  7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
  10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where it exits from the apparatus.
  11. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  12. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
  13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
  15. If an outside antenna or cable system is connected to the product, be sure the antenna or cable system is grounded so as to provide some protection against voltage surges and built-up static charges. Section 810 of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA No. 70-2023 (Section 54 of Canadian Electrical Code, Part 1) provides information with respect to proper grounding of the mast and supporting structure, grounding of the lead-in wire to an antenna-discharge unit, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna-discharge unit, connection to grounding electrodes, and requirements for the grounding electrode. See following example:

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this product to rain or moisture. The product should not be exposed to dripping or splashing. Objects filled with liquids, such as vases should not be placed on the product.

WARNING: The batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.

WARNING: No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the product.

WARNING: To completely disconnect this apparatus from the AC mains, disconnect the power supply cord plug from the AC receptacle. Where the mains plug or appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover (or back) as there are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.

The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of non-insulated "dangerous voltage" within the product's enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.

The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.

The following symptoms are not signs of malfunction but technical limitation. Therefore, we disclaim any responsibility for these symptoms.

HOW TO HANDLE THE LCD PANEL

POSSIBLE ADVERSE EFFECTS ON LCD PANEL

If a non-moving pattern remains on the LCD panel for long periods of time, the image can become permanently engrained in the LCD panel and cause subtle but permanent ghost images. This type of damage is NOT COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY. Never leave your LCD panel on for long periods of time while it is displaying the following formats or images:

CONDENSATION

Moisture will form in the product if it is brought from cool surroundings into a warm room or if the temperature of the room rises suddenly. When this happens, the performance will be impaired. To prevent this, let the product sit in its new surroundings for about an hour before switching it on, or make sure that the room temperature rises gradually. Condensation may also form during the summer if the product is exposed to breeze from an air conditioner. In such cases, change the location of the product.

Installing the Stands

Note: Do not install the stands if you want to wall mount your TV. See your wall mount instructions for mount installation details.

You will need: Phillips screwdriver (not included)

  1. Place the TV screen-down on a clean, flat, soft surface (e.g.: blanket) to prevent scratches or damage to the screen.
  2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to attach each stand with the provided screws.
  3. Place the TV upright on a stable, level surface.

MOUNTING YOUR TV (Wall mount kit not included)

Mounting your TV is optional. Do not install the stands if you want to wall mount your TV. Follow the wall mount instructions supplied with your mount for installation details.

Your TV has four mounting holes on the back for a VESA approved wall mounting bracket (not included). The VESA number is the horizontal and vertical measurement of the mounting holes. Only use mounting screws (not included) that are the length and diameter as instructed.

CAUTION: Your new TV is heavy! If you have any doubts about your ability to safely install your TV, please consult a professional installer.

Note: Make sure that the wall where you are mounting the display is appropriate. Some block construction. If you are unsure, contact a professional installer.

Note: A minimum of two people are required for installation. Flat panel displays can be heavy.

Connecting Devices

Grab your remote

Power your TV remote by inserting the batteries carefully matching (+) and (-) indicated inside the battery compartment.

Note: The remote control may vary depending on the model. The buttons on the remote control may have a different name or location than the remote control shows in this manual.

Connect Devices

Setup & Activation

Tip: Have your wireless network name and password handy.

Follow the on-screen instructions on your Onn. Roku TV. If you aren't ready to connect your TV to a wireless network, you can still use it as a regular TV.

Activate your Onn. Roku TV using your computer, smartphone, or tablet to link to a Roku account. You need a Roku account to activate your Onn. Roku TV and access entertainment across thousands of streaming channels.

Note: Roku doesn't charge for activation support - beware of scams.

Connecting to Power

After connecting all your devices, connect the power cord to a power outlet. The TV enters standby mode and its indicator light turns red.
