Installation
Water Connections
Instructions for installing the water connections are provided.
Filling Coolant
Fill the system with coolant. Do not operate the orbiter without coolant!
Connecting to Power
Connect the unit to the power supply. The Orbiter starts automatically upon connection.
Checking Minimum Filling Level
During initial setup, the coolant level may decrease as air is released from components. Monitor the level and refill with coolant as needed.
Troubleshooting
Pump Noise
Issue: The pump makes noticeable noises.
Cause: Air in the system or insufficient coolant.
Solution: Open the vent port, refill with coolant if necessary, and observe the minimum filling level.
Warning Signal
Issue: The warning signal sounds.
Cause: The pump and/or a fan has failed.
Solution: Drain the water, have the unit inspected by a qualified technician, or return the faulty component.
No Water Pumping
Issue: The system does not pump water.
Cause: The pump is defective.
Solution: Have the pump checked by a qualified technician or return the pump.
Water Leaks
Issue: Water leaks from the system.
Cause: Connections and/or hoses are incorrectly mounted or defective.
Solution: Switch off the device, check connections and hoses, tighten if necessary, or return the parts.
Unit Not Starting
Issue: The Orbiter does not start.
Cause: The power supply is defective or the power plug is not connected properly.
Solution: Replace the power supply or check the power connection.
High Temperature
Issue: The temperature is too high.
Cause: Air supply is impeded or the heat load (1500 watts) is exceeded.
Solution: Clean ventilation from dust, reduce heat source power, or connect a second orbiter if required.
