Section 1: General Information

This guide is designed for exhibitors at The Venetian/Palazzo, offering essential rules, regulations, and information for planning your show presence. For exhibitors in the Venetian Expo or other CES venues, please consult the exhibitor manuals specific to those locations.

For general CES operational questions, contact CESops@CTA.tech. Stay updated on show news and information at CES.tech.

Suite Activations or Exhibits

Hospitality suites are intended solely for meetings or hospitality purposes. Exhibits are not permitted, and freight or furnishings cannot be delivered by Freeman to these suites.

Hotel & Transportation

Information regarding hotel accommodations, shuttle services, and the Las Vegas Monorail is available on the Hotel and Transportation page. Private charters may drop off at The Venetian's north end porte cochere, requiring approval from the hotel and CES Operations. Vehicles cannot stage in this area. All private charters and limousines must be licensed in Nevada and comply with statute 706.476. Uncertified vehicles will be removed and may be impounded. For charter services, contact Rhode Planning at 877-725-3398 or 401-294-0040.

Registration & Badges

Registrants working at a company's booth or suite must register as Exhibitor Personnel. Exhibitor Personnel badges grant access to the exhibit floor, keynotes, and select programming. Additional conference access can be purchased. Individual personnel must coordinate with their company's registration manager to receive their badge and should not register as an Industry Attendee. The Registration Coordinator, assigned via the Exhibitor Dashboard, is responsible for managing badge allotments, initiating registrations, and ordering lead retrieval. Registration requires photo ID, date of birth, and gender. Badges can be picked up at Harry J. Reid International Airport and select hotels prior to visiting CES venues. For registration assistance, contact exhreg@CTA.tech.

Badge Policy

Venetian/Palazzo hospitality suite exhibitors receive ten (10) complimentary exhibitor badges. Additional badges may be purchased at $50 per badge, up to 50% of the base allotment.
