Getting Started

This guide provides instructions for setting up and using your JAM TWS Game On True Wireless Earbuds (Model: HX-EP575).

Specifications:

• Operating frequency band: 2402 - 2480MHz
• Maximum radio-frequency power transmitted: 4.95 dBm for Left Earbud; 3.98dBm for Right Earbud.

Battery Life:

• Earbuds: 2 hours of playback
• With Charging Case: 6+ hours of playback, 24+ hours total

Charging:

Connect the USB charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The earbuds will charge when placed inside the case.

Pairing:

1. Open the charging case to turn on the earbuds.
2. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "JAM TWS Game On".
4. Once paired, the earbuds will connect automatically when the case is opened.

Controls

Power On/Off:

• Earbuds turn on automatically when removed from the case.
• Earbuds turn off automatically when placed back in the case.
• To manually turn off, press and hold the button on each earbud for 6 seconds.

Music Playback:

• Play/Pause: Press the button on either earbud once (…1x).
• Next Track: Press and hold the button on the right earbud for 2 seconds (…2s).
• Previous Track: Press and hold the button on the left earbud for 2 seconds (…2s).

Calls:

• Answer/End Call: Press the button on either earbud once (…1x).
• Reject Call: Press and hold the button on either earbud for 2 seconds (…2s).

Gaming Mode:

• Toggle Gaming Mode: Double-press the button on either earbud (…2x). This mode reduces audio latency for a better gaming experience.

Voice Assistant:

• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-press the button on either earbud (…3x).

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and holding the buttons for 10 seconds.

No sound: Check the volume on your device and ensure the earbuds are connected and selected as the audio output.
