
Shortcut Cards
Swipe right on the watch face to access the Shortcut Cards page for quick access to features and information like latest events, next alarm, or recent BPM data. You can add frequently used feature cards. Configure content and display order in the Zepp app: Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Shortcut Cards.
Quick Access Apps
Swipe left on the watch face to view quick access apps. Add frequently used apps like "Workout" for convenient access.
Change Quick Access Apps
- Swipe left to any Quick access app, long press to enter editing state. Swipe right to the last page and click + to add an app.
- In editing state, press and hold any secondary screen and drag to adjust the sequence. Swipe up and click to delete.
- The maximum number of apps is limited; remove existing apps to add new ones.
Press Buttons for Quick Start-up
Press and hold the watch side button to quickly open an app. Change the quick start-up app in Settings > Preferences > Shortcut Buttons.
Workouts
Workout Modes
The device supports over 160 workout modes, including Running & Walking, Cycling, Swimming, Outdoor Workouts, Indoor Workouts, Dance, Combat Workouts, Ball Workouts, Water Workouts, Winter Workouts, Leisure Workouts, Board & Card Games, and Others.
Workout List
- Select Workouts from the app list or press the lower button (if set for quick start-up) to go to the workout list.
- Select a workout to start.
- Tap More Workouts to view all modes.
- Tap Edit to customize the workout list (add, delete, sort).
Select a Workout
In the workout list, swipe up or down to select a workout.
Start a Workout
On the workout preparation page, for workouts requiring positioning, the device searches for a GPS signal. A red status bar indicates searching; it turns green when the signal is found. Tap the green status bar or the upper right button to start the workout for accurate data. For workouts without positioning, tap the green status bar directly.
Workout Operations
Turn Pages During a Workout
Swipe up or down to turn pages. Swipe left or right to switch between workout operations (pause/end) and workout data pages. The right side allows control of mobile phone music playback.
Workout Screen Lock Status
With auto screen lock enabled, the screen turns off during workouts or in AOD mode. The status bar displays a lock icon. Touchscreen interaction is disabled; press a button to unlock or perform operations. For swimming, the touchscreen is disabled during the workout and can only be used after pressing a button to unlock.
Workout Operations Page
- Pause/Resume: Tap to enter the pause/resume page.
- Finish: Press and hold to end the workout and save data.
- Resume Later: Press to save the workout and return to the watch face. Re-enter the workout app to resume.
- Auto Screen Lock: When enabled, the screen locks after the Screen-on Duration. Touchscreen interaction is deactivated until unlocked by a button press. For swimming, auto screen lock is enabled by default.
Workout Settings
On the workout preparation page, swipe up to access workout settings for the current mode. Parameters vary by workout mode.
Workout Assistant
Provides auxiliary tools like workout goals, alerts, auto laps, auto pause, cadence assistant, and virtual pacer. Auxiliary features vary by workout.
Workout Goals
Set goals for duration, distance, and calories. The device displays real-time progress and notifies upon goal achievement. Goals vary by workout.
Workout Alerts
Set reminders for distance, heart rate, etc.
- Distance Reminder: Vibrates and displays duration per kilometer/mile. Set in Workout Mode > Workout Settings > Assistant > Workout Alerts > Distance.
- Safe Heart Rate Reminder: Vibrates and displays a message if heart rate exceeds the set safe value. Set in Workout Mode > Workout Settings > Assistant > Workout Alerts > Safe Heart Rate.
- Heart Rate Range Reminder: Vibrates and displays a message if heart rate falls outside the configured range. Set in Workout Mode > Workout Settings > Assistant > Workout Alerts > Heart Rate Zone.
- Pace Reminder: Vibrates and displays a message if pace exceeds the preset minimum value. Set in Workout Mode > Workout Settings > Assistant > Workout Alerts > Pace.
Alerts are also supported for trips, speed, stroke frequency, cadence, etc.
