CES 2026 Exhibitor Guide: Venetian and Palazzo Hospitality Suites
Section 1: General Information
This guide is designed for exhibitors at The Venetian/Palazzo, offering essential rules, regulations, and information for planning your show presence. For exhibitors in the Venetian Expo or other CES venues, please consult the exhibitor manuals specific to those locations.

Suite Activations or Exhibits
Hospitality suites are intended solely for meetings or hospitality purposes. Exhibits are not permitted, and freight or furnishings cannot be delivered by Freeman to these suites.
Hotel & Transportation
Information regarding hotel accommodations, shuttle services, and the Las Vegas Monorail is available on the Hotel and Transportation page. Private charters may drop off at The Venetian's north end porte cochere, requiring approval from the hotel and CES Operations. Vehicles cannot stage in this area. All private charters and limousines must be licensed in Nevada and comply with statute 706.476. Uncertified vehicles will be removed and may be impounded. Registration & Badges
Registrants working at a company's booth or suite must register as Exhibitor Personnel. Exhibitor Personnel badges grant access to the exhibit floor, keynotes, and select programming. Additional conference access can be purchased. Individual personnel must coordinate with their company's registration manager to receive their badge and should not register as an Industry Attendee. The Registration Coordinator, assigned via the Exhibitor Dashboard, is responsible for managing badge allotments, initiating registrations, and ordering lead retrieval. Registration requires photo ID, date of birth, and gender. Badges can be picked up at Harry J. Reid International Airport and select hotels prior to visiting CES venues. Badge Policy
Venetian/Palazzo hospitality suite exhibitors receive ten (10) complimentary exhibitor badges. Additional badges may be purchased at $50 per badge, up to 50% of the base allotment.
Section 2: Resources
CES Show Office: Located on Floor 29, Suite 29-207.
Floor Managers and Exhibitor Hotline: Available in Suite 29-207 for move-in, show days, and move-out assistance. CES Exhibitor Hotline: 702-691-8600.

Section 3: Hospitality Suite Services
Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-in is available after 3 PM on January 4. Early arrival is subject to availability.
- Specific suite numbers are assigned upon check-in. Requests for suites on the same floor or specific layouts will be accommodated based on availability.
- Check-out is by 11 AM on January 10. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Exhibitors must provide a list of individuals authorized to check in by November 3. Only the main booth contact can check in if no list is provided. A maximum of 10 keys will be distributed per suite.
- Room and tax are billed to the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). Exhibitors are responsible for all other charges (food, beverage, incidentals, services). A minimum daily deposit of $150 is required for incidentals.
- Suite numbers will be listed in the Exhibitor Directory on CES.tech. Exhibitors can request their suite not be listed by November 3.
Audio Visual
The Venetian Resort Technical Services is the exclusive AV provider. Outside AV companies are prohibited. On-site orders may incur a surcharge.
Cleaning
Complimentary vacuuming and fresh linens are provided. Exhibitors can select preferred cleaning times. Cleaning requests must be submitted by November 3. Exhibitors are responsible for prompt removal of all trash and large items during move-in and move-out.
Damages
Exhibitors are financially responsible for any property damage or unauthorized furniture movement. The Venetian Resort may charge the provided credit card.
Electrical
Each suite is equipped with 20 amps, with two 1000-watt circuits per suite (1000W max per circuit). All electrical equipment must comply with UL Standards (visit www.ul.com). Additional electrical service is not available.
Food and Beverage
Arrangements must be made through The Venetian catering department. Orders placed by December 8 receive standard pricing; orders after this date are subject to a 20% surcharge.
Freight/Deliveries
Freight shipments are not permitted directly to suites. Shipments must be sent to the FedEx Center at The Venetian Resort (Level 2, next to Bellini Ballroom). The FedEx Center accepts single boxes up to 50 lbs and cumulative shipments up to 200 lbs. Freeman is not permitted to deliver freight. Furniture Removal or Additions
Hotel furniture cannot be removed or moved. Bringing in outside furniture or rearranging existing furniture is prohibited and may incur fees. Rental furniture options are available via submission by November 3.
Internet
Internet service is not included and must be ordered in advance via the provided forms by November 3.
Signage
Free-standing signage is permitted within suites. Signs cannot be affixed to walls, artwork, or fixtures. Maximum height is 6 feet, or 7 feet if parallel to a wall within 12 inches. Foam core and vinyl signs must be less than ½ inch thick; PVC materials are prohibited. Signage is not permitted in suite hallways or rotundas.
Section 4: Show Rules and Regulations
Age Restriction
CES is a trade-only event for individuals 18 years and older. Contact CES Customer Service at 866-201-1012 or +1-703-907-7600 (outside U.S.) with questions.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their exhibits are accessible. Exhibitors shall indemnify CTA, CES, and show locations against costs arising from non-compliance. ADA accessible buses are available; request service 20 minutes in advance. Contact Kevin Berube for transportation assistance.
Candles
Only battery-operated candles are permitted. Open flames are prohibited.
