Getting Started: Installation and Connection

1. Download and Install CHASING GO2 App

Download the CHASING GO2 App from the iOS App Store (iOS 9.0 and above) or Google Play (Android 5.0 and above). Alternatively, scan the QR code provided or visit the CHASING official website.

2. Booting the Repeater

Push the power switch button on the repeater from the "O" (off) position to the "I" (on) position.

3. Connect CanFish CF1

Two connection methods are available: USB connection and Wi-Fi connection. USB connection is recommended first.

USB Connection: Use the provided USB cable to connect the repeater to your mobile phone/tablet. The USB port with the mobile phone logo is for connecting your mobile device.

Note: If you cannot communicate after connection, try enabling OTG on your mobile phone and turning off its Wi-Fi and cellular data. If issues persist, your mobile device may not support USB port functionality, and Wi-Fi connection is recommended.

Wi-Fi Connection: Navigate to your mobile phone/tablet's Wi-Fi settings. Ensure the repeater has been powered on for at least 10 seconds. Connect to the Wi-Fi network named "Chasing_xxxxxx" with the password "12345678".

Main Function Description

1. Preview/Video: The CHASING GO2 App allows you to preview the underwater camera's feed in real-time. Press the video button in the app to start or stop recording.

2. Live Streaming: The app supports streaming to various mainstream platforms including Douyin, Kwai, Huya, Doyu, Inke, BiliBili, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, and Zoom.

3. Infra-red Lamp (IR): In dark or turbid underwater environments, the IR light can enable night vision. The image may appear black and white when this function is active.

4. Depth/Temperature Sensor: The depth sensor may show deviations at different altitudes. It is recommended to calibrate the depth/temperature sensor before use.

5. Storage: Video files can be stored on the repeater's TF card.

6. Power Bank Function: When the mobile phone/tablet is connected to the repeater via USB, the power bank function can be enabled in the app. The repeater can charge your mobile device at 5V/1A. Note that using this function may reduce the device's operating endurance.

The CHASING GO2 App may be updated periodically. For the latest instructions, please refer to the electronic user guide provided after each app update.

Charging Guidance

Charge the repeater's USB interface using a PD protocol charger for fast charging. Using a non-PD charger may result in slower charging times, dependent on the charger's power output.

Safety Instructions

Lithium Battery Precautions:

• Do not squeeze the battery pack, as this may cause fire or explosion.
• Keep the battery pack away from heat sources to prevent fire or explosion.
• Do not discard lithium battery packs improperly, as it may harm the environment.
• Do not short-circuit the battery pack, as this may cause fire or explosion.
• Do not immerse the battery pack in water, as this may cause fire or explosion.
• Avoid long-term storage of the battery pack without charge, as it may enter a deep discharge state. It is recommended to store it at 50%-70% charge and recharge it every 3 months.

Waterproof Safety:

• Do not operate the waterproof camera at depths exceeding 30 meters, as this may lead to water leakage and camera malfunction.

Recommendations of Maintenance

1. After each use, dry the device and store it in a cool, dry place.
2. If used in seawater, rinse the probe and cable thoroughly with clear water, dry them, and then store.