Virtual Pacer
Set a pace value to display current pace, distance leading/lagging the virtual pacer, and your position relative to it. Set in Outdoor Running/Treadmill > Workout Settings > Assistant > Virtual Pacer.
Auto Pause
Enable/disable Auto pause. When enabled, the workout pauses if speed is 0 and resumes when speed increases. You can also resume manually during a pause.
Auto Lap
Available for some workouts. Set auto lap distance in workout settings. The watch starts an auto lap and records lap details. View lap details after the workout. Set in Workout Mode > Workout Assistant > Auto Lap. Manual laps require no setting.
Smart Start
When enabled, the device intelligently enters and records a workout upon successful positioning and detection of workout state, preventing data loss from forgetting to start manually.
Training
Training Template
Some sports support training templates, editable in Zepp app > Workout tab > More > Training > Training Template. Edit training steps, types, reminders, and cycle groups, then sync to the watch. To use a synced template, open the watch's Workout > Training > Training template, select a template, and tap GO.
Interval Training
Available for some workouts. Edit training stages, rest stages, and loops directly on the watch. The training proceeds according to settings, automatically advancing to the next stage after completion. Stages and rests can be edited by distance, time, loops, or custom settings.
Navigation
Import Track to Watch
Upload track files (GPX, TCX, KML) to the Zepp App and send them to the device for navigation. Setup: Track file > open via Zepp app > Save track > Send to device.
Save Current Location
In supported workout modes, save current location coordinates for navigation. Setup: before/during workout > Navigation > Save current location.
Track Navigation
Start track navigation via My Route or My Location Point. Provides route guidance on the track page. Available for some outdoor activities. Setup: Workout mode > Navigation > My Route/My location > Select Track > Start Navigation.
Turn-by-Turn Navigation
When route navigation is enabled, navigation alerts provide reminders at route turns. Available for some outdoor activities. Setup: Workout mode > Navigation > Navigation settings > Navigation Reminder.
Altitude Overview
When using Track Navigation, the altitude overview page is automatically generated, showing route altitude changes and current position.
Slope Analysis
When using Track Navigation with significant altitude changes, slope information is analyzed and displayed, marking the current position relative to the slope. This feature is only available for routes with substantial altitude fluctuations.
Return to the Starting Point
Navigate back to the starting point using straight-line return or backtrack.
Straight Line Return
Connects a straight line from your current position to the starting point for guidance. Setup: Workout > Pause > Navigation > Back to start point > Straight-line return. Note: This route does not account for impassable terrain.
Backtrack
Navigate back to the starting point by following the recorded track. Setup: Workout > Pause > Navigation > Back to start point > Backtrack.
More
Edit Data Items
Customize workout data and charts during workouts, including adding, deleting, or sorting data pages. Supports 1-6 data items per page, over 150 data items, 8+ real-time charts, and up to 4 workout extension pages.
3D Data Mode
Enable/disable for some workouts. When enabled, the watch calculates distance using 3D data, considering altitude and slope for accurate route distance. When disabled, it calculates 2D (projection) distance.
Wrist Side
For some workouts (e.g., tennis), wear the device on the dominant hand for more accurate data. Setup: Tennis/Rowing machine > Settings > More > Wrist side.
Swimming Pool Length
Set the length of swimming pool lanes for accurate swimming data calculation. Setup: Pool Swimming > Settings > More > Lane Length.
Recalibrate
In treadmill mode, calibrate according to actual distance after each exercise. Calibration helps learn running habits for more accurate distance recording. Recalibrate if significant differences persist. Setup: Treadmill > Settings > More > Recalibrate.
Down Swing Direction
For workouts like golf, wear the device on the hand matching the golf swing direction for accurate data. Setup: Golf Swing > Settings > More > Down Swing Direction.
Runway Distance & Track Selection
In Track Run, set runway distance and track selection for accurate workout data. Setup: Track Run > Settings > More > Track Run Settings > Runway distance & Track selection.