Cash & Carry Policy
Over-the-counter sales (cash, check, credit card) are strictly prohibited. Only bona fide business orders for future billing are permitted. Violations may lead to booth shutdown.
Elevator Access
Access to hospitality suites via elevators is granted to badged attendees during show hours (Jan 6-9, 9 AM-6 PM). An elevator attendant may be required for access outside these hours.
Exhibit Attire
Business or business casual attire is recommended. Clothing should be appropriate and respectful for a professional environment. Sexually revealing attire or clothing that exposes excessive bare skin is prohibited for all staff.
Firearms & Weapons
Firearms, ammunition, and weapons (including replicas or toys) are strictly prohibited. Items violating this rule must be removed immediately at exhibitor's expense. Contact CES Operations for approval for gaming/AR/VR items.
Fire Regulations
Hanging items from sprinklers or blocking sprinklers is prohibited. Decorations must be flame retardant, with certificates available upon request. Egress paths must be a minimum of 36 inches wide and unobstructed.
Fire Safety
Flammable liquids, solvents, and aerosols are prohibited. Compressed gas cylinders require prior approval. All exhibit construction and decoration materials must be flame retardant per NFPA 701 standards.
Good Neighbor Policy
Audio and video content must be appropriate for a general audience. CES Operations will investigate complaints and may shut off power for violations. Exhibitors are expected to ensure traffic flow is maintained.
Health Protocols
Attendees are encouraged to take precautions for a safe and healthy CES. Refer to important safety information and best practices.
Height Limits for Suites
All items, including displays and signs, must not exceed 6 feet in height. Signs parallel to walls may reach 7 feet. Foam core and vinyl signs must be less than ½ inch thick; PVC materials are prohibited.
Hoverboards
Wheeled transport devices (including Segways, hoverboards, scooters) are not permitted at CES venues, except for ADA use at LVCC and on the Venetian Expo show floor. Demos are permitted within suites.
Intellectual Property
Exhibitors warrant they own or are licensed for all intellectual property used and agree to indemnify CTA/CES against disputes.
Literature Distribution, Giveaways, Surveys
Distribution must occur within contracted areas. Stickers are prohibited on facility surfaces and will incur damage fees.
Live Animals
Service animals are permitted per ADA and Nevada law. Other animals (pets, emotional support, therapy) are prohibited. Show management reserves the right to exclude service animals if they pose a safety threat.
Performance of Music or Motion Picture
Licensing may be required for copyrighted music or video. Product demonstrations for the sole purpose of showcasing equipment are generally exempt.
Photography/Video Regulations
Photography and video are permitted for company media and marketing purposes. Unauthorized photos/videos of exhibitor products are prohibited.
Product Demonstrations
Demonstrations are permitted within suites. Demonstrations causing excessive noise, vibration, or traffic obstruction may be closed down.
Raffles & Games of Chance
Require Venetian Resort approval. Nevada law prohibits raffles involving money.
Service of Legal Documents
Must be coordinated with CES Show Management.
Smoking
Prohibited in exhibit areas, in accordance with Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act.
Sound Restrictions
A maximum noise level of 85 dB is enforced. Exhibitors must contain sound within their contracted space. Multiple warnings may lead to power shutdown or priority point deductions.
Suite Capacities
Capacities vary by suite type, ranging from 15 guests to 44 guests for parlors and executive suites.
Forms and Ordering Information
Several forms are provided for exhibitors to complete and submit by specified deadlines, primarily November 3, 2025, unless otherwise noted. Key forms include:
- Housekeeping Cleaning Services: Select preferred cleaning times.
- Staff Access to Suite: List individuals for suite key access.
- Internet Information: Order Wi-Fi or Tenant Line service with associated costs and setup/strike time preferences.
- AV Information: Select and order audio-visual equipment such as HDTVs, projectors, and accessories, with associated costs and setup/strike time preferences.
- Equipment Rentals: Order tables, chairs, and other furniture.
- Food & Beverage: Orders must be placed with The Venetian Resort Catering Department by December 8, 2025, to avoid a 20% surcharge.
- Group Business Credit Card Authorization Form: For payment processing.
Menu and OrderForm Summary
The Venetian Resort offers comprehensive in-suite dining options. Outside food and beverage is prohibited. Pricing is subject to change after December 8, 2025. Available categories include:
- Breakfast: A La Carte items (pastries, bagels, fruit, cereal) and Continental Buffets (Venetian and Palazzo options).
- Breaks: A La Carte options like sandwiches, cookies, chips, and themed snack packages (e.g., Japanese Break Time, Light and Fresh).
- Beverages: Soft drinks, juices, energy drinks, bottled water, coffee, and tea.
- Lunch: Buffets (Deli, Midtown Deli, Vegan Wraps and Salads, Asian, Italian) and Boxed Lunches with various signature options.
- Receptions: Cold Hors D'oeuvres (e.g., Thai Beef Wraps, Tuna Tataki) and Displays (Cheese, Vegetable Crudité, Charcuterie).
- Alcoholic Beverages: House wines, domestic and import beers, with spirit pricing available upon request.