Real-time Performance
Assesses physical condition during exercise (Outdoor Running, Track Run). Higher values indicate better state. Reminders appear when data is generated or the range changes. Manually disable in Outdoor running/Track run > Settings > More > Real-time Performance.
Real-time Performance Ranges:
- Excellent: ≥+10%
- Very good: +5% ~ +9%
- Good: -5% ~ +4%
- Fatigued: -10% ~ -4%
- Exhausted: <-10%
Special Workout Modes - Swimming
Workout Terms
- Trip: Lane length in pool swimming.
- Stroke: A complete stroke motion.
- Stroke Rate: Strokes per minute.
- DPS: Distance per complete stroke.
- SWOLF: Swimming efficiency indicator (Duration of a lap + Number of strokes in a lap). Lower SWOLF is better.
Stroke Recognition
The watch recognizes and displays the main stroke used: Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke, Butterfly, Medley (multiple strokes used proportionally).
Touch Screen During Swimming
The touch screen is disabled during swimming to prevent unintentional touches and water interference. Control workouts with buttons. The touch screen re-enables after the workout ends.
Workout GPS Positioning
For outdoor workouts, wait for successful GPS positioning on the preparation screen before starting. This ensures complete workout data and prevents inaccuracies. Update AGPS via the Zepp app if prompted. Use open areas for faster positioning. The GPS signal strength is shown by the icon. AGPS helps accelerate GPS positioning.
Automatic Workout Identification
The watch can automatically identify and record workouts like walking, running, cycling, and swimming. Configure in Settings > Workout > Workout Detection. Sensitivity settings affect identification time. Continuous monitoring reduces battery life. Workout Detection is disabled when no workout is selected.
Voice Broadcast During Workout
Supports voice broadcasts for exercise reminders, segmentation, pause, resume, and end. Requires Bluetooth headphones. Enable in Amazfit Active 2 > Settings > Workout > Voice Broadcast. Connect headphones via Watch > Settings > Bluetooth.
Workout History
Workout records are saved to Workout History. Short workouts may prompt for saving. Synchronize data to the Zepp app promptly due to limited storage. The watch can save up to 100 recent workout records.
Workout History on the Watch
Includes workout data, GPS traces, lap/set data, goal completion, and more. View details immediately after a workout or in the Workout History app.
Personal Best
Saves best records for specific workout types (e.g., longest distance, longest workout time).
Workout History on the App
Provides a wider range of data, dynamic routes, and sharing features. Access via Zepp app > Workout page > Workout history.
Physical Indicators
Provides indicators like training load, recovery time, VO2max, and training effect, viewable in workout records or the Workout Status app.
Training Load (TE)
Measures the effect of a workout on improving aerobic capacity. TE score ranges from 0.0 to 5.0, with higher scores indicating greater intensity and effect. Consider body load when TE reaches 5.0.
Aerobic TE Score:
- 0.0-0.9: No effect on aerobic capacity.
- 1.0-1.9: Helps improve endurance, ideal for recovery training.
- 2.0-2.9: Helps maintain aerobic capacity.
- 3.0-3.9: Significantly helps improve aerobic capacity.
- 4.0-4.9: Remarkably improves heart-lung ability and aerobic capacity.
- 5.0: Post-workout recovery required for non-athletes.
Anaerobic TE Score:
- 0.0-0.9: No effect on anaerobic capacity.
- 1.0-1.9: Slight effect on anaerobic capacity.
- 2.0-2.9: Helps maintain anaerobic capacity.
- 3.0-3.9: Significantly helps improve anaerobic capacity.
- 4.0-4.9: Significant effect on improving anaerobic capacity.
- 5.0: Post-workout recovery required for non-athletes.
TE score is evaluated based on profile, heart rate, and speed. A low TE score may indicate a workout that is too easy.
How is it obtained? After a monitored workout ends, the TE score is displayed with comments/suggestions. Reviewable in workout records.
Workout Status
Includes current training load, full recovery time, and VO2max, determined by profile and workout data. Accuracy improves with continued use.
VO2 Max (Maximum oxygen uptake)
Indicates oxygen consumed during maximum intensity workouts, a key indicator of aerobic capacity. High VO2 Max is essential for high-level aerobic capacity. VO2 Max is personal and varies by gender, age, and fitness level. The watch evaluates it based on profile, heart rate, and speed during workouts.
How is it obtained?
- Enter profile correctly in the app.
- Start outdoor running or trail running for at least 10 minutes with the watch, ensuring heart rate reaches 75% of maximum.
- View current VO2 Max in the watch's workout record app or on the See more statuses screen.
- VO2 Max values map to seven athletic ability levels: Novice, Elementary, Ordinary, Medium, Good, Excellent, and Superior.
How can I view it? View current VO2 Max in the watch's workout status app. View history and trends in the Zepp app.
Training Load
Calculated based on EPOC. Higher scores indicate longer duration and greater intensity. The 7-day training load represents the body's burden from recent workouts. Ranges: low, moderate, high. Moderate range is recommended for continuous improvement. The moderate range adapts based on workout data.
How to obtain training load
Obtain training load for the current workout once minimum level is reached. View 7-day training load in the watch's workout status app.

Total Recovery Time
Recommended time for complete body recovery. Offers recovery suggestions based on recent workout heart rate to help arrange workouts and avoid injury.
Full Recovery Period:
- 0-18 hours: Fully or nearly fully recovered; can do slightly higher-intensity training.
- 19-35 hours: Can train as usual; prepare to strengthen regimen.
- 36-53 hours: Appropriately reduce training intensity for benefits and recovery.
- 54-96 hours: Proper rest for benefits from high-intensity training.
Heart Rate After Workout: The device measures heart rate within 3 minutes after workout completion. Ensure timely workout ending, proper watch wearing, and sufficient rest between workouts for accurate data.
Zepp Coach
Zepp Coach customizes training plans based on workout history and habits to improve athletic capacity and cardiorespiratory fitness while avoiding injuries.
- Start a plan: Zepp App > Home > Profile > Zepp Coach > Edit Plan. Follow prompts to input exercise situation, select rest days, and start date.
- View the plan: Daily schedule available in the Zepp Coach app on the device or Zepp app > Home > Profile > Zepp Coach details page.
- Set reminders: In the Zepp Coach app on the device, swipe right to the last page to set training reminders.
- Execute the plan: Start workouts via the device's Zepp Coach app or Workout List. Workout records contribute to daily training statistics. Wear the device during exercise for timely sync.
- Modify and terminate the plan: In Zepp app > Zepp Coach > Detail page, click the Settings button to modify or terminate the plan.
Map
Map Download
- Connect the watch to WiFi.
- Open Zepp App > Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Device Application settings > Map Management.
- Select download area and click "Add to device download List".
- Confirm download on the watch.
Using the Map
- Map usage is enabled by default after download.
- Select a GPS-enabled movement type; the map will display on the real-time track page.
Troubleshooting:
- Map download progress not updated: Related to network environment. Switch networks if download speed is slow.
- Map not displayed during workout: Confirm successful download (watch settings > Map > Map Resources), check Settings > Map > Show Base Map, confirm GPS positioning success, and ensure the map resource for the current location is downloaded.
Activities and Health
Readiness
Readiness indicates your body's energy balance and readiness for the day, based on heart rate, stress, sleep, HRV, breathing quality, temperature, and activity data. It measures fatigue and recovery, providing personalized interpretation and health advice.
- Receive a readiness score each morning.
- View expert analysis, interpretation, and detailed sub-item data to understand factors affecting readiness and receive advice.
- View score changes over the last 7 days (highest, lowest, average).
Readiness Suggestion
Provides timely health advice based on current activities (e.g., after exercise, nap). Enable Readiness Suggestions in watch settings to receive push notifications.
One-tap Measurement
Supports heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress monitoring. Quickly check health indicators. Measurement data is saved under respective feature records. Open the One-tap Measuring app from the app list and tap 'Measure'. Setting it as a quick access app allows easy measurement.
Sleep
The device automatically records sleep information (night sleep and naps) when worn during sleep. Sleep is identified based on the sleep schedule. Overlapping sleep with the schedule is main sleep. If no schedule is set, sleep between 00:00-08:00 is default main sleep. Sleep more than 60 minutes apart from main sleep is recorded as naps. Sleep less than 20 minutes is not recorded. View sleep details in the Sleep app on the watch or after synchronizing to the Zepp app.
Sleep Schedule
Set different bedtimes and wake-up times for each day. The device can enable sleep mode, prompt bedtime, and monitor sleep based on the schedule. Settings can be done on the watch (Sleep app > sleep settings > Sleep Schedule) or in the Zepp app (Zepp app > Home > Sleep > Sleep Regularity > Sleep Schedule).
Assisted Sleep Monitoring
Enable in the Sleep app settings to automatically record more sleep data, such as REM sleep stages.
Sleep Breathing Quality Monitoring
Enable in the Sleep app settings to monitor breathing quality during sleep. Settings also available in the Zepp app (Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Health Monitor > Sleep > Sleep breathing monitoring).
PAI
PAI measures physiological activity and reflects overall physical condition, calculated from BMP, activity intensity, and physiological data. View PAI score in the PAI app on the device or in the Zepp app. Maintaining a PAI above 100 may reduce cardiovascular death risk and increase life expectancy.
Heart Rate
Frequent heart rate measurement provides insights for a healthy lifestyle. Wear the device correctly, keep the contact area clean, and avoid sunscreen. View heart rate data in the Heart Rate app on the watch or in the Zepp app.
Manual Heart Rate Measurement
Open the Heart Rate app and tap to manually measure heart rate.
Auto Heart Rate Monitoring
Adjust monitoring frequency in Heart Rate app > Settings > Auto Heart Rate Monitor. Enable activity detection to increase measurement frequency during activities.
Heart Rate Alert
Notifies if heart rate goes above or below a set limit for 10 minutes (except during sleep). Can be enabled when Auto Heart Rate Monitor frequency is set to 1 minute. Alert values can be adjusted or disabled.
Blood Oxygen
Monitors blood oxygen levels. View data in the Blood Oxygen app on the watch or in the Zepp app. Measurement range: 78%-100%. For reference only; seek medical advice if unwell.
Manual Blood Oxygen Measurement
Tap to manually measure blood oxygen.
Auto Blood Oxygen Monitoring
Enable in the Blood Oxygen app > Settings > Auto Blood Oxygen Monitor to automatically measure blood oxygen in a resting state.
Low Blood Oxygen Alerts
Notifies if blood oxygen falls below a set limit for 10 minutes (except during sleep). Enable after Auto Blood Oxygen Monitor is active. Alert values can be adjusted or disabled.
Precautions for Blood Oxygen Measurement
- Wear the device about one finger away from the carpal.
- Wear the device tightly with appropriate pressure.
- Place your arm on a stationary surface with the device screen facing up.
- Remain still during measurement.
- Factors like hair, tattoos, shaking, low temperature, and incorrect wearing can affect results.
Stress
Calculates stress index based on heart rate variability. Rest more when the index is high. View stress data in the Stress app on the watch or in the Zepp app.
Manual Stress Measurement
In the Stress app, tap to manually measure stress.
Auto Stress Monitoring
Enable in the Stress app settings to automatically measure stress every five minutes.
Stress Relief Reminder
Notifies if stress level goes above a set limit for 10 minutes (except during sleep). Enable in stress settings.
Activity
Monitors daily activity, including steps/calories, fat burning, and standing. View activity distribution in the Activity app. Set daily goals for steps and calories in the Zepp app (Profile > My Goals).
Goal Notifications
Displays a notification when a main activity indicator reaches its target. Enable Goal Reach Reminders in Activity settings or the Zepp app.
Standing Reminders
Encourages movement every hour while awake to reduce sedentary behavior. Achieve a standing goal by moving before the next hour. Enable Standing Reminder in Activity settings.
Progress Reminder
Reminds you of activity goal completion. A weekly report of the previous week's activities is provided every Monday.

Cycle Tracking
Track menstrual cycles to understand physiological rhythms. Record period start date, duration, and cycle duration in the Cycle Tracking app or Zepp app. Predicts period, fertile period, and ovulation day. This feature is not a substitute for medical advice.

Intelligently predicts period, fertile period, and ovulation day based on your data.

Notifies you before your period starts. Reminder dates can be adjusted or disabled.
Device Apps
Apps are separate device features like workouts, heart rate, and weather. Browse and tap apps from the app list to start them.
Music Control
Control music playback on your phone (play/pause, skip tracks) from the watch when connected via Bluetooth. Ensure Zepp app has notification permissions on Android phones.
Alarm
Add up to 10 alarms via the Zepp app or the device. Alarms ring at the set time; you can turn them off or use the "Remind Me Later" option (available 5 times per alarm).
To-do
Create or edit to-dos with reminder times and repetition in the Zepp app (Device > Amazfit Active 2 > Device Application Settings > To do List). Up to 60 to-dos can be added. Reminders include options like Done, Remind Me in 1 Hour, Remind Me Later, and Ignore.
Pomodoro Timer
Manage time with cycles of work and breaks (default 25 min work, 5 min break). Custom work/break times can be set. The device enters DND mode during work time.
Stopwatch
Times up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds with 0.01-second accuracy. Counts up to 99 times, recording time differences between counts.
Timer
Provides 8 shortcut timer settings or manual setup up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds. Reminds you when the timer ends.
Weather
View current temperature, weather conditions, wind, humidity, sunrise/sunset times, and forecasts for the next 5 days. Weather data requires synchronization via mobile network; keep the watch connected to your phone for updates. Add up to 5 locations and temperature units (Celsius/Fahrenheit) in the Zepp app.
Sun & Moon
View sunrise/sunset times, moonrise/moonset times, moon phase, and hourly tidal data in coastal/port areas. Enable/disable sunrise/sunset reminders.
Compass
Complete calibration as prompted. Displays current latitude, longitude, and the direction the watch's 12 o'clock points. Tap the center button to lock the 12 o'clock position.
Barometer
Displays current barometric pressure and the pressure curve over the last 4 hours. Enable storm alert feature to be alerted of sudden pressure changes. Displays altitude and altitude curve over the last 4 hours. Supports calibration via manual elevation input and positioning.
Membership Card
Add membership cards by scanning QR/barcode, using saved photos, or entering details. Supports Code 128, Code 39, QR code, UPC A, EAN 13, and EAN 8. A maximum of 20 membership cards can be added per account.

Mini App Installation
Download and install apps from the app store via the Zepp app (Device > Amazfit Active 2 > App settings > More > Go shopping > App store).
Mini App Uninstallation
Uninstall apps via the Zepp app (Device > Amazfit Active 2 > App settings > More > Go shopping > App store > Mine > More > delete).
Watch Settings
Units
Set units for distance, weight, and temperature in the Zepp app (Home > Profile > More > Settings > Units). Device data synchronizes automatically.
Time Format
The device follows your phone's system time and time format (12-hour or 24-hour). You can also set the time format directly on the device (Settings > Watch Face & Time).
Date Format
Default date format is "year/month/day". Change to "month/day/year" or "day/month/year" in Settings > Watch Face & Time.
Setting a Password
Set a password in Settings > Preferences > Off-wrist Lock. The device automatically locks when not worn.
